Our founding team, with a background in creating software tailored for small businesses, understands the critical need for simplicity; if a product is too complicated, users will quickly abandon it. Therefore, we are fully devoted to making our platform intuitive and accessible, ensuring it becomes the go-to choice for anyone looking to enhance their PDF management experience and drive efficiency in their workflows. Ultimately, our goal is not just to meet users' needs but to exceed their expectations by offering a seamless and effective PDF handling solution.

What is Alpha Hire?

The development of Alpha Hire was a multi-year endeavor, spanning over three years during which we meticulously crafted and honed our system. What sets our company apart is the compelling story behind our inception. Four years ago, we found ourselves trapped in the same conventional ATS/CRM system that numerous staffing firms used, which ultimately proved to be unproductive as many recruiters and account managers shunned it, despite the significant cost of over $100 per user monthly. In seeking a comprehensive solution to enhance the collaboration between our Front and Back Office, we identified a significant gap in the market; no system was available that could adequately meet our specific needs. We also aimed to reduce the burdensome manual data entry that plagued our Job Order Management and Time Card processes. After a thorough investigation, we quickly realized that no existing software could cater to our distinct requirements, which led us to take the bold step of designing our own custom solution. This endeavor was driven by our dedication to integrate valuable feedback from our recruiters, managers, and administrative personnel into the development of our program, ensuring that it effectively tackled the obstacles we encountered. Ultimately, our journey not only resulted in a unique product but also fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation within our team.
