I really enjoy Procare. There are so many valuable functions. It might be a little difficult to find exactly what you are looking for, but customer service is great for getting help.

I love the functions, the syncing to the parent engagement app, and the customer service is Chik-fil-A adjacent!

On the parent side, if a parent has students at more than one campus (like we have) under the same parent company I think the sign in pins should be the same for the person regardless of which campus they are at.

Good value for the service provided. Overall happy with features and usability. Wish more customer service reps were trained in all software not just engage OR desktop but both working together.

The time Procare saves me in processing tuition and reporting is great. So I can allocate my time to other tasks I need to accomplish.

There are compatibility issues with Procare Engage and Procare desktop

We have used Procare Desktop for over 15 years, and it has served us well. We are poised to move to the cloud version this month and are looking forward to it. Procare Solutions has provided the management features we need to run a successful child care business.

Procare Solutions has been easy to learn, easy to use. I've been especially please with the integration of billing with payments through Tuition Express. There are many training videos available. For the few instances something has gone awry, support has been able to get us back on track.

We are switching to the cloud version soon, so I am hoping the overall appearances improves. Though our need to call support has been fairly minimal, the wait time on hold could be better.

Procare is a wonderful program that has increased out center's professionalism and communication with families.

Procare provides efficient payment processing, easy family contact, simple attendance reports four our ELC.

Payments sometimes don't clear and we find out weeks later.

The training was thorough and there is always a member that can help you on the phone or actually jumping on your computer.
The program fits our needs perfectly and I would recommend Procare to any childcare center

I am new to Procare but it is really a wonderful platform. It is easy to use, so far, and the customer service is outstanding

Overall Procare is an amazing tool that the Daycare Center I work for utilizes every single day, as well as all of our parents.

Procare is easy to use, makes communication with parents flawless and allows us to keep in contact with parents regularly, makes billing easier, and is a great resource to help our Center and business.

I would like a feature to track a child's activities through the day and give a report to parents at pickup instead of sending updates throughout the day.

The customer service is phenomenal. The product is easy to use, and parents/staff like it a lot. The reports come in handy for both administrative reports as well as the business office.

Procare is very easy to use for administration, teachers, and parents alike. It seamlessly connects tuition payments, reports, and communication into one convenient location.

Procare undergoes frequent updates but lacks transparency regarding issues that impact multiple areas or users.

I do enjoy how the desktop communicates with the cloud and vice versa in seconds.

Communication with staff and parents is so easy. Communication between platforms is just in seconds.

Setting up new modules can take time if it was not in the program already.

We love Procare and would highly recommend it! The price is great. The parents find it easy. Procare helps keep track of ratios and makes it easy to transfer students from one room to another.

We use Procare on the daily. It is user friendly for both staff and parents. We love how the cost is compared to what we were using. They offer a lot of parent connection activities such as note, pictures, video, ouch report, meal, diapering, mood, and more. These are all such great features that we love the options. We notice Procare does to updates. We love seeing the new features they offer.

When changing tuition, which we do annually, it is extra steps and more than work than we would like to. There are occasionally bugs, which makes it harder to sign-in/out and message families.

We are happy and working on learning how to use the system to its full potential. We look forward to the trainings that we will be setting up and utilizing Procare to the best of it's abilities.

Being able to get most of my business functions taken care of in one spot. This program has supported us in learning how to manage everything and the care team is very supportive. We recently reached out about trainings and they were very supportive and helpful!

We would like to see better organization from Procare. We can't upload our incident/accident reports, because they would get scrambled with the important documents that we load. then it would become a hassle to find anything. We would also love to have categories for our communications, because not all communications are flagged important and some are mainly for curriculum with teachers. So being able to separate would be helpful.

This has been an excellent service for our center. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a resource like this for their center.

Procare has been a great resource at our center. It has helped with billing and invoicing. All of our staff loves that they can send a receive messages from parents. Teachers like the observations and portfolios all in one location.

I have not found any cons with Procare as of right now.

10/10 Overall Experience. We continue to use Procare Solutions even though our state is currently offering Brightwheel for free, because we are and have been happy with Procare for over 10 years.

Ease of use, connectivity, attendance tracking, child information management, great customer support!

Occasional site crashes in connected features like Procare Connect.

My overall experience has been great, there a few things I would change or add the app but overall there are not many complaints especially for the price point.

Great customer service, easy to use as a beginner and a great price point for everything you get both on the website and the app.

App tends to stop working on android and doesn't load consistently. The app will also log out after infrequent use.

Overall, I am super happy with the app as communicating with the families has been so much easier. I wish the templates for newsletter had more options for us.

Love that this app is so easy to use. I gave four stars as there are not much options for creating newsletter.

The help desk takes a long time to answer. I also wish that the app would let us know if it is down for maintenance or so.

Procare is fantastic, especially if there are any issues. They have done a great job at helping with implementation and answering any and all questions. I *never* feel like a bother when I am asking for support and I feel like concerns and additions are valued by the company.

Easy to use, customer support is great, parents are happy with updates! Overall, Procare is a great system. The Billing is integrated so easily with other programs and there are few outages.

It’s hard to get new programs going. Desktop and online versions don’t always talk to each other and things need to be updated on both sometimes.

The best childcare system created for this industry it took time to create and build. I’m also a parent and back in the day we all experienced written reports about our children but never like this and this connectivity app had so much to offer

Hopefully a business hour messages can be invented soon for after hours

I’ve been using Procare Solutions for over 3 years and honestly have not experienced any real issues. It has been reliable, consistent, and easy to use, so I don’t really have any major complaints or negatives to share.

Reports, tracking, parent communication, attendance, lesson planning, and calendar of events. Very helpful!

I do not like the reports generated with dates without being able to clear history or delete the past generated reports.

I love that everything I need is all in one place. All student information, everything my families and I need, all payments are done through Procare app, and communication between my center and families can be used as well.

I did think there would be sample forms but have not found them, I had to create them.

We use Procare to communicate with parents, and it has been a fantastic tool! The ability to send messages, pictures, and videos makes it easy to keep parents updated throughout the day. The interface is user-friendly, and it really helps streamline communication between staff and families.

As admins, we can't edit messages once they're sent. If a correction is needed, we have to delete the message and ask the teacher to resend it, which can be inconvenient. Adding an edit feature for admins or teachers would make the system even better!
