It's great, I do prefer it to other apps and I find it is very easy to use. It has everything you need in one place!

I love that you are able to have the desktop function for Admin and the online version for staff and parents, and that you can use the time clock function.

The app is user friendly in most aspects. It allows both the parent and the teacher to communicate on the go, and parents can get updates on their child all day via their phone. The customer support is always amazing. They work on an issue until they get it resolved.

The lesson planning area is hard to navigate and a bit clunky to use. When you change an activity it changes all lesson plans for every class in the school.

While Procare offers strong tools for operations and family engagement, its limited integration with academic platforms like Creative Curriculum has been a challenge for us. As a multi-site program, we rely on Creative Curriculum for lesson planning, assessment, and documentation. The lack of seamless data sharing between Procare and our academic system means staff often have to duplicate entries or toggle between platforms, which can be time-consuming and prone to error. We’d love to see future enhancements that support smoother integration with widely used early childhood education tools.

I would like a call back option when reaching out to support so I don't have to stay on the line while waiting an extended amount of time.

The formation of attendance records, along with birthdates being on them record keeping and staff being able to clock in & out.

Things weren’t similes when joining Procare. My program manager & myself had issues with joining parents had issues with the parent portal

I liked Procare and how organized it was if I was to go to another childcare I would definitely use it again

How it was shut down at random times during the day

It's not a bad program. We have used it for over 5 years now and it works well. It keeps us all connected and on the same page.

I like how everything is linked together. From the administration to the classroom and even billing Procare is a one stop shop.

I wish it had a view all page to help see a list of all kids checked in and what was entered. Its a chart that helps you see if you missed someone when entering things for the day instead on clicking on each kid individually to see what was added.

Happy with the customer service when we have questions. I appreciate that chance to chat or make a phone call.

Great customer service, ease, abuse, and everything all in one place. using Procare billing has also streamlined that process and made it so much easier to use on administration and parents

I wish the forms would be more user-friendly. I am still using another platform for our enrollment forms to be filled out online.

I would recomend procare to anyone looking to make a change. There are so many features, but you can take it slow and use more features as you get more comfortable.

I like that Procare is a one stop shop for every feature you need in terms of daily operations of a childcare facility. From billing to scheduling, record keeping, payroll, parent communication, and everything in between. Procare has easy to use tutorials to keep up with the ever changing technology.

There are a fair number of updates that can cause issues with the operations. Most of them are done at night, but it does slow down the software when this happens.

It continues to be a great experience for myself and the families I work with. Having a high level of communication and keeping record of families and staff in an organized way is very beneficial.

My only complaint is that we did not have this program sooner, as this program is a game changer.

I am very pleased with Procare. I like the reports it provides. When having to quickly check on allergies, I can print out a report for the whole center. We have found a few glitches between the desktop and online/app version. We are trying to figure out how to solve those glitches right now.

I love the parent/teacher messaging feature. It is nice that there is two-way communication between families and the center. It is also nice that all teachers in the classroom have access the the discussion. Sometimes a parent will in passing share important information about pick-up. We ask that they post that information in Procare messaging so that all teachers and administration will see the message.

I don't like when Procare goes down. Sometimes the app is not working. And we have implemented a plan for when that happens. I would also like more options in the newsletter feature.
I know that the software does SOOOOOO much more than how I am using it. I need to take a training on using the software.
