Overall, I am happy with Procare. I use the Procare daily to conduct the child care center operations. I am satisfied with the product.

I like the attendance and staff tracking, creating documents like allergy lists, photo lists, attendance sheets, and billing sheets.

I wish the data and information from Procare sheets could be used/shared in Excel documents.

Overall I am happy. I haven't felt the need to switch over to anything else and probably won't. It is pretty user friendly. We really liked when a representative actually worked with us to learn how to accept card payments.

I love that when I work with Procare it is like second nature. All of the menus are in a spot that are easy to find. It is also very simple to add in new menus or classrooms. I love that I am able to input all of my documents in the system and it will print me out things such as tax statements, allergy lists and even classroom rosters or birthdays.

It logs me out a lot and that makes it difficult when I am in a hurry to do something

Overall good easy student tracking, helpful features, but pricing could be more affordable. I think the price is worth with all the amenities is has to offer.

It can be costly. Sometimes updates cause glitches, and reports can be a little tricky to customize.

It was a good experience overall but for the lack of customer service. I cannot get someone on the phone to help and neither can my parents.

The app is easy to use and easy to find what you need. The reports function is great and parents can easily find their tax info on their own.

Now that we have issues with our parents getting declined payments (even though they are on auto pay), I cannot get anyone on the phone or even to respond to emails. They are not responding to my parents either.

we really enjoy using Procare for our center. it has changed our daily routines to go much quicker and streamlined the way teachers use technology through the day. we spend less time on the tablet because of how easy it is to use.

As a parent, staying connected with my child's daycare experience is invaluable, and Procare delivers an great solution for real-time updates and communication. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the app’s strengths make it an indispensable tool for parents, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Real-Time Progress Tracking: The ability to follow my child’s day through updates on activities, meals, and milestones is fantastic. It provides peace of mind and keeps me engaged with their daily experiences.

Intuitive Timeline: The app’s chronological timeline is seamless and user-friendly, making it easy to scroll through updates in a logical, visually appealing format.

Simple and Clear UI: The interface is straightforward, even for those not tech-savvy, ensuring quick access to all features without a steep learning curve.

System Outages in 2024: There were noticeable system downtimes throughout 2024, which temporarily disrupted access to updates and caused minor inconvenience.

Limited Photo Interaction Visibility: When multiple people interact with photos on the timeline (think 3 or more), it’s unclear who they are. With only my wife and me using the app to see our child, seeing three or more interactions can be confusing even though my guess is it might be a parent of another kid that's also in the photo.

No Quick-Access Checkout Feature: The app lacks a feature like an Apple Wallet card or QR code integration for checking out our kid from daycare. A “checkout ID” with a PIN or QR code, similar to other apps like car insurance, would streamline the pick-up process.

We love Procare and use it daily. The lesson plans are great for our 2-5 aged rooms but infant and toddlers needs improvement.

We like the ease of lesson plans, parent communication and billing. Also, our parents love it as well.

Infant and toddler lesson plans are not very detailed.

Procare Solutions provides us with software management, payment collection, enrollment forms, parent interface, attendance tracking, and more. While we regularly see what new/improved competitors exist, we have yet to find a software option that is comparable.

Procare Solutions provides our school with the best range of features that we have been able to find (and at the best price point). It covers many of our software and office needs and provides teachers and families with communication, connection, and ease of access.

Our school's enrollment and scheduling options (in which students enroll in multiple classes at a time and in multiple programs throughout the year) requires multiple workarounds with Procare Desktop's tags/tracking. Additionally, there are several features in Procare Online/Procare App that we wish had more options/flexibility.

I love the ability to send private or group messages to parents or employees.

The ease of use, the price, customer service, and the fact that parents can see photos and videos of their child’s day. Being able to see allergies.

I haven't had any cons so far. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about the Procare app.

Overall I am incredibly pleased with Procare. It saves me time with day-to-day operations and is very user friendly!

I enjoy the convenience of everything happening on one platform - attendance, billing, staff time cards, parent and staff communication, onboarding new clients - it really simplifies my day! I also LOVE that when I have an issue with the program I can quickly get help through customer service, or I can even suggest an upgrade to the product. Love it when Procare comes through with a fix that didn't previously exist!

I wish I could issue partial refunds. Currently the only option is to issue a 100% refund for a payment, which is incredibly problematic if I am having to issue a prorated refund for a tuition or fee payment. My only workaround is to have the bank issue a check, but then trying to log the payment that took place outside of Procare get messy.

Procare has been great for everything we need. Any of the day to day stuff that we need documentation of, we are able to record through Procare and access the information at any point. There are so many features to help keep things running smoothly throughout our childcare.

Procare helps keep our childcare facility running. We are able to have all of our families information, staff information, and invoices/tuition in one place. We are also able to record our days including attendance, meals, naps, and diaper changes. The parent portal allows us to share this information with families as well as having an easy way to contact families.

There are a lot features (which is great), however this requires a lot of time to dive into each feature that is available and how to set it up/use.

Overall it gives us many options we wouldn't be able to do manually due to the amount of time it would take!

We love how easy it is to collect payments and the vision it provides us for real time record keeping!

Difficult to run reports, not compatible with Apple and sometimes mobile phones, wish their was a way parents could provide a signature during the online registration process, pay at the checkout kiosk using the app at sign out.

My overall experience with Procare is outstanding and I recommend it as a business owner, teacher, and parent.

As an admin using the desktop version, we can easily monitor real-time number ratios, which is highly beneficial. The communication section facilitates seamless interaction with both parents and staff. Additionally, the newsletter feature is a convenient tool for sharing updates.

We are still exploring the Assessment section to better understand its functionality and how to tailor it to fit our center's needs.

Some reports and functions aren’t as customizable as I would like, and occasional glitches or updates can cause minor disruptions. Additionally, the cost may be high for smaller centers, though the value is there once everything is set up and running smoothly.

I would recommend this to any school administrator, as it has made managing staff, parent info and students a dream!

This software product has made my job so much easier and has streamlined my processes! It has greatly reduced the amount of paper we use also.

There is occasional downtime, although issues are addressed and fixed quickly.

As a parent currently using Procare Solutions for my son’s daycare center, I’ve been so impressed by how smoothly everything runs. It has been the best decision for the children's arts studio, from an administrative perspective. It allows us to stay organized with registration, billing, parent communication, handbooks, etc.

Being able to do a partial refund in the billing department would be extremely helpful. And I would say myself and the team is not a huge fan of the updated messaging system.

Procare makes our center run smoother. It’s simplified so many daily processes, from finances to family communication, and that efficiency has allowed us to put more focus back on the kids. I also appreciate that Procare feels invested in our success, not just in selling software.

What I like most is that Procare has never stood still. They’ve consistently improved the platform in ways that make sense for centers like ours. Their support team is dependable and always helpful, which gives me confidence in the system.

I honestly don’t have much to add here. It’s a solid system that works as it should. We use it every day and have never had major issues.
