I love it, they have made before and aftercare tracking so much easier for me

Procare has made our aftercare tracking and billing more efficient and easier to use. Was easy to adjust too and update with new students.

That once a child is in they can't be removed even if they left our school.

Even with the terrible support I recommend it highly! When it is working nothing can beat it. Procare is the best childcare software out there.

Procare is easy to use, and to learn for new teachers. It allows communication and daily updates to be seamlessly shared with parents.

Customer service is all bots and AI, who cannot help you. It can take hours if not days to get a response from a person who is empowered to help you.

Overall my experience has been great and Procare has been a easy tool to use to communicate for each child's progress.

Sometimes the classroom can get busy and making it a challenge to have the time to put input the information in.

I have been using Procare for 9 years as a center director. Procare is an easy way to keep family and children information all in one place. Keeping track of staff time cards is also easy with Procare sign in. The parent app is the best part. It connects your staff directly with your families. It’s an easy way for parents to do a quick check in or for staff to send a quick update on the day

I wish there was a better waitlist option. I do not like having to make an account for a family on Procare just to have a waitlist. If the family does not come to the center we cannot delete their file

I’ve been using Procare for more than 10years and I love it! Procare helps me keep track of staff and children’s requirements/documentation. You can print a report for any information or data you need. It is fully customizable. Procare does so much and if I need help the support website is great. There you can find easy step by step directions/ videos. The phone support team is also very helpful. I use Procare for everything; attendance tracing for children and staff, data/required paperwork, tuition charges and payment, center expenses, parent and staff communication, children’s daily reports, and more. Starting in July, I plan to use the agency payment part of Procare. It will allow me to manage agency payment with a separate ledger under each family’s account.

Honestly, I love everything about Procare. Any concern or questions I have ever had/have are answered quickly by the support staff or website.

It has made opening and managing a childcare center so much simpler. I like that billing, enrollment, attendance, daily activities, staff management, and parent communication is all in one place.

I like that everything is one place. It is easy to use and has great customer service. We have been able to go completely paperless, and still meet all the state requirements for licensing.

There are occasional glitches, like any technology, but the customer service is great at helping when that happens.

Overall, I am so glad we decided to invest in our daycare by using Procare. For the small amount it costs us monthly, it pays for itself with time saved! Bonus is that the parents really like us using it also!

The time I save using the “Billing & Invoicing” recurring plan feature is priceless! Everything is entered in once & it repeats automatically as long as you need. It saves me from so much time sitting at a computer.

The Student Info & Records feature lets us have all of the information we typically store in a paper file, but available at our fingertips, without having to go into the office & into the filing cabinet to look for it.

The "Attendance Tracking" feature does exactly what it says! It makes keeping track of our kiddos by total attendance or attendance by room so much easier. Before we were doing all of this by hand, day by day, writing down sign in & sign out.

The "Communications Management" feature is one of the things the staff & parents like most. We're able to update the parents on their child's day easily, with photos. If there happens to be an accident or incident, we can let them know immediately.

Being able to have "Mobile Access" is another priceless feature. These days there is an app for everything & nearly everyone has their phone on them almost all of the time. Staff can provide immediate information & parents receive it moments later.

The staff, parents & I as the owner/admin appreciate the "Immunization & Allergy Tracking". The allergy cards are posted in every room, not only the kitchen. This helps the staff keep the kids stay safe & gives parents peace of mind.

I chose Procare because I felt like we would be more satisfied. The representative was very upfront with all information & features including offering the best pricing immediately. Brightwheel quoted a cost, then when I stated I decided to go with Procare, they came down on their cost in attempt to "beat Procare out". I just personally did not care for that approach to business. Also, there was no feature or capability that Brightwheel had that Procare did not. Plus, I preferred the layout and ease of use of Procare.

What I like most about Procare is the ease of use. It was very simple to set up & very simple to get started using for myself, the staff and the parents. If we ever had any questions a representative was there to help us along the way.

If I had to pick a con about Procare, which is hard to do, it would be that some parents experienced minor glitches with setting up their automatic ACH payments. All in all, any of those were taken care of within days.

Procare has been a huge help for our childcare center. It simplifies daily operations—attendance, billing, and parent communication are all in one place. The system is user-friendly, and their support team is responsive whenever we need help.

One area I’d love to see improved is the ability to handle account adjustments more easily. Having better options to write off or charge off parent accounts directly in the online version would save a lot of time. I also wish I could update which bank account tuition payments go to without having to call and wait for the backend team to process the change (which usually takes 48+ hours).

Overall, Procare is reliable and saves us time, but adding these features would make it even better for childcare centers.

If we found another software that offered the biometric check in and out, we would switch products.

We are dependent on the biometric security portion of the Procare platform. This is excellent in ensuring the security of checking clients in and out of the center.

Poor customer service, frequent glitches, frequent updates, frequent crashes. I get tired of parents and teachers texting me or showing up in my office to tell me that Procare isn't working again.

We are very happy with Procare, and we are constantly learning new features. We would recommend this project to other childcare centers.

The cost and features were the main reasons we chose to use the system. It is a good, easy-to-use system.

We wish that some of the reports included more options. On the child roster report, we would love to have the child's grade and school listed.

Overall, Procare solutions meets the needs of my school by helping me to monitor attendance and ensure safe checkout.

I love being able to easily monitor my students being checked in and checked out each day, and safely see who’s picking them up!

I have experienced glitches with the message notifications, which is very inconvenient… Especially if it’s a time sensitive message from one of my parents!

Over all, I am highly satisfied with Procare and love using it for my Center. I helped a sister location set up Tuition Express, and they are in love with it too.

Overall it is easy to use and run a variety of reports. However, we wish there was an easier way to communicate with parents.

We use Procare on a daily basis and it organizes children's records which makes it easy to run reports to communicate with the parents about upcoming record due dates.

Emailing parents is difficult from the desk top version. we have explored moving to the cloud version but the way our school is set up, parents can not open the door until they have used their fingerprint to check in their child.

Procare helps us track everything digitally, all in one place, saving time and paper. We have 10 sites to track, and it is nice to be able to view all our students at once! Also nice to be able to bill all families with the push of a button

Having so many different capabilities across the different platforms and websites is confusing to parents. Wish everything was located in one place

Procare gives us a space to input all of our family's information where it is easy to access - including child birthdates, parent phone numbers, tuition balances, and approved pick up people.
