Have had minor issues which they resole fast between connection problems or not getting notifications.

Easy to communicate with parents and staff and that they can reach out to us whenever they may need anything

Overall I am happy with Procare. It is a beneficial system to communicate with parents and provide a daily report. There are some places that could use improvement but it is in general it works well for our classroom.

I like that it is easy to select activities for children to share with parents and guardians. Parents are easily able to send messages to the classroom as well to let teachers know if they will be late or if their child will not be in attendance that day. As a parent, I enjoy getting the email summary at the end of each day.

We have issues with connectivity at times. It would also be nice if there were more features in the bathroom activities section. I work in a mixed classroom and being able to set some children to default to potty over diaper would save a lot of headaches.

Procare is a really awesome app and way to stay connected! I love it as a staff member and parent!

I do not like that on top of the fee we already pay, we would have to pay more for our teachers to download the app to their tablets.

I love as a parent that I can message just the admin team or the teachers directly. It is a nice way for privacy purposes.

I do not like as an administrator how difficult and how many issues we have sinking the Procare desktop to Procare connect.

We have loved being able to share pictures with parent as well as the daily activities . I like that I can monitor what each staff is approved to do on Procare.

Overall, Elm Tree truly enjoys using Procare. We have used a couple different apps at the center over the years, but ProCare has been the favorite for the staff and parents. I highly recommend to other early childhood providers.

On Procare, we really like the ease of being able to talk with the parents in real time through the chat app. We also like the ease of the application as a whole. It’s simple to navigate for the teachers and the parents.

I don’t really have any major cons about the app. The only thing I would change would be in the scheduling section being able to add in breaks and show the schedule in the app for everyone.

It’s a good product and it makes my job easier. The app allows for caregiving items, lesson plans, videos, photos, and messages from teachers to families of students.

It’s a great system overall, but a few areas could be more intuitive or adaptable to different center styles.

Still, I appreciate how responsive their support team is, and I’m hopeful that future updates will keep improving the experience!
