This is a great program and i love using it to communicate with my child's care provider. Its a simple and easy program to use.

The program is very easy and simple to use. It there is nothing really hard about using the program. From paying on my account to getting updates on my child i love this program.

There is nothing that i really didn't like about the program. Its very easy and simple to learn and work with.

I would highly recommend using Procare to manage a daycare/preschool. Without it, we would have to pay more administrative workers.

Procare allowed us to start up a daycare with professional integrations. We are able to create and manage leads, communicate with parents, clock in/out for staff and integrate with our payroll software, bill and receive payments seamlessly, etc. We can see who is here at a glance, and keep our classrooms in ratio with no problem. We can send incident reports, keep track of potty times, naps, meals, etc.

There are a few minor things that I feel like could be improved on, but Procare welcomes feedback and is good to research what the users want and implement those things when practical.

We have started using the program more recently and I have found it to be asset to our program. It has made record keeping, tracking and attendance so helpful

The ease of the program is the number one thing for me. Parents and teachers have access to their students from their phones or in class devices. They can check them in and out, send messages, and so much more.

So far we haven't had any issues. We have used Procare for tuition fees for several years, but are now just getting into more of the options that are available for us to use.

Overall we love this app. It’s very easy for employees and parents to use. It’s nice to load all updates in one place

In general it is a very easy tool to use and to work with, it has helped me a lot to simplify my work in class, improving communication with parents and vice versa.

Sometimes, the system crashes and I have to resend messages, videos and photos so I have to start from scratch, but it's not something so serious.

Procare makes our day smoother and keeps parents in the loop. It’s been really helpful for our team.

The mobile app can sometimes be a little slow or glitch when uploading photos or switching between screens, but it’s usually fixed fast.

For the piece, it is decent, easy for parents and teachers to use. More challenging for administration and office staff.

Administrative features are lacking and glitch, desktop is outdated and not user friendly, product support is not always able to support.

I have had a great experience with Procare. Any issues I have they are resolved quickly and the customer service is great.

I wish Procare and Family Engagement would sync staff sign-in and out. That would make it so much easier to keep track like I do for the children.

The glitches it sometimes have. The biggest glitch was when some families were billed double the amount of their tuition.

Functionality and customer service have both deteriorated significantly over the years. We use Procare for all business functions but have begun searching for a new solution.

Variety of features that fit perfectly with our business needs. Low cost. Family functionality is good.

Integrations don't function, credit card errors are frequent, customer service is awful these days. Low cost is less appealing when things don't work.

We love it and have used it for 18 years. I have used it at multiple jobs I've been at and its just all around great.

The easy access to all of the tabs and it's very manageable, even for my grandmother who is in her 70s.

Sometimes it lags but that could also be a connection issue and not actually Procare

Procare is a great product and helps cover all kinds of different needs for our center! From billing to data collection/management to student sign in/out. So many features and so easy to personalize!

There are so many features, it can be difficult to find and adjust things, but the support website offers great tutorials!

I have enjoyed using Procare for the past year. I think it's a super easy. platform to implement and train new staff on.

The ability to use the software as come fairly easy to all ages of our staff and parents. its very user friendly, simplistic and straight forward as to the information your looking to post as well as the information as a parent you may want to see.

I wish we had the ability to post photos in to messages to parents. This would be helpful to tell the story when sending messages.
On that note the uploading of pictures in the incident report area seem to run slow, which isn't idea when your notifying parents of an injury.
At the end of the school year we aren't able to extrapolate photos by child, year or class. This would be helpful when creating class yearbooks, graduation slide shows etc.

Overall Procare is a great software package. You have everything that is needed to operate a daycare center with one software package.

I really like the ability to send parents pictures or their children and updates for their activities. I love that one software package can provide everything that is needed to run a daycare center's daily activities.

I wish that Procare allowed for Parents to be directly billed for credit card fees. Due to this issue and the variability in how much the payment could vary we can't accept credit cards only ACH transfers.

We are excited to make the switch and our teaching team is excited as well which is a large influence in my decision to select a program.

We are excited to make the switch to Procare after a recommendation from another program in the area. We take photos of the students for families and being able to upload more than 1 at a time is huge for our program. We also like the ease of messaging families, keeping track of tuition payments, possible new students, and being able to track attendance and print emergency cards is a huge time saver for us.

We haven't found anything about the program that would be a con for us at this time.

Overall experience was good. I can us the program with ease. It's easy to explain to others what needs to be done.

It was extremely easy to learn how to use the program. I was able to create groups for my students to be with their own grade levels.
