Very happy we chose Procare. It would take a lot for us to switch to a different provide even with minor glitches overall very satisfied with the product and services.

Easy to use and implement, saves a lot of time when data needs to be retrieved or reports pulled. Super easy tool to collect tuition and issue receipts.

Some features do not work well with online engage platform

We've been using Procare at our school for a couple of months now and are very happy with it. We use it on a daily basis for vital communications between admin, staff, and families and we couldn't be happier.

Ease of use for families and teachers make the app a good one to use for our school. Parents have remarked on several occasions that they appreciate how simple the new app is.

Some reports can be improved upon, ie face to name report for entire school should be grouped by classroom vs listed by children's names in alphabetical order.

I would recommend Procare to any child care business. It helps you stay very organized, and gives the parent the ease of seeing updates on their child throughout the day.

I enjoy the ease of communication with all the parents, the ease of billing, invoicing and monitoring payments. Gives the provider and parents a way to monitor and watch the growth and development of the child together. Customer service is very helpful and always makes sure your comfortable with how the product functions.

Sometimes it takes customer service a long time to respond, but once they do its very efficient. At first it is a little tricky to navigate and find what you are looking for, but the training before hand is helpful.

We are transitioning to Procare Online because we want to use more of the available features. The program offers so much more than we currently use.

Ease of use for parents and employees. We are able to enroll new people with confidence. The parents are able to pay online and we don't have to keep cash or checks.

Downtime, while rare, is inconvenient. Procare is slow to get back to us when we need assistance.

Overall I am happy with Procare customer service and support and all the programs it offers. I love all the features it offers.

Overall I enjoy most aspects of Procare. I think that it had great capability when it comes to child tracking. I would like to see more parent user friendly aspects of the app and paperwork submission.

What I like the most about Procare solutions is being able to connect with families via newsletter. I like that it sends it via email so even if the parent does not have the app, they still get the newsletter.

I would say I like the least about Procare solutions is that the app doesn't always connect to the desktop and vice versa. It is hard to keep accurate attendance when those two things are not properly communicating with each other.

We love how easy Procare is to use and train new people on. Also the fact that we only have to have one program to run day to day operations.

Love that fact that you can keep track of everything all in one place and not have to look in multiple places for the information you need

I have been using the app for a one year at my current center, but I used it at my previous center. I like how I can send info about are day all day long. That parents can send us a message or us to them right on the app.

How easy it is to send each part of our day to the families, and that they receive this information right away.

The I can't delete a profile after it has been entered

Overall, it is a great system. We use it daily for our child care program. It meets the state requirements and is helpful and informative when communicating to families. We appreciate the ease of customer support.

It is a great way to connect school with the families. We like that children can be individually tagged so you can group them in various ways such as messaging. We also like how parents can view their child's day.

The system does have some quarks. It seems to be slower than other programs we have used. Sometimes the system is down and parents are unable to sign in or receive messages/updates throughout the day. We would like to be able to use a laptop (desktop) to be able to use for a sign in kiosk. Some things we can do on the iPads are not accessible on the desktop and vice versa. One thing that is not working right now is signing incident reports. There seems to be a glitch in the system when we submit for a parent to sign and it will not go through after the parent has signed.

Overall the app is very easy to use and continue to use after so many years in business, I love it!!

I think Procare Solutions is a great resource for child care centers. Families enjoy the messaging and calendar features as well as the ease of paying monthly tuition. I highly recommend it!

I like how Procare Solutions allows me to see who is signed in at a glance. The HR features of scheduling and checking timecards is also easy to use.

I did not like that you can not delete a child once they have left your facility, but you can only inactivate them.

Overall, it's been great. We get our payments faster, our parents are kept up to date better, our information is in one location, it's been easy to use and we feel the support and the price point were terrific.

This product was specifically designed to cater to school extended day programs. It has helped us be more organized, cut down on extra paperwork, and has allowed us to be almost 100% digital in terms of collecting payments from our families.

I feel the reports I need for accounting get a little cumbersome since I have to pull several and extract what I need from each of them to get the needed information

I like Procare and will continue to use it. It serves the needs of my program. Parents have no complaints about the service and appreciate that we have it.

Ease of use: easy to use features, even my older teachers can post efficiently.
Billing: I like that you can use autopay and one-time invoices. I like that I can accept one-time credit card payments as well.

I like how there is an online registration and can collect the fee, however, it does not integrate seamlessly into the child's profile. A lot of information needs to be put in manually.
Customer service is not always quick to respond, but it has gotten better over the last year.

Procare is a wonderful asset that we added to our school. It provides easy access to records and is helpful with parent communication. We would recommend this to other programs.

We like that our families can easily pay online and we can also refund pretty easily as well!
It also gives us easy access for families and staff members with invoices and important information.

We wish we could delete old student records from the database.

Procare Software is a great product to utilize in the childcare industry. Very User friendly with great customer service.

The least I liked about Procare Solutions is the features require individual purchase.

My overall experience has been very positive. Procare has been easy for staff, parents and me to use! It takes very little to set someone up and everyone starts to use it within minutes. It is very intuitive.

The implementation was easy and the features are great! I love that I can track my leads and current children and families in one place. Also keep track of my staff and their schedules in one place. Sending messages to parents, staff and also sending out newsletters and menus is so easy! Procare has helped me become more organized and saved me so much time. Whenever I have a question or problem their customer service has been helpful!

I cannot really think of anything that has been problematic. If I had to come up with something I would say that they could come up with more newsletter patterns or change them up more often. Some of the ones they have are hard to see and are just solid colors so they are kind of boring!

Overall, my experience with Procare has been smooth sailing. Procare updates the system regularly and is very helpful when you need them for anything.

Procare is very user friendly and easy to navigate when introducing the system to our new teachers. Procare provides tutorials on how to navigate the system which helps a lot.

Something I do not like is not being to copy and paste newsletters from the different centers, since we are a multi center facility. If Procare is able to change that feature, then I would not have any cons.

We have been using Procare for 4 years. We have had not but positive experiences.
We use it for parent and staff communication, billing payments, incident reports, waitlist, enrollment forms for new families etc.
Procare is always looking to improve and often has updates.

Great app for time cards, payments, parent staff communication, incident reports, observations and much more.

I would like for Procare to have more group zoom meeting to go over specific aspects of the app.

Never could have been better, very easy to train staff. To reach customer service for help has always been a breeze.

Easy to utilize and well organized and when training a new staff on how yo use the system the walk through videos are very helpful.

As of now I haven't found much that I don't like.
