Overall this being the first product our daycare has used, we have been extremely happy with it. There is lots of options on how to customize it for your company which is great!

Ease and accessibility of specifically attendance, timecards, and billing being in one place. Having it on one product makes administrative duties go smoothly!

Lack of access to parent portals, if parents are struggling with set up or if they are struggling with how their billing is working. We can't access their side so finding the middle ground of how to help a parent can be hard sometimes.

Procare has been an amazing addition to our preschool! We are always learning new ways to use it. Our staff is very happy with Procare and the ability to communicate with their families. They use Procare for weekly newsletters, parent reminders, and photo posting and they LOVE how easy it is to use! Overall we have been very happy with Procare and intend to continue using it!

Procare is user-friendly, appeals to both staff members and parents alike. Procare gives us one place to post important information for parents and staff to view in a timely fashion. We love having the ability to communicate quickly with our parents. Sharing photos of our students with their families is another great perk! Parents love knowing what their kiddos are up to and seeing their children happily playing and learning at school in "real time" is a great tool to have. We love being able to keep notes on Procare re: attendance, incident/injury reports, and other important communications with parents.

Sometimes Procare goes down and we are unable to access the app. On occasion, the app and online version will work for us, but very slowly. This is especially difficult when parents are trying to sign their children in for the day during the busy morning rush. That said, the Procare Help Desk is always ready to assist with any issues we run into.

I highly recommend Procare to any center that needs a quality program that will meet all of their needs for running their business. It handles everything -
student enrollment, parent accounts, staff records, deposit reports, parent communication and much more!

As Director of a preschool I truly appreciate how easy Procare makes it to organize enrollment information of both the parents and the students. Being able to utilize bulk emails and bulk text messages has simplified many of my communication issues. I also truly appreciate how Procare support ALWAYS solves any issues I may have. I have even called them for some really dumb "user" issues and they still make me feel like a valued customer!

The only "con" I might possible have is that some times the wait time for customer support seems a bit long. However, that is understandable if they are providing their other customers the same personable and efficient service they provide me.

Very good/vital for afterschool programs. We are getting used to more features about this since I'm new to the job. Overall the first impression is positive!

It has made my program go smoother for employees and parents. Coming into this position was hard but I was glad there was at least some ease with billing and attendance.

Wish there was better app development. I'm on the go for the majority of the day and need to see some stuff on the work phone. Otherwise I'm lugging my laptop out and praying for hotspot connections.

Overall using Procare has been a smooth process. Many of the features are very user friendly and can be figured out with very little training.

I like the ease of use when it comes to all of the features offered by Procare. The platform is very user friendly. The payment integration with Tuition Express is a wonderful feature and cuts down on the time spent billing and collecting payments.

The only area that can be difficult is when entering immunizations, if you enter a date wrong for the first immunization, and then continue entering dates before realizing your original error, you have to go back and change all of the immunizations entered rather than being able to add an additional immunization to the top.

Since 2006 we have relied on Procare to work for us, and it hasn't missed a beat! Flexibility, ease of use, cost effectiveness, and reliability are all top notch!

Procare has been a God Send for us. We've used it since 2006 after using MS DOS and it has worked perfectly for us. It is quite flexible, allowing us to track any and all data needed to meet our funding requirements and manage day to day operations.

The only thing I can't seem to do is copy over one child at a time from site to site. I can copy over full accounts, but that creates a duplicate account in the receiving site.

Procare has been a great tool for all of our teaching staff and admin teams. Our parents loved the increased communication with the introduction of the app

Procare has helped us manage and grow our child care business for over 20 years. We use Procare daily. It also helps us our billing and to communicate with families. Our families often say great things about the app. The attendance reports are very helpful when filing for our child care subsidy award

The reporting could be much more flexible. The reports to choose from are good but could be better if they could be modified. Customer service phone queue is horrible.

I highly recommend this software for schools as a great way to stay organized and keep updated information.

Overall we really enjoy Procare. We had another system previously and while it was nice on the parent side, the management side of things it was horrible. Procare offers a good product for both parent engagement and management.

I enjoy the ease and support Procare provides. For the first time we were able to have all of our systems under one umbrella, making our day-to-day management easier. Having everything in Procare has made that easier. We enjoy the parent connection and having an easy way to communicate. The support team is outstanding! Whenever we have an issue, they have a resource to help guide us.

I wish that some of the upcoming features were available sooner. There are a few areas that I think could be improved and with these updates they will, just waiting for those to happen. Also, the reports section is lacking a little. I would like to be able to create a report and have it in a convenient to print format, which it is not.

My husband and I have been using Procare to run our daycare business for over twenty years. After selling the business during Covid, the new owners were using a different product. When I agreed to return and run the business for them, we switched back to Procare from another daycare management software. I feel that when it comes to managing the data and creating the necessary reports no other program is as good.

The customer support is amazing. Whenever I have a question or am unable to make a report, someone from the Procare team is right there to assist me. The reports are outstanding and make it so easy to manage the day-to-day operations. From sign in sheets to attendance logs. emergency information, all of it can be sorted and reported with ease.

I do feel as though the parent interface could be made stronger. The parent access to billing and customer statements could be easier as well. Many parents wish they had the capabilities of setting their payment dates.

Procare is ideal for centers and it has been a great help for my classroom. it helps me connect with the parents and keep the parents updated with their children progress and what we do on a daily.

Procare simplifies childcare operations with features like automated billing attendance tracking and real time parent communication. the intuitive parent app that keeps families connected , and the reporting tools make compliance and performance tracking hassle free.

Some initial setup can be time consuming especially for new users.

We have been very pleased with our Procare experience overall. It is great for managing student records, tracking attendance, and preparing invoices.

Customer service is excellent. We very much appreciate having confidence in receiving support whenever we need it.

Pricing rates for Procare Solutions is expensive for a school of our size

Just starting out but I love the guided tutorials and how easy it is to navigate for staff and parents.

The virtual demos, constant communication and easy access to customer service. Even when I wasn't ready to sign up, as I was still shopping around, the sales rep Loren was extremely helpful and responded to any questions I had over email.

As we have just signed up, there have been no cons so forth!

We are a 200+ student school that has been in business for over 40 years. We have tried several registration, contact management and accounting software’s in the past. Procare desktop combined with the engagement app for teachers/parents is the only one that has been able to help us streamline our registration, payment and communication processes all in one place. They have been responsive in answering questions and creating solutions to new hurdles. Our office staff is happy with the flexible data processing, our teachers were able to utilize the app easily from day one and our parents are relieved to finally have the ease of access to communication, daily updates and billing that they expect in this day and age. Procare came highly recommended and for good reason.

Handles all the aspects of running our school. Great support when rarely needed. We are thrilled to have one place to handle accounting, attendance and communication and so are our parents.

I love how easy the Procare app is to use. Online access allows me to work remotely, and realtime updates are terrific.

Extremely easy to use and there are places to modify input categories. Tracking is a great tool! Auto pay setting has allowed me to save hours in billing time.

I like Procare. I think it has everything I need as a center director but would love some upgrades in functionality and a more stream-lined approach.

Procare encompasses most all of the facets of childcare into one program. From record keeping, attendance, staff schedules, immunizations... it is all there.

The system can feel a little clunky, as in when you're entering info. It is not easy to change dates, numbers and there are always error messages. It has not been upgraded since I started using it eight years ago, and this can take me a very long time when entering children's info.

Our transition to Procare and daily usage since then have been very easy and customer oriented. I can tell that employees of Procare care about their product as well as the customer.

Customer service is wonderful! Everyone I have talked to have been very knowledgeable, patient and quick. The integration from our old system was seamless. My suggestions for improving are taken seriously and was even submitted for review which, I think, says a lot about a company and their willingness to serve customers.

The wait time for customer service is long. I know that I have to set aside time in order to call to receive help.

We have been pleased with Procare at our center. Parents, especially the ones new to childcare, love the idea of managing their billing, sending us messages, and communicating with teachers all on one app. I love looking at pictures that teachers post.

The app is easy to send messages and posts in real time to parents. As an administrator, I can scroll through the classroom activities and post as well as monitor messages.

Sometimes there is a need for an update and we will have issues with use. Parents will be frustrated when they can't sign in their child but this is really our only issue.

Overall, we love this software, it works great and is easy to implement with families and staff. Wouldn't change for any other software.

It is easy for families to log in and connect with staff. The mobile app is very user-friendly and convenient when going from class to class.

Data entry can take a little long when multiple contacts are added to a family.
