I have really enjoyed using this program and the staff were great rolling us over into it. They spent a lot of time working with us and answered all questions in a timely manner. Even after 2 years if I have a question they will answer in the chat box with a great time period and have helped me out every time.

I like how easy it is to communicate with families and have all the clock in and out system all in one program.

I don't like how the emergency contacts entered by parents can not be labelled in order of preference they would want us to call.

The team and myself find using Procare Solutions very easy. I would like to get to the point where we can use the product to send forms to parents for them to complete and sign.

Procare Solutions provides a sleek easy to use app along with a dashboard site that allows for my team to learn from attendance and activity data.

I don't find the document generator very useful.

Overall I love the usability and cost of Procare. We use the contactless sign in everyday. Some parents use the kiosk and others just use their phones. Great features.

We love the contactless sign in for parents. It's easy to setup and use. We use this feature everyday for our parents to sign their children in and out.

The newsletter section needs more templates. It would be nice if we could upload a newsletter and send out.

We will continue to learn and grow with this product as it has been a game changer for us! We like the ease of it all.

We have been using Procare for over two years now and we have loved the improvements. It is quick and easy to bill our families and they are making payments on time and with credit cards now. We can also see very quickly which students are in attendance each day.

We are currently experiencing any cons at this time.

Overall, I appreciate Procare and will continue to use it. It's easy to use and I would definitely recommend it.

I liked Procare's ability to interact with parents at any time. It offers parents the ability to check-in at any time with us as well as maintain their payments. It helps staff keep track of attendance, important facts for each camper, and has the ability to share photos with families.

It could use a greater degree of flexibility when trying to set up a payment plan that covers the daily rate for a partial month without having to extend into the following month.

Overall, I would recommend Procare to everyone. If you are looking for an easy way to communicate with parents or to keep up with the day to day of your facility, this is one of the best products to have.

I love the different activity features that it offers. It allows us to keep open communication with all of our parents and staff.

There are connection errors or outages quite often
We recently needed to get the door code fixed through Procare and it took about 3 months for it to be done which is a safety issue and was frustrating since it was all done through zoom and phone calls with the technician.

Overall, this software fits the bill for what we want to offer to our families. Their fast, friendly and supportive customer service is great and it is easy to use.

Procare offers great solutions for our organization, especially for sign in and sign out, parent portal, and epayments. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!

There is some batch reporting I'd like to have, but it is not enough to detract from the other benefits the software provides for our before and after school care program.

Procare has been a pretty good resource but as time has gone on there are behind with technology. Their desktop system looks very old compared to other platforms on the market.

I like the all in one aspect where you can run your entire program using this software.

I don’t like that the software is only windows based therefore you cannot use Apple products for the desktop version. They are missing a lot of important report run options as well.

Overall Procare is an amazing asset to our business. The parents and teachers can use it with ease and it makes things simple to have it all in one place.

I like that Procare has everything in one place- tuition, records, reports, teacher clock in/out, tax statements, parent messages, etc.

There isn't anything that I don't like about Procare so far.

To leave Procare, move all my data, pay more and have a learning curve of a new program it would really have to WoW me.

I have used Procare daily for 27 years. I love the move to Procare Solutions. I was able to save $ and drop Quickbooks for the payroll. I can manage the center students, parent communication, staff and payroll all with one program. They just added a staff training feature so all the same features as the other programs available. I love being able to access it from anywhere. They have the best customer service, and they are well trained.

Is to many choices a problem? It can take a bit to find the correct report I need. If I can't find one I can use the data reports to create my own.

Procare has been a success at our center. When other businesses call to offer their product we are happy to say we will stick with Procare.

Procare has a range of features that fit right into our Learning Center. One of our most favorite features is the option Kiosk! This allows our parents to sign in and out their children. Each authorized pick-up person has a code unique to them which increases security. We can also send reminders and messages for them to read while signing in/out.

The Desktop version Could be a little more modern.

Overall my experience has been positive and I think we made a great decision in moving to Procare :)

I appreciate the reports functions and formula billing! Customer support is always helpful, positive, and very informative! We have had a great amount of feedback from our families regarding how much they enjoy the versatility in updates, and the live updates and photos throughout the day

I think there are some opportunities for functionality that are overlooked. For example, we cannot edit the parent phone numbers through the desktop site and then have them synced through the dashboard online. Our teachers have voiced that they would like the ability to edit messages to correct small spelling errors or realign the message for further clarification. We can also not generate a report that reflects scheduled days vs attended days. - which would be helpful for corporate reporting. Also, having parents electronically sign incident/ accident and move-up sheets would be great.

Beyond great and my parents rave about it. My parents love that they can get reports and live updates as to what is going on in the class at the time. Seeing pictures of them really helps when the parents maybe having a difficult time.

Convenience, easy to operate, customer support is very helpful. The app provides directions on how to work it and where to find specific things if you are looking for them. It gives great tutorial videos too.

Sometimes the app crashes but that's not a big deal. It took some time getting used to, but most parents have the hang of it now.

I enjoy the app. I have been a customer for over 4 years and I recommend this to other providers who are thinking of adding technology to their services

I love this program for its ease of communication, reports, ease to use, check-in, and check-out for both staff and families. I love that it is user-friendly and easy to install. The system give updates when they are available and are easy to install.

I think some of the reports need to be updated and able to be tailored to the business that it is serving.

Overall we have been proud to be Procare users. Procare makes my job as the director easier by automating our tuition collection, student enrollment, attendance records and staff time.

Procare solutions was so easy to setup and train the staff to use. We were up and live within a month of switching over to Procare.

My only complaint is not having the ability to concurrent registrations running.

I would recommend Procare to any childcare center. It is easy to use, your information is streamlined in one place, their customer service is always very responsive, and it is a great product for the price.

I like having our student's information in one place. It is very user friendly for both families and staff. We are a nature-based program and spend the majority of our time outdoors. It is very convenient to use the ProCare app on our phones to keep families updated on their child's day in real time.

I would like to have the option of having more than one form available for families to fill out.

Overall I love Procare and would recommend it to others. I see Procare making changes to support the customer daily.

I like the ease of use, on going updates, time saving, money saving, and the ability to access anywhere. Procare changed the filing method for our records and has given us the ability to work more efficiently.

The following are cons for Procare

1. We can not delete items that was uploaded to a profile in error.
2. We can not add daily customized activities for staff such as notes, etc.
3. Customize user access especially in the event of custody issues/domestic violence, etc.
4. Newsletter draft, sent, and scheduled should be in folders per user and/or classroom according to how it is set up. Each user can only see their own newsletter or class newsletter. Admin can see all newsletter.
5. There should be different levels of Admin. There should be a Super Admin option where others can not change unless they are Super Admin.
6. There should be ability to click a button to add a Custody, Domestic Violence, Epi Pen, Asthma icon next to each child on the web and the app.
7. All ability to add calendar activities to on the web without the sending it to the parent.
8. All some authorized escorts the ability to get send and receive pick up/drop off messages so that they can stay informed or notify us of any issues, etc.

Excellent products to support day to day operations of childcare management. Excellent customer service support. Very user friendly for administration, staff and families.

Robust products for all aspects of managing a childcare program. Products are very functional and user friendly. Excellent customer service and numerous training options.

Would like to see an expanded annual budget function.
