As a small business owner, I wanted a product that maximized my "bang for my buck," and this was it. I love how much I get for the very reasonable price. It makes many aspects of running the center easier, from an admin point of view, because so much is easily accessible on one screen.

Procare is user friendly and does "the bare minimum" for those just starting out and new to the platform. Once you get comfortable with the basics, I love that it has a ton of other, more advanced features that can be utilized. I chose Procare because it's an "all in one" for me - billing, child and employee data management, timecards, parent app, etc. all in one place and for one price.

I would like to see more customization options, even just aesthetic ones such as matching your platform to your brand colors, fonts, etc.

Procare has been a one stop shop for my childcare operations management system. It's convenient and user friendly. I highly recommend Procare if Childcare owners want to streamline their operations.

I love Procare and have been using this software for over 20 years. This software has evolved over time, and the recent updates and additional functions keep us up to date.

Procare Solutions provides all the features and functions you need to improve your daily operations. We have found the user interface to be exceptionally intuitive, so it was easy to train new staff. We also love the seamless integration with our existing systems. All in all, Procare Solutions delivers on its promise to make daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Overall, the system worked well for me, but I did have some occasional delays, such as some minor delays with the program not loading. However, the technical issues are resolved quickly by the help desk, so that wasn't a huge problem.

For the most part we like using Procare. It meets our needs at the current moment. And Price is adequate also.

I'm not a big fan of the billing and that you need to bill out each child separately from the same family.

Happy with the actual product, not happy at all with sales, account managers, billing process and pricing.

Pricing nearly doubled, will little notice. As the year had already started, our budget was already prepared.
Twice our debit card has been charged without actually receiving an invoice.
After requesting our latest invoice from an account manager, I asked some questions and have yet to receive any response after nearly a month. I also left a voicemail for the account manager. No return call. As I paid the invoice, apparently, they didn't feel the need to respond.

Whenever I have needed any support, I have been able to speak with someone quickly and they are always so nice and able to resolve my issue.

Easy to use, contains all of the features that we want, and they provide excellent timely support when needed.

I have used Procare with other schools that I have managed, and I have been a satisfied customer for almost 20 years. I love Procare.

My overall experience with Procare has been amazing for 22 years! switched to Bright wheel by a very convincing Rep. but once I tried to onboard... I got so overwhelmed that I switched back to Procare immediately!

The ease of learning how to navigate Procare is very easy. The assistance provided via telephone or online is easy to comprehend.

I wish that Procare would allow when creating sign in /out sheets a place where I can put special occasions like CLOSED or Fall Party etc.

Procare software has been an essential tool in our early childhood center for over 12 years. Its user-friendly interface makes registration and maintaining electronic student files straightforward, while the automatic billing feature has greatly streamlined our financial processes. The software’s tracking tools for immunizations and physicals are invaluable for staying compliant, and the wide range of customizable reports, like birthdays and immunizations due, helps us stay organized.

I wish there was a better system for our out-of-school learning program; currently, parents need to register for each camp and re-register every school year, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to manage that. Additionally, for our early childhood side, the Parent Connect app did not work as well as another child care management software, so we are paying for two different systems. Some of the more advanced features and modules also come at an extra cost, which might be a consideration for centers looking to fully optimize their system without increasing expenses.

Overall my Procare experience has be very great! There are many features that make everything easier, both parent and teacher wise. All of our families are updated daily on how their child is doing. And the staff is very nice and always willing to help when we have questions.

I love the variety of everything you can do on Procare. It is very easy to do billing on there and very easy for parents to set it up as well. It is also very easy to use for the teachers to contact and update parents on their child's day. The staff is always very helpful and willing to help if you have questions.

Sometimes setting up a new child's profile is difficult if they come from the leads, we have to manually input the basic information (birthday, days attending, allergies, etc) when all of that information is in the leads, it would be easier if it all automatically was put in.

I would definitely recommend Procare to other daycare centers! It’s easy to use once employees mess around with it a little.

I wish there were options for other languages. My center primarily has Haitian Creole and Spanish speaking families.

It's easy for parents to clock their children in and out. Billing is easy. Parents can make payments without any help. We can use multiple computers at the same time.

All the addons cost extra money. When you need help the wait is long.
