The customer service has been amazing and quick to answer any questions. The program is very user friendly and has several options to implement. The customers love the ease of use and the features included.

Ease of use and availability. Ease of implementation. The program has many helpful links that you can use for questions . The staff find this program helpful for communicating with families as well.

The added cost for tuition express for payments . If this was included in the monthly fee that would be beneficial to many childcare programs.

Overall, the Procare system is easy to use and helps me to successfully navigate the accounting for my program. While there are a few things that I do not care for, it is a good software system to use.

I like that Procare has an easy to use dashboard that will help you to access the various components of their system. It is clean and clear while giving you the basic information that you need to get started for the day. The various functions such as the reports give you a variety of ways to track the accounting and attendance in your program without getting bogged down by endless clicking to find the right form.

An issue that I have with Procare is how subsidy payments are managed in the system. For example, if a child on subsidy leaves the program, their personal information that ties them to deposits is deleted and you have to go back and reenroll the child in the program to make the final deposits. Another issue that I have is the options for the newsletter function. It is very basic and does not allow for much creativity. It also does not have a strong print or email function as information and pictures get distorted when trying to print or email a newsletter.

We do not use Procare for anything but billing/tuition payments at our school, and except for what I mentioned above, I love it!

The ease of keeping track of tuition and payments each month. We are also now able to accept online tuition payments because we are using Procare.

We are not able to run a monthly tuition posting report to track how much tuition should be coming in, and we are also unable to completely delete a child/family from the system.

Overall, Procare is easy to use and very user friendly! It works perfect for what I need it for! Procare is very helpful in my day to day tasks.

My favorite thing about Procare is that I can communicate with my students' parents about their day! I can send pictures, activity descriptions, and notes about her meals.

There is nothing I don't like about Procare! It is very user friendly and a helpful part of my day.

Overall I think Procare was well made, although we do not use all of the features the program has to offer we are still very please with the parts that we are able to use. The price is a little high but it was a small sacrifice to make to help the productivity of our center.

My experience with Procare has been exactly what was presented to myself and the owner of our center in the initial meeting with the Procare Team. They are very good at answering their phone and helping in anyway they can.

There are some helpful features I feel like the system is lacking, such as their child history records. But I think they do a fine job.

It has so many benefits for reports and record keeping. All of the modules work together for seamless information.

Procare has been our system of choice in the centers I have Directed. From Oklahoma to South Caroline. We use all the products available. Desktop - check in computer and door opener. This last year we have used Learning Beyond Paper and the Procare Parent communication app.

The fees for credit card processing through Tuition Express would be the thing that keeps it from being the perfect childcare software. But 4 stars is still really great.

While we have experienced some bumps in the road that does not have an immediate fix, their customer service is quick to help you through the problem.
Overall, we are happy with our choice with Procare over the other platforms we considered.

Invoicing and payments have become greatly improved. Student tracking and ratios are vital to our school.
We use the Staff timecard which has made payroll super convenient.

Cannot message teachers individually.
Some information from Leads does not transfer into student profile requiring a manual input.
Families cannot reply to activities or pictures

This has automated our after-school program and has been really easy to use and navigate. I like the way that we can get our total counts per day.

I like the ease of billing and the reports that are available. I also like the ease of taking attendance.

I wish I could be able to get push notifications when a parent sends a message to me in the app. I also wish I could give partial refunds to parents instead of having to refund the entire amount of the payment.

Fair; does the basics of what I need. System features create more responsibilities for director rather than automated features

The only thing I could think of would be sending messages to parents when they check in/out. This helps when I can’t get to them in person

I did have the chance to change platforms three years ago after using Procare for 12 years and decided to continue with Procare. The remaining team members made the move to Procare!

Procare Solutions has been helping me fulfill my administrative needs for over 15 years! I love the dashboard for the quick glance of all systems running along with the ease of locating records/data at your finger tips.
I can better forecast with classroom information from Procare and quickly see if a child is not present.

My only con would be the having to log back in after a time out. Would love it if the time would be a wider period of time or if I had the capabilities to change my sign out time.

Procare is a quality child care management system for keeping track of a ton of child and family information. It takes quite some time to learn all what Procare can do for your program.

The online MyProcare Parent Portal is a great way for parents to add and update their children's weekly schedules. And it's super nice that they can pay their bills through the portal as well.

Tuition Express frequently fails to post payments to random accounts when a parent pays online. This is a HUGE headache because you must go into the accounts and manually enter the payments and then generate a deposit report.

Good experience in most aspects. It allows for me as a director to easily monitor the happens of the center and insure that children are be provided proper care.

Great attendance keeping, scheduling, ratio monitoring. Love the waitlist option, it keeps things organized and right at your finger tips.

Features do not carry over from webpage to app and vise versa

Overall it has been a good experience. Not great but good. There are still some issues to be worked out. Like what Icons mean, Subsidy billing issues, and enrolling students into two classrooms.

We have been using Procare for a few years now. Customer service is quick and pretty helpful on most questions. I like that they will accept suggestions to make the software better from a user's end.

The bugs that happen. There seems to be a few problems with the parents payment function that involves Tuition Express.

it has been a great addition to our preschool. overall happy with all of the features and I know along the way it will just get better and better.

I like the communication feature, photos, billing and staff info. It's nice that everything is easily kept in one spot. wish that it had a budgeting side for supplies.

I wis that the photos and comments had a like feature. that way parents and teachers can confirm message received with out having to respond.

Overall, we have been very please with Procare and the features we have used. Their support staff is very helpful with every question that we have as well.

It is so easy to track attendance and in turn, process and send billing. I love that everything is integrated together. There are so many reports available to fill any need you may have.

It is pricey but overall worth the price in my opinion.

Overall, I think Procare is the best childcare management system there is. It integrates food program, attendance, family accounting, and staff management all in one place.

This software is easy to use and mostly intuitive. Once set up, you are able to run a variety of reports that are useful in all areas of your childcare business. I am a long time Procare user (17 years) and I'm still learning new ways to use these reports in my day to day management. I like the food program reports, enrollment reports, and attendance. We are able to customize our staffing based on child attendance and that saves a lot of money in payroll hours.

I would like to be able to allow parents to make payments on the Procare parent app with the credit card fee like you can do in the center. We have also had a problem changing out the profile pictures for children on the parent app. When a child enrolls as an infant and has an infant picture on their profile, we have not been able to change it as the child grows and changes.

Procare covers all the required licensing requirements for documenting and tracking. I like the majority of the features, just wish for a few changes. I think our team uses most of the features but could do better with implementing and utilizing more.

I like all the options that are available on the Procare Desktop application. I think that being able to customize so much and pull so many different reports has been very useful.

I wish that Procare Online had the ability to print whole "files" for a child, which included the child's daily activities, messages and other options since enrollment. Often times we need to pull all those for different issues/incidents that come up, and it typically involves a lot of time and screenshots.

Procare is an all day go to. Teachers sign in, children sign in and attendance is easily kept in check. Each meal is posted for parents to see. Notes can be posted documenting anything you need to refer back to for each child. Parents are easily reached through messaging. Pick ups are easily verified. Children who visit your class are easily learned about. You can check their profiles for allergies, food concerns and any other information which will help keep them safe and happy in your care. The program is easy to use and all teachers are able to easily use it.

Attendance, meal counts, notes, and parental communication are just some of the useful features of Procare.
Easily viewing each child’s vital information is just an added bonus.

Pictures of each child’s vital information are not kept in albums and notes on each child are not all kept in one place. You have to scroll through a child’s activity page to view both.

We use this in every aspect of our day,. From child reports, to tuition, to sign in and out, and so much more, it has made managing our preschool much easier.

We use Procare solely for our registration process, enrollment, and tuition processing. During Covid, we began using features that we hadn't used before; such as the parent engagement app. That has become a crucial part of our program. We use it for photo sharing with parents, as well as messaging. It is great to be able to send messages, like texting, without having to give your cell phone to parents.

The cost has been steadily increasing each year.

Procare has been easy to use by both admin and parents. Parents like the option to pay using tuition express and the easy check in and check out using the fingerprint system, Admin likes the ease of creating reports and having everything available.

Procare's check in and check out features, along with billing and tracking is easy to use and helpful.
