Overall, Procare is amazing. We have built our company up using this system and it has kept us consistent as we have grown.

Procare is a great software for managing our childcare center. We have used it for 20 years, and as it continues to improve, it gets better and better. The accounting features is our number one reason for staying with Procare. All other platforms are always missing one piece that Procare has. Being able to manage staff, families and accounting all in one place truly makes our job easier. Once learning and understanding the platforms it is very user friendly. Procare's support team is great, very responsive and very helpful.

Even though we love most things about Procare, we do wish it had some features so that we could eliminate all other systems. Such as a two-way communication between the parents and admin outside of the app. Having a way to send a mass email to all of the parents and having them just respond to the email it came from.

I've been using it for over 15 years and I love it. it is so easy to use and I love that it's connected to the engagement app for the parents as well.

Procare makes keeping track of attendance and records and billing so easy. It is so nice it's all in one place.

The cloud is down sometimes but they seem to fix it fast.

Will continue to use despite above issue. The more you use Procare, the more families will talk about how they enjoy feeling involved in their child's day when they are not around.

Easy of functionality and set up. The app is easy to use for both parents and staff utilizing. Sending text messages is a plus!

When making phone call from cell phone, your cell number appears instead of an unknown caller or robo number.

Overall it has been a positive transition to using Procare for our preschool program. Our parents like the app and that everything is in one place.

We love the ease of use of Procare and that we can have billing, online payments, attendance, record keeping, and parent communication all in one place.

We wish there was an easier way to share pictures/video with parents. We would like to be able to share multiple pictures (album) at one time and have the ability for parents to comment.

My experience with Procare overall has been good. I use it daily to check one students comings and goings.

I have really enjoyed how easy it is to check on students and contact parents. I like that I can keep attendance and know when my students are getting to school and leaving school.

I have not had a bad experience with Procare yet.

I would recommend because I appreciate how everything is in one place when it comes to everyday things!

Easy to use for everyday things such as reports, billing, attendance, tracking of students, emergency contacts, etc.

The licensing forms have not been integrated into the system or if they have been they are not user friendly.

After using two other Childcare platform Procare has made the most sense for our center and has been user friendly and excellent for our staff and families.

I love how simple it is to use and the customer service was always amazing! Processing and keeping track of tuition is made so simple with the Procare desktop

We couldn't do automatic payments without having a processing fee associated for parents and we didn't feel comfortable asking for that on top of tuition payments.

We experienced such a breath of fresh air with our move to online ProCare! What a win! Teachers and parents enjoy daily use!

Overall, this is a good app for a childcare company or school to use you were able to update families on how the child’s day is going. You can do observations as well as send messages to staff and families, and you can include billing into the app where families are able to pay tuition. Everything is in real time and families are able to get updated instantly, the app is very user-friendly.

My favorite part of the app is the mood section where I can update families on how a child is feeling by using by picking a mood and then adding what they did or how they feel. Uploading pictures and videos is easy as well as updating meals, bathrooms, and communicating with families. It is all easy.

Will get an update about a server error therefore I am unable to use the app. Sometimes the picture and name of the child does not match. I have to refresh the app in order to get it to work.

Good experience. Easy to access. Very satisfied with this product. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for quality childcare management.

Easy Access, convenient for childcare use. We use this product daily, and the families and staff find in convenient.

Not able to access when offline. It is very frustrating when the internet goes down.

-It is sometimes hard to find the right report. There are a plethora of options for reports, but that also makes it difficult to find the best one to use.

Overall, it has been a good experience. They just need to work on integrating Procare desktop and online more efficiently.

I like that it integrates childcare management including child information, billing and processing.

I am not a fan of the fact that it doesn't include a memo feature when entering transactions like QuickBooks.

Excellent! I love Procare and I have looked at other software programs but this makes my life at work so much easier.

I have used Procare for over 25 years and I tried another software one time but it did not compare to the ease of Procare. The financial piece is very user friendly and the videos for training are wonderful!

I wish the Procare Connect piece had a link within Procare or interfaced in some way and had automatic sign up for parents to receive their code.

Overall it is easy to navigate and use. I use it for child and staff paperwork and updated immunizations. I also use it for parent payment activities and to see children's attendance. Very happy with Procare.

The ease of using Procare, how organize my child enrollment files are and using the reports to keep myself updated on what is needed for staff and children.

Updates. They sometimes take to long and it interferes with clocking the children in and out on the parent computer.

Our experience with Procare has been overwhelmingly positive. From startup support in switching over from another program through today where we use Procare daily, we have been extremely happy with the functionality it has given us.

Overall I have been using pro care for a little over a year now in different centers and I absolutely love it!!!

I like how close contact we can be with the parents and how fast we are able to message with the parents back and forth. Keeping families updated with notes and pictures. Billing is also amazing and easy managed. Along with being able to keep in contact with employees also. Procare is a great program all around.

What I don't like it maintenance if there are issues it so hard to get in touch with someone to help. Even when we finally reach someone, we are always on an extended hold time which is a major inconvenience at times.

Overall, Procare has helped us to streamline our processes and focus on our students and families in our summer program. The ability to communicate with families and staff creates a better experience for our children.

The check in process and parent communication has been a great way to improve our parent's experience. The staff communication options help create ease in managing our site.

The system was a challenge to learn but the implementation team and training library are helpful.

This is a great software option for large or small scale programs with many options. We like the attendance tracking and the Tuition Express options even though we ceased to use those now.

We like the attendance and billing for account management options with the free basic package, we do not have a subscription. We have had great experiences with customer service.

We have tried the Tuition Express, Family Engagement and iCloud package too. We will try that at a later time when we grow as a program or transition to all day childcare too.
