I love having everything in one location. The employees are always helpful and kind whenever I have any questions.

Procare's partnership with Learning Beyond Paper could use a lot of updates. I do not know if it is an error on Procare of Learning beyond. PDF's are blurry, curriculum themes don't match up, resource lists are inaccurate. One other con is to be able to use their application on a mobile device or tablet it has to be new enough. Which is a bummer for a lot of our families because they can only utilize Procare online.

I am very happy we switched to Procare. The implementation was a breeze and customer support has been outstanding.

Procare was easy to implement, parents love the information updates, staff are able to quickly update parents and communicate as needed with parents.

Credit card fees need to be able to be billed automatically to parents.

Overall we are pleased with Procare Solutions and would recommend this product to educational programs.

Procare is used for accounting, record management, enrollment and employee records. It has greatly helped our time management.

Setting up the registration feature was challenging.

it's been positive and streamlined. We appreciate the all in one bucket app and the parents are much easier to reach through messaging than through their email.

We like the integration with gusto and quickbooks as well as the ease of having parent communication, payment and attendance all in one place.

it can be clunky. When you send out a school wide message, your inbox shows that message to every single family instead of one message with a group.

It is a great experience with the ease to use. But the repair part can be hard to coordinate the technician of Procare and the local electrician. It will be better if the Procare can send someone directly from Procare team for the repair.

The daily update platform is my favorite part. Also, I love the sign in/out by GPS. It is easy to send group messages when it comes to urgent announcement.

When it comes to repairs, especially involving hardware and software, it is hectic to coordinate the repair.

Absolutely love the reports feature. You can runs reports on attendance, provide parents with behavioral reports.

We use it in our child care facility to track attendance, behavioral reports, billing and emailing statements and tracking immunizations.

We used to have a problem with our fingerprint scanner but since receiving the new kiosk everything works great!

Does the job, but could use some work. For example there is not spot to put where the parents job is.

Message app to parents. It is nice that we can send messages to them. And the classroom lists to quickly see who is here.

Can't edit to what your Center needs. There are things missing.

As a center, we must following procedures of DHS. One feature I would like to change is the uploading of parents and also items that they can change. This conflicts with and pose a risk when it comes to picking up and releasing children.

I have been using Procare for almost four years. I like the safety pickup and look up phone numbers to contact the parents.

The software is easy to use and understand. I use it every day at work for active supervision in the classroom. I am able to share my concerns with my parents in my classroom.

Sometimes parents expect me to respond quickly using the ProCare to answer questions everyday.

Procare is a great communication tool to use in your childcare setting. It is easy to track which children in you center and employees. You are easily able to keep your rooms in compliance with ratio numbers. What I really like is everything is right in your hands, you have all these records, contact numbers, billing information making things easy for you. My staff and I really like the messaging feature. They are able to get answers to their questions fast and share information. We like using Procare.

I really like the whole communication aspect of Procare. We are able to share information to parents as it's happening and then can in return reciprocate. I love that we don't have to do the old paper communication, and it saves so much time doing it electronically.

I have found using automatic billing feature that if a child is missing a sign in or sign out time that the system doesn't bill anything but most of all there is not error report or message that indicate that happened. We have found a lot of time wasn't billed and had to go back and figure that out.

There is no better product out there that helps childcare business. I would recommend this to anyone!

Easy to use for both customers and the school. The billing is amazing. We use the student attendance daily as well as the parent messaging.

I di not like that there is no integations with ADP.

It does it's job without too many difficulties and it is easy to train new employees on. We like that i has the administrator side as well as the app for parent connection together.

Easy to use. Has most the features we want. We are able to train new staff on the program easily and Procare Help is helpful.

I wish their were some additional reports available and a few more options for corporate reports.

We got stuck on the inability to meet our billing needs. We tried a few possible manual options but they weren't scalable.

Great feature set! This platform seems to shine over others we tested was automations, ratio tracking alerts and staff tracking look awesome.

Unfortunately they do not support pre-monthly billing based on the variable billable days in a month. Also they don't have an Cwelcc support (reporting/subsidy) at this time.
