Overall, I highly recommend the product for its quality and effectiveness, but I hope they can improve their customer service responsiveness. With a little adjustment in that area, this would truly be a five-star experience all around!

I recently tried out this product, and I have to say, it was really good! From the moment I started using it, I immediately noticed a positive difference. It worked seamlessly and exceeded my expectations. The convenience it brought to my daily routine was simply awesome! It really saved me a significant amount of time, allowing me to focus on other tasks and enjoy my day more. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of its use and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable solution. Five stars all the way!

However, I did encounter a hiccup with customer service. Trying to get in touch with someone was more challenging than I anticipated, and it left me feeling a bit let down, especially after having such a positive experience with the product itself. I had some questions that I was eager to have answered, but after several attempts to reach out, I found myself feeling a bit disheartened.

Once you get past setup and have been using Procare regularly, you will find yourself able to zip through a variety of tasks. Finances and family data are the key features although more is possible.

Our accountant has access easily, and the waitlist feature we added on has made bringing in new families much faster and organized.

Occasionally there will be an attempt which does not go through and requires a work around. Also when posting checks, if a mistake is made, it requires extra work besides just going back an editing, as you can in tuition/billing.

I love using Procare because it is user friendly and is allowing me to keep track of all my children's work.

I really enjoy Procare when it’s up and functioning the way it should. The customer support is amazing at figuring out your issues, but it tends to go down a lot.

I like having billing, attendance, parent communication, etc all in one area. This platform is great for sending photos and uploading lesson plan so that the parents can see what’s going on Daisy

When the program goes down, everything goes down and this seems to be happening a lot lately.

I would not change this app, it has been a lifesaver for me. I just wish some edits would be make to make the app perfect.

Clock in and out from teachers make payroll a breeze.

Meal count option in reports is awful :(
Cannot edit or create different reports than what is preset.
Payments take some time to be banked, wish it was a faster process.
Fee to receive online payments from parents is too high.

We have had Procare for six years and have been happy with the product. We can run everything through Procare and there is the ability to link to Quickbooks and payroll company.

Software has the ability to handle all the business functions of the center. It is easy to use and is accurate.

Price is higher than some other software programs. It can be challenging finding some reports and you have to hunt for the correct report.

Procare has allowed me to free up some time that I used to spend going in different programs to bill parents then message them if i have a quick questions.

Procare is great for billing, accounting and using for the parents also! I love the features for selecting multiple kids to bill at the same rate

When they do updates it can cause it to run slower at times.

Overall a great program and benefit to our center. It has been a time saver for us in managing our immunization tracking. We like the features of the various reports that can be printed throughout the month.

We appreciate the ease with which invoices are created and sent. This has enabled us to streamline our invoicing system

We signed up with this with a very limited budget and now the price has doubled! This may be too much for us to pay monthly

Overall this being the first product our daycare has used, we have been extremely happy with it. There is lots of options on how to customize it for your company which is great!

Ease and accessibility of specifically attendance, timecards, and billing being in one place. Having it on one product makes administrative duties go smoothly!

Lack of access to parent portals, if parents are struggling with set up or if they are struggling with how their billing is working. We can't access their side so finding the middle ground of how to help a parent can be hard sometimes.

Procare has been an amazing addition to our preschool! We are always learning new ways to use it. Our staff is very happy with Procare and the ability to communicate with their families. They use Procare for weekly newsletters, parent reminders, and photo posting and they LOVE how easy it is to use! Overall we have been very happy with Procare and intend to continue using it!

Procare is user-friendly, appeals to both staff members and parents alike. Procare gives us one place to post important information for parents and staff to view in a timely fashion. We love having the ability to communicate quickly with our parents. Sharing photos of our students with their families is another great perk! Parents love knowing what their kiddos are up to and seeing their children happily playing and learning at school in "real time" is a great tool to have. We love being able to keep notes on Procare re: attendance, incident/injury reports, and other important communications with parents.

Sometimes Procare goes down and we are unable to access the app. On occasion, the app and online version will work for us, but very slowly. This is especially difficult when parents are trying to sign their children in for the day during the busy morning rush. That said, the Procare Help Desk is always ready to assist with any issues we run into.

I highly recommend Procare to any center that needs a quality program that will meet all of their needs for running their business. It handles everything -
student enrollment, parent accounts, staff records, deposit reports, parent communication and much more!

As Director of a preschool I truly appreciate how easy Procare makes it to organize enrollment information of both the parents and the students. Being able to utilize bulk emails and bulk text messages has simplified many of my communication issues. I also truly appreciate how Procare support ALWAYS solves any issues I may have. I have even called them for some really dumb "user" issues and they still make me feel like a valued customer!

The only "con" I might possible have is that some times the wait time for customer support seems a bit long. However, that is understandable if they are providing their other customers the same personable and efficient service they provide me.

Very good/vital for afterschool programs. We are getting used to more features about this since I'm new to the job. Overall the first impression is positive!

It has made my program go smoother for employees and parents. Coming into this position was hard but I was glad there was at least some ease with billing and attendance.

Wish there was better app development. I'm on the go for the majority of the day and need to see some stuff on the work phone. Otherwise I'm lugging my laptop out and praying for hotspot connections.

I like the ease of use when it comes to all of the features offered by Procare. The platform is very user friendly. The payment integration with Tuition Express is a wonderful feature and cuts down on the time spent billing and collecting payments.

The only area that can be difficult is when entering immunizations, if you enter a date wrong for the first immunization, and then continue entering dates before realizing your original error, you have to go back and change all of the immunizations entered rather than being able to add an additional immunization to the top.

Since 2006 we have relied on Procare to work for us, and it hasn't missed a beat! Flexibility, ease of use, cost effectiveness, and reliability are all top notch!

Procare has been a God Send for us. We've used it since 2006 after using MS DOS and it has worked perfectly for us. It is quite flexible, allowing us to track any and all data needed to meet our funding requirements and manage day to day operations.

The only thing I can't seem to do is copy over one child at a time from site to site. I can copy over full accounts, but that creates a duplicate account in the receiving site.

Procare has been a great tool for all of our teaching staff and admin teams. Our parents loved the increased communication with the introduction of the app

Procare has helped us manage and grow our child care business for over 20 years. We use Procare daily. It also helps us our billing and to communicate with families. Our families often say great things about the app. The attendance reports are very helpful when filing for our child care subsidy award

The reporting could be much more flexible. The reports to choose from are good but could be better if they could be modified. Customer service phone queue is horrible.
