Overall we really like using Procare and will continue to do so for all of our programs! I haven't had a lot of need to contact customer service, but when I have, they have always been helpful and friendly.

We've used Procare for about 8 years for our Before and After School programs, and this summer started using it for our summer day camps as well. I like the PIN check in / out option, as well as the option to set up carpools so that parents / authorized pickups only have to remember one PIN. The pricing is very reasonable. The app works well for communication with parents.

I wish it was easier to activate participants in the app. We sometimes have kids who are registered for the program but have not attended in a long time, so we inactivate them. But then they show up for a drop in, and it's not easy to re-activate them from the app.

It also takes quite a few clicks to get to the parent kiosk screen for parents to sign their kids in and out, and the steps aren't that intuitive. It would be nice to just have the parent kiosk with the PIN entry as a button on the front screen to get to it quickly.

Overall, my experience with Procare Solutions has been very positive. The software is comprehensive and user-friendly, allowing me to efficiently manage various aspects of our childcare program, from billing and attendance tracking to communication with parents and staff. The setup process was straightforward, and I was able to get up and running quickly. I also appreciate the level of customer support provided—they are always responsive and knowledgeable, which makes resolving any issues seamless. The system has helped streamline operations, improve accuracy, and save time, which has been invaluable for our team.

Has more glitches than we would prefer

Overall, we have been very pleased with the features of Procare. It is also very affordable for a facility of our size.

Procare has an easy chat version and it also listens when you recommend something that their system is missing.

I would like more options for one-on-one help when setting up the system.

Procare is a total game-changer and easy to use. It combines billing, attendance tracking, and parent communication into one smooth system, slashing paperwork and streamlining operations. With automated billing, it saves time and ensures payments are on point, keeping cash flow steady. Plus, its communication tools like messaging and parent portals strengthen the bond between providers and families.

We are unable to use the incident and injury reporting because it does not meet Virginia licensing requirements, so we still use paper copies. Without robust incident reporting features, providers could end up doing a lot of manual work, risking errors, and possible licensing violations.

It was literally the best decision I have made in regards to communication and record keeping. Changed the way.

Ive had a really good experience the past few years and plan to keep using Procare for my daycare application

I like that they offer reoccurring billing, attendance sign in and records, tax preparation, and online payments.

Ive only had trouble through Stripe, there strictness of needing repeat copies of EIN certificate made it impossible to receive online payments.

Overall setup was easy and getting started was simple. We're happy with the functionality for the price.

User interface is easy. Basic daily management functions like we need it to. Invoicing and payments are very easy.

Wish we could track vacation time for staff within Procare. Some more robust reporting and easier filtering when using tags.

Procare is great! Parents love it, staff love it and admin love it! Keeps us all in communication and up to date.

Procare has many features that help organize our center. The day to day communication with parents is top priority and Procare Connect makes this very easy!

The number of websites. It would be very beneficial for myprocare.com and Procare Connect to be on the same website for convenience to the parents.

Love that help is just a call away, and that they can access your computer to walk you through anything that you are having trouble with.

Everything takes more time than the old system but I believe that it is better.

I have had a great experience with Procare Solutions. Whenever we have needed help, customer service was always helpful. I love their billing platform the most. Easy to set up reoccurring invoices and also keep tract of subsidy payments.

I love Procare billing and how you can link siblings. It's also very easy to use. Customer service is also very helpful. It's very easy to keep track of subsidy payments as well.

I don't like that they do no have a list of birthdates on the dashboard somewhere. Where it would be easier to see upcoming birthdates. I think the filters are a little hard to set up as well. Still haven't figured out how to use the filters to see upcoming birthdays.

It has been good. We like that is integrates with our other Procare software. We have been using it for about 4 years now.

Easy to use for parents and teachers. It is good to be able to stay connected with families on a daily basis.

I would like more options for enrollment. I have several programs enrolling at the same time and can't charge separate registration fees.

I would recommend new schools or existing schools to take advantage of all the features Procare has to offer in its entirety. Customer support is great!
