Overall we really enjoy Procare. We had another system previously and while it was nice on the parent side, the management side of things it was horrible. Procare offers a good product for both parent engagement and management.

I enjoy the ease and support Procare provides. For the first time we were able to have all of our systems under one umbrella, making our day-to-day management easier. Having everything in Procare has made that easier. We enjoy the parent connection and having an easy way to communicate. The support team is outstanding! Whenever we have an issue, they have a resource to help guide us.

I wish that some of the upcoming features were available sooner. There are a few areas that I think could be improved and with these updates they will, just waiting for those to happen. Also, the reports section is lacking a little. I would like to be able to create a report and have it in a convenient to print format, which it is not.

My husband and I have been using Procare to run our daycare business for over twenty years. After selling the business during Covid, the new owners were using a different product. When I agreed to return and run the business for them, we switched back to Procare from another daycare management software. I feel that when it comes to managing the data and creating the necessary reports no other program is as good.

The customer support is amazing. Whenever I have a question or am unable to make a report, someone from the Procare team is right there to assist me. The reports are outstanding and make it so easy to manage the day-to-day operations. From sign in sheets to attendance logs. emergency information, all of it can be sorted and reported with ease.

I do feel as though the parent interface could be made stronger. The parent access to billing and customer statements could be easier as well. Many parents wish they had the capabilities of setting their payment dates.

Procare is ideal for centers and it has been a great help for my classroom. it helps me connect with the parents and keep the parents updated with their children progress and what we do on a daily.

Procare simplifies childcare operations with features like automated billing attendance tracking and real time parent communication. the intuitive parent app that keeps families connected , and the reporting tools make compliance and performance tracking hassle free.

Some initial setup can be time consuming especially for new users.

We have been very pleased with our Procare experience overall. It is great for managing student records, tracking attendance, and preparing invoices.

Customer service is excellent. We very much appreciate having confidence in receiving support whenever we need it.

Pricing rates for Procare Solutions is expensive for a school of our size

Just starting out but I love the guided tutorials and how easy it is to navigate for staff and parents.

The virtual demos, constant communication and easy access to customer service. Even when I wasn't ready to sign up, as I was still shopping around, the sales rep Loren was extremely helpful and responded to any questions I had over email.

As we have just signed up, there have been no cons so forth!

We are a 200+ student school that has been in business for over 40 years. We have tried several registration, contact management and accounting software’s in the past. Procare desktop combined with the engagement app for teachers/parents is the only one that has been able to help us streamline our registration, payment and communication processes all in one place. They have been responsive in answering questions and creating solutions to new hurdles. Our office staff is happy with the flexible data processing, our teachers were able to utilize the app easily from day one and our parents are relieved to finally have the ease of access to communication, daily updates and billing that they expect in this day and age. Procare came highly recommended and for good reason.

Handles all the aspects of running our school. Great support when rarely needed. We are thrilled to have one place to handle accounting, attendance and communication and so are our parents.

Took awhile to learn and get up to speed on how best to utilize for our purposes.

I love how easy the Procare app is to use. Online access allows me to work remotely, and realtime updates are terrific.

Extremely easy to use and there are places to modify input categories. Tracking is a great tool! Auto pay setting has allowed me to save hours in billing time.

User preferences could be better, but Procare is constantly working on new features.

I like Procare. I think it has everything I need as a center director but would love some upgrades in functionality and a more stream-lined approach.

Procare encompasses most all of the facets of childcare into one program. From record keeping, attendance, staff schedules, immunizations... it is all there.

The system can feel a little clunky, as in when you're entering info. It is not easy to change dates, numbers and there are always error messages. It has not been upgraded since I started using it eight years ago, and this can take me a very long time when entering children's info.

Our transition to Procare and daily usage since then have been very easy and customer oriented. I can tell that employees of Procare care about their product as well as the customer.

Customer service is wonderful! Everyone I have talked to have been very knowledgeable, patient and quick. The integration from our old system was seamless. My suggestions for improving are taken seriously and was even submitted for review which, I think, says a lot about a company and their willingness to serve customers.

The wait time for customer service is long. I know that I have to set aside time in order to call to receive help.

We have been pleased with Procare at our center. Parents, especially the ones new to childcare, love the idea of managing their billing, sending us messages, and communicating with teachers all on one app. I love looking at pictures that teachers post.

The app is easy to send messages and posts in real time to parents. As an administrator, I can scroll through the classroom activities and post as well as monitor messages.

Sometimes there is a need for an update and we will have issues with use. Parents will be frustrated when they can't sign in their child but this is really our only issue.

Overall, we love this software, it works great and is easy to implement with families and staff. Wouldn't change for any other software.

It is easy for families to log in and connect with staff. The mobile app is very user-friendly and convenient when going from class to class.

Data entry can take a little long when multiple contacts are added to a family.

I have used Procare for 15+ years and would not consider any other child care software. Every feature you could want is included in ProCare and Tuition Express.

For us the best feature is the keyless entry and the ability for parents to sign kids in and out and then the door unlocks. I also love Tuition Express and the ease of billing and collecting tuition.

Customer Service. This is definitely and area for improvement.

Overall, I LOVE Procare. Although we are a new child care center with limited funds, Procare is a priority!

Procare Solutions makes parent sign in/out a breeze and allows us to easily print reports that help with completing payroll and subsidy reimbursement. Procare Desktop has functions to help calculate private and subsidy billing quickly.

We switched from the online only version to the desktop version, which took several Zoom call trainings to learn how to use all the functions of the desktop version. However, once we got the hang of the desktop version, it has a lot of functions that help make my work as a director more efficient. On the flip side, there are functions that can only be done on the desktop version, which means I have to have my laptop available. For example, if a parent asks what their balance is, I am unable to view it on my cell/online and have to wait until I am able to get back to my office to give them that info. Prior to switching to the desktop version, I could easily look that info up online.

User friendly system. Families and staff can communicate and share information easily. The billing is seamless.

Excellent way to bill families and access secure communication between staff and families. Great way to check student information in an electronic manner.

Newsletter platform can seem limited. Sometimes it is hard for us to support families with issues on their side of the platform.

I love the expert knowledge and kindness the employees convey. They respond quickly and are never condescending.

I appreciate the ease of communication with which Procare prides itself. Every time I call they respond with kindness and professionalism

There are no cons with the Procare Solutions company.

Overall this has been a great product for us and the switch to streamline it with our Procare Desktop made the switch even easier.

Ease of use, payment accessibility and account management, communication with parents/teachers in real time, and availability to share information throughout the staff.

We would like to see a more user friendly option for weekly lesson plans to be uploaded and shared with parents.

Overall, I have enjoyed using Procare for our center. I am still learning all the things it has to offer but the customer support has been amazing.
