I have loved Procare! It is amazing as a teacher because it allows me to stay connected with parents while they trust their child to be in my care!

I’ve used Procare at two different daycares and have loved it! I have also used a different app (Tadpoles), so I have something to compare against and I’d choose Procare 100%.
I love how easy it is to message parents through the app and stay connected.
It is nice that you can put in an activity for multiple kids at once.

I’ve used this app for a while and I still don’t quite understand how to put my lesson plans in?
Or how the evulations work on there but it will be a process of me trying to figure it out!
Would be nice to have a place for teachers to see attendance for the week
Would be better if health checks did not need to be “approved”

We have been happy with Procare over the years. The last two years have been a lot of changes and some growing pains. We are hoping for more clarity in the future.

Procare Desktop has been a reliable and great way to track time cards and billing. We have been mostly happy customers and have used Procare for over 15 years. For much of that time, Procare has outshined all other options. We use the Procare desktop every day. Customer Support has improved, and we are seeing quicker responses than before.

Even with utilizing the training opportunities, the implementation of the Online version has been confusing and rocky. The greatest flaw is the Online and Desktop do not sync or "communicate" on all subjects. We want to try to utilize Procare Online since we have been forced to pay for it. But it has been a daunting task to undertake.

It has been a pleasant, professional and precise experience on Procare. It would be helpful to speak to someone although the emails are effective communication.

Procare is timely and effective in communicating and bridging the gap between home and school. Procare has clear videos and photo abilities.

I like having appropriate tool to message parents/families. Whether it is taking pictures 3-4 times a day or posting daily activity it is great communication.

We are extremely happy with Procare Solutions and we plan to utilize all functions that Procare has to offer.

We like the easy access to family information and capability to communicate with families directly.

At times, Procare Desktop and Procare Cloud do not sync right away.

Overall, I do enjoy this product and love when they come out with advancements to make it even better. I think the app itself is so efficient, however, I do think that the website could be a bit more streamlined.

Procare really does have many features available to teachers and administration to help provide strong communication between school and home. Adding in meals, bottles, nap, etc. are so simple and take mere seconds. The teachers are so busy so having that is so important to the management of their day.

The app is great but on the admin side who login to the website there is a lot of clicking to get to particular information. For example, I would love to click on the child's picture and have access to not only their profile information but also to their daily report. Also, it would be so simple in I can click on the child's picture on the main screen to quickly log them in/out. There are a lot of great features but sometimes it is just so cumbersome to get to them all. Would love to cut down on the clicking and have it more streamlined.

Love it better the any thing else would recommend it to anyone who will love to try it out all daycares should used it

Overall it's be great. Happy we went with it and I would recommend to others. We did consider other options but in the end chose this!

We like the touchless, paperless sign in and sign out. I also find the Lead component really useful in tracking my waitlist. I also appreciate Procare is always upgrading and adding new features.

Sometimes there are glitches. I also wish you could send photos right in a message.

I am a fan of the product and would recommend it to other preschools or centers. It has eased the burden on the front desk since they have fewer phone calls to field - each classroom can communicate directly with parents and vice-versa.

Procare provides a convenient way to communicate with parents without giving out a personal cell number. We use it daily to track attendance throughout the center.

Appearance, dependable functionality. The all in one solutions is accurate and makes for efficiency!

Clunky curriculum process, it takes teachers many clicks to search/assign to weekly plan. Also, the graphic appearance of printed menus, schedules, and lesson plans is very poor quality.

This is a great software for childcare centers. it is nice to have almost everything sync from the desktop program to the engagement app. It is user friendly and usually easy for the parents to use.

Most info is synced across all platforms. Most parents have an easy time utilizing the engagement app. It keeps up with any information that you want. You can add in different tracking items to personalize to your center.

Not all of the info syncs across platforms. There are some items we have to add into the engagement app from the desktop.

Overall we love Procare! It allows us access to all 3 schools and all functions and reports needed to run day to day operations.

Procare is great for keeping track of all children and staff enrolled and currently in the school. We love having in school and online payment system. the parent app is great for keeping in communication throughout the day. I love having access to all 3 schools in one place and its very easy to switch between schools!

the only thing i do not like is that the system logs us out after 15 mins of inactivity. Its not a bad thing for security reasons but more of an inconvenience having to log back in.

Overall, my experience with Procare Solutions has been positive. I really appreciate how the helpfulness of their customer service department.

Our experience is that we use Procare every day for managing and running our school. It is integral to our everyday procedures in many different aspects.

The cons are that there are more features that we have not explored yet. We are looking forward to eventually learning about the features that we are underutilizing.

We love Procare and will continue to use it even with slick sales calls from other vendors! It does everything we need and is easy to use.

The app and website are both intuitive and easy to navigate, even for our more technology challenged parents. We can easily send pictures, videos, and messages as well as keep up with attendance records.

There seem to be frequent bugs that hinder the use of the email feature when we need to add pictures. It requires using a different browser or clearing the cache and restarting the program. In the busyness of a preschool day, no one has time for that.

It's a great program for organizing student data. I also wish there was a way to customize a registration for that families could enter their information directly into Procare as they register for various programs.

Being able to house all student data in one space is helpful. Messaging systems are also beneficial for program/home communication.

Student data is not easily searched when they are classified as inactive. We have students who enter and exit various programs across the Museum. Because some inactive students are sometimes missed, we end up with duplicates. We are not able to delete or merge the duplicate entries.

Procare provides a way for parents and staff to keep children accounted for and safe with little manpower.

Parents can sign their children in and out without getting out of their cars and with little to no help from staff members.

Sign-outs on phones can take time to sync with our tablets.

Overall Procare is a very reliable platform. I would like to see some updates and shorter wait times when asking for assistance.

Customer service. I am noticing newer products have advanced features that I would like to see implemented on Procare. One example is a daily bus roster.

Overall, it is one of the best things we have done for our school to better manage accounts and attendance.

Using the reports, I would like it to be tailored to meet the needs of the school . we also have difficulties with the Geo force for parents on some phones.
