VerusTrust Forms vs. Formdall

VerusTrust Forms is a multifunctional cloud platform tailored for teams involved in inspections, audits, safety evaluations, research, and compliance documentation. It empowers users to create forms effortlessly, requiring no coding skills, and offers a wide array of fields such as text, numeric, dropdown, tables, images, and GPS data for various geometric shapes. Teams can seamlessly fill out forms using both web and mobile applications, and the dedicated iOS and Android apps support offline data collection that can be synced later. Authorized personnel can access a centralized dashboard to review, filter, and export submissions in either CSV or Excel formats, streamlining data management. The system employs role-based permissions to carefully regulate access to form creation, viewing, editing, and exporting data. Moreover, users can opt for blockchain verification on specific fields, providing an additional layer of security through tamper-evident technology. A REST API is offered for efficient form management and integration with other systems. Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the service includes a free tier with certain usage restrictions, making it a viable option for diverse teams. With its extensive features and user-friendly design, VerusTrust Forms emerges as a leading choice for organizations aiming to enhance their data collection and reporting workflows while ensuring data integrity throughout the process. Furthermore, as organizations increasingly prioritize digital transformation, tools like VerusTrust Forms prove essential in staying competitive in today’s data-driven landscape.

Formdall acts as a backend service tailored for static websites, enabling users to effortlessly incorporate form capabilities without the hassle of developing their own endpoints; all that is required is a simple adjustment of one attribute to direct your HTML form's action to Formdall. There is no need for any SDKs, npm installations, or extra build steps, making it incredibly user-friendly. When submissions are made, they are validated according to a custom field schema defined by you for each form, ensuring spam is filtered out while securely archiving legitimate responses in an encrypted format. Notifications about these submissions can be sent in multiple ways: via email to you, an automatic response to the sender, a HMAC-signed webhook to your system, or any combination of these options. Inside your inbox, you can easily search submissions, export them in CSV format, and selectively delete entries whenever necessary. Privacy is a core aspect of our design, rather than just a marketing point; we operate from Germany and employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest, while IP addresses are maintained solely as daily rotating hashes. In addition, we use a self-hosted proof-of-work captcha instead of relying on reCAPTCHA, which means there’s no need for cookies, cookie consent banners, or data transfers to the U.S. Our data retention policies guarantee that information is physically purged daily, rather than merely relying on soft deletes. Formdall also supports MCP clients like Claude, Codex, and Cursor, which allows for the creation of forms and the direct integration of the generated code snippets into your project with ease. This level of compatibility further enhances the overall user experience, facilitating efficient form management while prioritizing robust security and privacy measures. You can trust that your data is handled with the utmost care and attention to privacy standards.
