What is Netarx?

Netarx Identity Key (NIK) is a cross-media deepfake detection platform for enterprises. It verifies the people on your calls, meetings, emails and text messages in real time and gives each one a green, yellow or red verdict. NIK runs as an agent on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, plus a Chrome extension, and its meeting bot can join any Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex meeting that allows recording. A meta-harness of 40 AI models, Netarx's own and third-party, analyzes voice, video and more than 1,000 metadata signals, which keeps false positives to 0.3% in customer production meetings. Identity verification with Microsoft Entra, contact-center coverage for Five9, Genesys and Cisco, and cloud or on-premises deployment round out the platform. Pricing starts free.

What is Deepware?

Deepfakes pose a significant threat that artificial intelligence introduces to society, highlighting a critical inflection point in the realm of cybersecurity. It is imperative for the industry to take immediate action to combat the risks associated with deepfakes, given their ability to undermine public confidence in reality. This emerging risk, typified by the nefarious use of AI-generated synthetic media, represents one of the most formidable cyber threats we have faced thus far. We expect to see detrimental uses of deepfakes arise soon, especially in the form of advanced phishing schemes. A pressing challenge lies in the current limitations of genuine voice-swapping technologies, which could be more dangerous than the widely-discussed techniques of face or head swapping. As artificial intelligence continues to evolve at a rapid pace, the urgency for effective countermeasures has reached unprecedented levels. In light of these developments, proactive measures and innovative solutions will be essential to safeguard against the pervasive implications of deepfake technology.

AI Content Detection

NIK is capable of identifying AI-generated audio, video, and images in real-time during online meetings and calls. It also recognizes AI-crafted impersonations in emails and text messages. The system integrates 40 different detection models, both proprietary and from external sources, analyzing over 1,000 metadata signals to provide each participant with a classification of green, yellow, or red. Remarkably, it maintains a low false-positive rate of just 0.3% in actual customer meetings.

Anti-Phishing

The AI email layer from NIK enhances your current email security by incorporating safeguards against impersonation and Business Email Compromise (BEC). It analyzes each message to verify alignment with the sender's genuine connections and communication habits, effectively identifying AI-generated phishing attempts that traditional content filters might overlook, all without altering your email flow. Additionally, it extends protection to SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and video conferences, addressing the ongoing threats posed by phishing in those channels as well.

Deepfake Detection

NIK is equipped to identify deepfakes instantly across various platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex, as well as during mobile calls, contact-center interactions, and in email and messaging services. The bot can participate in any meeting that permits recording, even those hosted by different organizations. It verifies that each attendee corresponds with the information provided in the email and calendar invites. The results are displayed with a color-coded system—green, yellow, or red—boasting a mere 0.3% false-positive rate during customer production sessions.
