truckTMS vs. Truxello

truckTMS is an innovative cloud-based transport management platform tailored for trucking operations and dispatch teams in Romania and across Europe. This platform allows dispatchers to conveniently upload transport orders as PDFs, images, or screenshots, enabling an AI assistant to effectively extract crucial information, including client data, stops, dates, and pricing, to generate a preliminary trip for further evaluation. The system is adaptable to various trip setups, accommodating multiple loading and unloading points, round trips, and route modifications, while facilitating planning across trucks, trailers, and drivers on a collaborative board that also monitors driver breaks and adheres to EU cabotage rules. Fleet positions are tracked in real time through integrations with services like Tracknamic, TrackGPS (Arobs), and Eurowag Telematics. Additionally, essential documents such as CMRs and PODs can be associated with specific trips, drivers, trucks, and trailers, with expiration alerts prominently displayed on the dashboard for streamlined management. Drivers benefit from receiving trip notifications directly via WhatsApp, enhancing communication. Comprehensive reports can be generated and exported in both PDF and Excel formats, filtered by criteria such as month, truck, driver, and dispatcher. Furthermore, a public REST API and webhooks facilitate seamless integration between truckTMS and other systems, significantly improving overall operational efficiency. The user interface supports both English and Romanian, making it user-friendly for a diverse audience. This extensive array of features positions truckTMS as a highly adaptable solution for a wide spectrum of transport management requirements, ultimately boosting productivity and collaboration among teams.
