OnetraceOnetrace is a connected workflow for subcontractors, bringing job planning, site evidence, and compliance sign-off into one place, from first visit through to handover. Rather than chasing spreadsheets, paper forms, and separate apps, teams get documentation that's ready for clients, main contractors, and regulators. It's construction management software built around how subcontractors actually work. Fire protection contractors use Onetrace as fire protection software, attaching photos, approval forms, and sign-offs to the relevant job and location, so proving a compliant installation takes minutes, not a search through old files. It's also used across drylining, roofing, and M&E work, with live oversight of projects, timesheets, and progress. Practical tools include customisable forms, drag-and-drop scheduling, GPS time-tracking, cost calculation, and drawing markups with photo evidence, all from a mobile device on site.

What is vFound?
Bring lost property, incoming deliveries, cloakroom tickets, shared equipment and visitor arrivals into one browser-based workspace. vFound gives each Lost & Found venue its own branded photo catalogue, while keeping claims and staff notes private. Parcels reads labels and records collection; Checkroom sends private QR tickets; Equipment tracks reservations, loans and returns; Visitors manages invitations, sign-in and host notices. Teams work from existing phones, tablets and computers with permissions, audit trails, signatures, reports and CSV exports. AI can draft entries, suggest matches, translate guest messages and assist with claim checks, but people decide what is saved and who receives an item. Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat alerts, API access and signed webhooks connect the workspace to other systems. Every product has a yearly per-venue price and selected products share a 14-day, card-backed trial.
What is AgeShield ID Scanner?
The AgeShield ID Scanner is a mobile application tailored for implementation in various establishments like bars, nightclubs, restaurants, and retail spaces throughout the United States. It is compatible with iPhones, iPads, and Android devices that employees already possess, which means there is no need for further hardware investments.
With this application, users can scan multiple types of identification, including driver's licenses, state IDs, green cards, and passports, to confirm a patron's age in compliance with the venue’s age regulations while also verifying the validity of IDs and cross-referencing against lists of prohibited, VIP, and regular customers. The app features a functionality that allows staff to conduct checks for counterfeit IDs using barcodes found on licenses and state IDs, and it remains operational even without internet access.
All scanning activities are logged in the AgeShield web hub, which generates an exportable audit trail detailing each scan, the actions taken, and information on the staff member who conducted the scan, including the timestamp. Furthermore, it provides insightful analytics related to busy hours, guest demographics, staff roles, and management across several locations. Each venue has the option to customize how long guest data is retained on a field-by-field basis.
The service is designed to support simultaneous scanning across three devices, facilitating checks at the entrance, bar, and server stations concurrently, which enhances efficiency. A 14-day trial period allows venues to evaluate the system’s capabilities prior to making a financial commitment. This adaptability, combined with thorough tracking and reporting features, can greatly improve operational effectiveness and bolster security measures significantly.
