What is Nudge?

Once invoices are entered, the system autonomously sends out reminders according to a customizable timeline, halting notifications once payments are confirmed, which streamlines the collection process and lessens administrative tasks. Standardized reminders are sent three days before the due date, on the due date, and at intervals of three, seven, and fourteen days after the due date. Moreover, users can customize reminder timelines for up to thirty days past due, with the option to communicate through email, SMS, or both channels. Messages can be further personalized using templates that include merge fields for customer names and specific invoice details. The platform also integrates smoothly with QuickBooks, making it easy to import invoices and significantly cut down on manual data entry.
