There's a really big learning curve to using the program but I did a few youtube searches and it's easy to find tutorials that way. Once I got the hang of it, I have to say I really enjoy using this. Overall definitely worth the cost. The only real issue I have with this is that you don't really know how many credits a query will be until you actually submit...they try to give you an idea of how expensive it will be with $, $$, or $$$ if you go through the individual AI list for your query and that kind of helps tho. Solid 4 stars!
