    Summary

    7shifts has been an integral part of our business operations. We've seen significant labor optimizations (-4%) across our business as we now have a solution which can scale with our operations as we grow.

    Positive

    – A solid, unintuitive solution to ensure frontline managers are following scheduling and communication processes
    – Rock-solid integrations with our tech stack (POS and Payroll) plus their API allows us to build other things we need
    – Helps us keep an eye on our top-line labor costs and ensure that each location in our group is hitting their targets.

    Negative

    Since there are no many new things being added, sometimes the platform changes around without us knowing. There is a small learning curve to move some operators off excel.
