Overall this is great for our staff and management. Invoicing has really helped keep purchases tax free and paid on time. The admin interface is easy to use.

Amazon is great for getting products we need. We use the invoicing feature to allow staff to order and invoice without having to enter payment information. It also limits them to only addresses we specify. Since we are a church it also ties our tax exemption to our account and allows staff to use that when making purchases. There is also an approval process for purchases, so we can track what is being done.

One of the only cons is that Business prime is really expensive when you fall between tiers.

Overall, being a busy person in my personal and professional life I love how easy it is to order what I need to then receive it within 24-48 hours.

The two day shipping is one of the best features of Amazon. There are some items that you can order and sent to you even within 24 hours. But, I personally think the best part of Amazon is their customer service. Whenever I have a question or concern with my orders and/or products Amazon's customer service is able to help immediately. They treat me well and gets things fixed quickly.

Just like everything the prime yearly costs are going up. I still think it is worth it for the frees shipping, but I wonder if it will get to a point that it is too much.

I love amazon, I use it all the time. Shipping is fast, item selection is vast, and the products last. I am a prime member and I really enjoy all of the perks that come along with that service -- prime video, video game promotions, etc. All great!

I wish they could use more compostable packaging for their deliveries, or just less in general. I understand how difficult this is with the challenges of weather and protection, but I would love to see continued changes to work to something more environmentally friendly.

To sum it up, Amazon is pretty great. It has a wide selection of books, overall decent support and a wide variety of services provided at a reasonable monthly rate. My only real downsides to the platform is it is not a solid place for shopping for specific types of software along with their technical support may be found lacking or a bit slow to respond.

In terms of my graduate studies and freeware project, my main usage of Amazon in this regard is for procurement. Both of the aforementioned activities require research and Amazon has an excellent selection of books. In terms of software purchasing, I find it a bit lacking in comparison as most software we need is not available on Amazon. Other Amazon services, such as pictures, music and streaming are all very solid and easily some of the better-quality streaming platforms.

I find the fees for Amazon Prime to be worth their cost so my main issue with Amazon is with its technical support. When I had some technical issues in the past it took a bit longer than I would have appreciated for them to understand my issue and fix it accordingly.

I still love the amount of stores on amazon but if it is a basic need or something that I don't want to wait a while for, I will just go to the store. Otherwise, it's a great online shopping center.

Recently a lot of Amazon Prime things have died down on how quick they will get here. I see myself going to stores more than going to here for things that can be bought out town. I just don't want to wait 2 weeks to get something in Walmart.

Their application makes it so incredibly easy to buy, sell, and return goods to Amazon. The other day I had to return an item that didn't fit my dog and all I needed to return the good was to take it to UPS with the barcode given to me by Amazon and they return it. No boxing or extra work needed on the customers end

I don't like how one account is for all users on the account I wish (like Amazon Prime TV) you could have multiple users on one account.
