Horrible, they make it so you cannot cancel. They take your money every month and no costumer support or help to be able to cancel. They ghost you.

Once you sign up impossible to cancel. The program is not user friendly either. I would never sign up for this. Very frustrating. Looking for legal help.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this website. Despite canceling my subscription multiple times, they continued to charge my account. Their website is poorly designed, glitchy, and anything but user-friendly. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with repetitive, unhelpful responses that completely ignored the issue.

It’s clear that this platform prioritizes making money over ensuring customer satisfaction. Even after explaining the situation and their website’s failure to process my cancellation, they refused to take responsibility. I never even used their tools, yet I was charged unfairly.

I signed up and a month later canceled my plan but i have still been getting charged for over a year. Do not fall into this scam.

I reached out last year to cancel my plan and terminate my account and they have still been charging me for a year. It is my own fault for not catching it sooner. Still be advise that your login user ID will not let you cancel the plan. You need to use the one given at the time of billing with is BS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS APP.

BEWARE THE TRIAL FEE RIPOFF! A trial of the software will then be transitioned into a paid subscription. It is essentially a gotcha to gimmick potential users into unrequested membership. This is hardly best business practice. Expect secret unauthorized charges on your credit card, and zero help from the “customer satisfaction” arm. Avoid at all costs or be badly surprised.

This AI is extremely subpar. The results are unusable garbage and the interface is unable to understand basic word like "mountain" or "glasses." There is no support and very little help or instruction.

Additionally, it's impossible to cancel your account through their website. Having found the services that they offered extremely unsatisfying, I tried to cancel my subscription to this site. I had extreme difficulty communicating with them. To cancel, they require that you submit an email so that they can get back to you. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU though. So I emailed their support several times to no avail (the one response I got was to handle it through the website, which was unresponsive). So I left them a one-star review here, which they disputed by denying that I ever subscribed to them, and filed complaints with both the FTC and the BBB. This seemed to get their attention, and I got an email from "Cruzan" saying that my account was cancelled.

Today, one month later, they submitted a 49 charge to my credit card and I got a cutesy "receipt" email.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! It is fraudulent and they will continue to charge your card even after you cancel your service!

Easy to find. The layout is well done and easy to navigate. I like that you're able to load images to start off with.

I paid the 25 dollars for an Avatar to have it then look NOTHING like me, without the option to edit it.

it never gave me one usable result. I have zero pros, it looked really cool, but even trying to recreate some examples, it never followed through.

I needed to use for some simple logo creation. It could not figure anything out. Its basic stuff, come on... furthermore it could not even generate text, it looked like alien symbols. I watched the original video and I was trying to re generate a similar product based off of what he typed in. This company is a sham. So I canceled the service same day. I figured the $7 trial was worth it to try. I got billed $57, and told that in their terms and conditions I had accepted this billing. No I accepted $7 and canceled. the $7 is fine, the other $50 was not fine. So not only were they rude but they screwed me.
