Asana is the best project management tool. It provides the graphical interface to see the overview of task progress.
We used Asana to manage a large project. It helped us to keep tabs on who was doing each piece of the project, their individual due dates, and how far along each person was in terms of progress for all of the different pieces.

Asana is a really best project management tool. I have used, there is nothing I dislike, all its tools are excellent and make your work much easier and organized.

With Asana, we can now easily improve productivity while ensuring every employee is actively working on a project. The software has been great and my experience is amazing.

Asana is very capable more so when it comes to project and employee management. It is easy to create and follow-up on projects. There is a free and paid version and I like that there are version for both mobile and web interfaces.

Project management is critical and since we implemented Asana, we have increased productivity and managing projects is now easy.

First, I like that there is both a mobile and web version ensuring I never miss important updates.

Asana works wonders when it comes to tracking projects and I have personally experienced no issues.

For the organization this program is fundamental because I have a direct appreciation of the projects and transmitting them to other departments becomes a resounding habit, because we can manage and work together through the activities highlighted in the main panel. I must say that this program helps me to have a direct control of my projects, you can also achieve this if you use it in a proper way, you can also save time in the activities to be performed, I recommend it to all companies that want to optimize their work planning.

I consider this program to be extremely easy to use because it is very user-friendly and has a very understandable interface. Asana gives me a highly competitive projection in work automation at its best. I can visualize projects through lists that can be converted into priorities according to urgency.

Asana has an excellent interface however to customize the software my way is a bit cumbersome.

To avoid the project having too different parts, it is possible to show the rest of the group what is being done, so that they can be informed about the issues raised and work by coupling with them (in case you select a leader who is the first to share information). In case you don't have one, it is still easy to synchronize the team, so there are no problems with that when using Asana.

Based on all the features we can add to our documents, we can easily know how well structured our project will be within Asana. The project can be divided so that each section is worked on by a different person, and then join the parts of each project into a single section, where they would be organized.

There is not much variety to choose from when we need to share the projects outside of the Asana platform, as we have very few integrations so that the data created and collected in Asana can serve at first sight in product sales services, which does not let us cover the marketing of our project.

I love love love Asana. It is the strongest task management tool I have ever encountered. I also love that there is a mobile app!
There is even a premium version, however, I use the free version and its features are perfect for me.

I love how Asana is organized for projects within work spaces, this makes it easy to have a professional and personal projects separate, which allows for privacy as well.
Within each project you can make tasks, and within the task, you can make subtasks. It's super easy to change a task from one project to another.
Each task has a comment section that allows for you to give details on the status, which is really good for remote work and/or team collaboration.

There is NOTHING i don't like about Asana. I have been using this product for 5 years and I can't even think of what to suggest to Asana as a feature I would need.

We are using Asana to coordinate marketing and web development activities, each separately, of course. It has been incredibly amazing and feasible to establish essential criteria for each project in terms of vision and structure. We group many tasks in one place. Asana is made for those who want to see their functions in order and with detailed information.

Asana consolidates the idea of project management in terms of workflow development. It is geared towards constant formalization and determines any activity that is useful daily. It has a great price point that facilitates productivity and business ROI. It works very well; we do a detailed work of our tasks and projects. The process is simple and is constantly updated.

I don't like that the interface is a bit slow when executing activities, to add any user is also a bit complex.

Overall we have had great luck using this software and integrating it into our daily workflow that consists of multiple other cloud applications. The simple overview of a project dashboard is refreshing.

This product is very streamlined and easy to use but also has many robust features for all your project management needs.

I would like to see them continue working on improving the ways to have multiple users on the same tasks.

With this program, we managed to solve one of the biggest problems in most companies, and that is the lack of communication between the members of the different teams. Thanks to the integration with other apps, it is enough to open the email or see the notifications in the business channels to know what you have to do, when, and with whom. Questions are solved instantly, and it opens up a lot of communication channels between the members of my team, so work has become more fluid and much more efficient. Don't be afraid to switch from the Basic plan to any of the paid methods; even the cheapest one opens a world of opportunities to improve workflow and project management; having an updatable schedule and team members being able to make proposals in the same place is an excellent capability that allows centralizing and better distribute the work of the teams.

Undoubtedly something that makes it one of the best project management software for me is its ability to easily integrate with different applications and manage tasks and projects from there, which allows my teams to always be up to date with the different activities and deadlines no matter where they are consulting their tasks from. Despite having many features, it avoids being saturated or overwhelming for users, not only in the app but also in the desktop version.

How limited it can be for its free version, where the few functions it allows to do, can easily be replaced by other apps with more functions and free.

Asana has helped us manage all our projects more efficiently, it has not generated setbacks, and its environment is perfect for teams to work and to keep track of constant progress on projects until completion. Our project management has been streamlined since using Asana, and our productivity has increased. It's a fantastic platform for managing projects and managing tasks, and it's easy to keep track of the progress of projects until the previously set goals are achieved. I like Asana and its fantastic ability to make project management easier; everything is more straightforward for my team to manage the projects assigned to us; it is easy to divide them into more manageable parts, assign tasks and work on them to schedule meeting the objectives continuously.

It is the most intuitive project management and collaboration platform i have ever used. As a Project Manager it's possible to track the progress of the projects in real-time and also at the same time collect suggestion from team members.

Managers can create tasks using Asana and break these tasks into subtasks and assign them to specific team members and provide a deadline for each task. Projects are labeled with name and deadline. Users are also able to add files and share them within their project's scope

Asana has too many features that may make you feel overwhelmed if you are a new user. But because of these many features and options Asana can handle any size of a project.

We were able to perform collaborations using a limited project capacity which gave us a project tracking with time zone structure and complex team structures. We were able to plan a logistical execution for each project individually and also to plan the time in which the project will be developed. At the end of the tests we were able to evaluate all the possible tools for the use of team collaboration. It is necessary to manage the ability to review progress on the project itself so that the workflow is faster and the documentation of notes and processes can be done through the system's configuration boards.

The user management is amazing it has allowed us to assign tasks from a general project and also see each user that is registered within the project. It has also allowed us to review the activity history of each employee. We were also able to automate the creation of Gantt charts when needed.

Sometimes Asana is not so useful for organized file storage, as you have to have a microscopic view at times to review the files that can be stored in each task, making it tedious to use. All this can be improved thanks to some update they decide to implement in the future we need integration with notes as a whole and different types of media for project organization.

Despite the things I mentioned above which were not to my liking, I consider that I had a great experience with the help of Asana. In our company, the development of projects was individually, but since this platform arrived in our work system, we managed to work together and now we are able to finish projects even faster with the help of the fantastic way of group work. Asana has a fantastic interface which can be modified by the user, he can modify the colors, backgrounds and organization of the sections of the platform. I am satisfied with Asana and consider my overall experience to be remarkably good.

Asana and the great way it has to organize projects as a group, and to be able to track the project online, is what makes this platform great. One of the main things that I liked about Asana is that it works very well in integration with the Slack system, this integration has allowed me to have a better creation of projects since I can communicate with my work team and I also have the possibility of sharing the project that we are carrying out, with the communication channels that we have in Slack. The second thing that I liked a lot about Asana, is that it provides me with a large number of templates that allow me to create a much more optimized project, with a unique design. And the third thing that I liked about Asana is that this platform allows me to carry out projects as a group, in this way I can get constant participation from all my work colleagues to finish the project faster.

As I mentioned before, I am fascinated with how to create and manage projects with Asana, however, there are some things that I do not like about this platform and that have significantly affected my performance in the functionalities of this platform, these characteristics are :

1.- Asana does not have keyboard shortcuts, which makes it difficult to move around the panel quickly. Currently the only way to get around the panel and the projects that are being developed is manually.
2.- When creating list or board projects, you have to be very sure which project is being created, since then it is not possible to modify the type of project.

Despite the limited number of options to choose from during list management, with Asana we can use a cascading view that allows us to easily sort work content into different priorities. We like that the Asana platform has so many development options when it comes to allowing others to integrate into our private tasks, so they can adapt quickly.

Asana organizes all the daily exposed topics concerning our current project in a single screen, from which it is possible to access at any time, and which can be shared through various levels of privacy depending on the confidentiality of the project in question. Asana is excellent for creating annotations

The Asana system does not have any integration to CRM services, so despite being able to coordinate and schedule releases of our finished applications, we cannot really communicate with customers from the platform without them not being involved in the development process. The views are not very varied

My overall experience with Asana is remarkably great since i am able to get the exact time utilized on projects.

I like that Asana allows me to easily track time down on projects and tasks.
Product management and roadmapping is another capability that I like.

With Asana, I do not encounter a lot of issues, although i barely use it a lot of time.

Overall I find Asana to be most effective tool for breaking down projects into tasks and assigning them to the right person.

As a user of Asana I am able to get notifications in my inbox about the status of my tasks and any upcoming deadlines.

A task can only be assigned to one person and this brings problems for instance when this person is unavailable.
