Overall, it served its purpose for the time that we used it, but we have since moved on to a new platform that works for us much better. So, it may have great applications for other industries, but for the tax/accounting/fin. plan. world, it just didn't do everything we needed it to.

1. Great for quick lists to keep track of items during tax season.
2. Able to direct lists or comments at a person.
3. Layout of product is fairly simple.
4. Dragging and dropping items in a list into a new order is helpful.

1. Can only comment or task one person.
2. There isn't an easy & intuitive way to track/report on lists of items.
3. Platform is not as intuitive to me as other project management platforms I have used.

We are highly relying on Asana for our projects and workflow management. It's very suitable for remote and office employees. Everyone in my branch using Asana for collaborating themselves.

For project management, no other is better than Asana. It's easy to use, provides the best project visualization, offers deeply driven data reports, easy to assign tasks, easy to track tasks, instant team chats and messaging and fast and reliable file transfer.

I personally didn't like its Ui very much. It's not very good not very bad.

Asana is great to use for yourself (at home) or your team at work. It makes organizing ALL tasks for projects very simple and integrates with your calendar (if you like). You can assign due dates to tasks (and subtasks) and it just makes staying organized and on top of things that much easier.

User friendly, can create multiple "projects", all with their own tasks, can create subtasks for tasks, free to use (basic), calendar integration, add in images, notes, URLs, etc. to tasks.

Some features are only available on the paid version, but the basic version has so much to offer, that it doesn't bother me.

Asana is a good tool which we use almost everyday for our sub departments management, for internal teaming nothing can beat it considering its free tier which almost has all the basic and required features. As you grow you need to update and here comes the tricky price , the pricing is bit high as compared to other project management tools in same category. We can't say we use Asana for everything but asana and Samepage serves our purpose very well.

4) For beginners and small team its very nice as the free plan supports 15 members on the board.

1) It can be good for internal team purpose but when you wish to include client it doesn't offers right abstraction so it gets difficult to explain the client about entire project update. The entire update from Asana has to be taken to excel to be sent to client which is bit time consuming.
2) Comments on threads initiate tasks , its email system is bit confusing and unintentional emails are sent repeatedly which needs proper tweaking.
3) The system sometimes tend to get slow may be due to server load .

It doesn't always notify me via email or the app when there are updates.

It's an alright app and can be integrated with a lot of other apps, which is probably one of its bigger selling points. But for me personally, I just don't like it. I find it bulky and I think some aspects aren't really intuitive. I also wish the Android guide didn't just open up my browser to an online guide and was actually something I could read through in the app itself. Overall, it's good but minor quirks just put me off from really liking it. It's a really popular app though, and with good reason. I suggest just giving it a try and seeing if it fits for your team's projects or not.

It's easy to set up and prices are reasonable. The free option is limited, but you can still get a lot done with it. It can be integrated with a lot of really popular apps, such as Teams, Evernote, and Gmail. Presentation-wise, the app looks nice and modern. Color choices are easy on the eyes. You have a few options on how you want each projects tasks to visually look, for example a list format versus a sticky note-like board format, and each project can have a different format.

Tasks can only be assigned to one person. Simple projects don't need lots of features, so this could be mostly bloat depending on what you need it for. Initially sign up and set-up is easy, but a little time consuming as the app holds your hands through putting up your first project. I'd really rather not be forced to do anything right away before I can even see anything else in the app.

I highly recommend Asana to businesses who are looking for a great task management system. This has helped our team keep projects organized and on track. I've used this platform at several businesses.

Overall, extremely positive. Such a simple, but elegant solution to task and project management. I'd highly recommend any professional to at least try it to see if helps them manage their workload.

It's so versatile. I use it for every single work task I have as a todo list, that's easily adjustable by date/task. I do the same now for my personal todos...it's a great way to make sure I've taken care of all important things for the day before signing off. Also, I use it for project management for projects between teams as well.

I can't say much against Asana other than I still haven't figured out a way to move more than one task at a time down my personal list of tasks, so I have to move them all individually.

Our overall experience has been simply outstanding, with the Asana Project Management platform. My entire team liked this platform, it was easy and fun to work and implement in our workspace.

Asana always keeps you ahead on project management. Its automation and task card builder save time and gives me more time to plan and execute projects as we want. My favorite thing is its budget management.

The project prioritization doesn't get automatically updated.

It has made my work to be more easier while working on my projects since it has helped me to plan and to be more organized when doing projects and I can easily tell when I am supposed to finish it.

I like Asana since i can easily control a project by knowing when it should be started and as well know when it's supposed to be finished.
Also i like how it is easy to use since one does not need too much training in order to understand it.

Honestly Asana has been good to me I can't see anything to complain about.

Asana increases the agility and management of projects and tasks in our team. It allows us to collaboratively plan and track projects. One thing I really liked about Asana that we can perform many business activities including sales, marketing and task management in one place.

We can also collaborate with a remote team for the planning and management of projects. It increases team productivity. I liked its workflow capability to streamline lots of activities including marketing. Asana is a very easy-to-use platform.

The only this I don't like was its complex task assign.
