I love this program. I get work done and my team is able to work collaboratively in whatever or wherever they find themselves working.

I love that it's collaborative.
I work with a team of people. We are able to share projects, tasks, goals and dates seamlessly with each other. We are also able to keep track of what each other is working on and the projected timeline for being completed.
Additionally, we are able to arrange our workloads and dashboards in a way that makes sense for our individual needs and schedules.

Some of the features haven't made it from the desktop into the apps yet and sometimes development of the mobile apps is lagging behind the desktop innovation.

It's the best project management/organizational tool I've found for my visual brain. Big new features keep coming out. When I've had questions the help team is very responsive.

I've used a bunch of project management tools, and found some that are helpful, but none really clicked for me until I tried AYOA.

I'm a visual thinker and I have ADHD. AYOA has the visual modes I need for messy big-picture thinking and for clear, organized project management.

I have a monitor dedicated to AYOA on my computer and it's also on my phone. It's one of the tools that helps me be my best.

Ayoa is a terrible name. When I tell people about it, I have to repeat the name 3 times before they get it.

This solves a real problem for my team as we have different needs in how to view and work with data.

Flexibility to view data differently depending on the user.
Beautiful, lightweight interface.

Cost - compared to other solutions, the cost is a bit prohibitive.
Color palette is a bit restrictive.

Overall this is the best purchase i made as without it i would be lost! I have recommended this to my family and friends and everyone is loving it!

Love the ease of use and the simplicity of the app. Makes it easy to quickly write my todo for the day and manage it on iPad, iOS, Windows and Android! Anywhere & everywhere.

Would love it if it has an Alexa/Siri integration.

Not much was lacking. Some of the really cool features are in the highest tier licensing (kind of expected!)

I like the product. I a lot of thought was put into the creativity and accessibility of it. Very pleased.

I think this is an incredible product that anyone should at least try the free account, but likely they will want to move to a paid account to use Ayoa at their full potential.

One of the best parts of the software is each team member can view items in the style that works best for them. For example, a task can be viewed in a visual style, Kanban, style, or Gantt chart.

I have used several mind mapping tools over the years and the organic mind-map style is the best I have ever used. And again. if a user prefers a radial style or speed map style then they can view the information that way while another user could still use organic.

The biggest weakness is the lack of integration or extensions with Microsoft 365. While there are workaround integrations, such as email to tasks, this has made it a harder sell for larger implementation at my place of work.

I would suggest this to other users. It's a must for collaborative work, remotely.

Ayoa really helps my coworkers and I stay on task remotely. We are able to send messages and track progress and it is not invasive of everyones individual work schedule.

I really preferred the previous name DropTask. Ayoa seems a little weird and my brain has a hard time remembering it. I often still refer to it as DropTask.

As someone who struggles with ADHD and really needs visuals, Ayoa has been a dream come true. I've used almost every to-do list app on the market and have never found one like Ayoa - it was exactly what I needed and I'm never giving it up!

The canvas feature, where you can arrange your to-do list into bubbles grouped by category, is awesome. The orange and red tags for Priority or Importance draw my eye to the things I need to get done first. Things that I have checked off don't disappear immediately but instead, turn a darker color for a few days before disappearing which allows me to pat myself on the back a bit.

I wish the canvas view was the default option rather than having to change from the workflow view every time.

I'm excited about the possibilities and what I've learned so far! Mindmapping is one of the best brainstorming tools I've used, and Ayoa makes it easy!

Fabulous mind map generator. Love the different views. Also, I'm enjoying the whiteboards and a simplified task list.

I wish there as a way to export the whiteboards and task lists to a pdf like you can the mind maps.

Whether academic, internal workplace or external advising, Ayoa will fill many gaps arising from team engagement to solve any problem/issue with a more complete outcome!

This is perfect for todays "Online" world to communicate your ideas and engage your clients. Client engagement leads to increased client action, producing more understanding and service/product implementation!

I would like to see more color choices and more varying sizes of line size.

Overall it is a great tool! From start to finish, it was easy for a new user. I like changing colors with thought change. I like the flexibility of moving the boxes around to different legs!

I love the ease of use. I do many presentations and like to map my talks using key word to recall what I wish to say. I change colors for different subjects. I would like to be able to unify with caps lock and font size and bold if needed.

Each extension is brand new on font size and bold. I would like to have all the same without making it each extension to save time. Also would like to copy pictures.

Being retired a number of the very positive features that can be used by teams, is little or no benefit to me. Thinks that for a team, especially a project driven team would be very beneficial after implementation.

Like a number of features : to do list, task board, its cloud based and easy access. Ease of operation.

Having been a Imindmap user through number of revisions starting with 5 the mindmap facility in Ayoa is not as good and is in my opinion very limited in compared to Imindmap 11. Without being a team member some to the best features do not help me.

In order to be small business friendly, Office 365 needs to be added. Having other integrations available would be very helpful.
I use the app primarily for brainstorming since there are missing features (ticketing) we would need to use as a service organization.

Templates in the browser version are not the same as the ones that are available via the Android mobile. Not sure why.
Had issue with the Google calendar synchronization shutting down for some reason.

This is a very valuable tool. I keep it open on a separate screen and refer to it through the day. What do I have to do? What have I forgotten? What is that book I wanted? It's all there for me, just bubbling up.

The visual effect of having bubbles and bubbles of bubbles showing your tasks, ideas and facts is very powerful. You can quickly drag and drop or color code to add distinction to items. It's easy to use and to understand.

I would like to be able to specify my own color palette. Besides round bubbles, having other shapes could help distinguish items.

The 'self-guided tour" I was able to produce is a very potent tool -- having my friends and students be able to choose an area to study further, and then click on live links to content is powerful and has been very well received.

I greatly appreciate he ability to insert links to content I want my viewers to get to easily and quickly, and the fact that I can represent different topic areas with graphics as well as text so users can easily identify where they'd like to 'travel next'.

Some navigation is difficult, like trying to decide whether to click or hover on a cell -- each action produces a different kind of access.

The experience that I have had with Ayoa has been enjoyable and I do not plan to use anything other than this software.

I like Ayoa because it is easy to use and I am able to stay organized and up to date with my work and also maintain a professional view.

I have no dislikes about Ayoa. I also recommend using this software if you are a beginner.

This is a tool that works for everyone. My entire team uses it for both work and personal planning.

I love the visual planning element, the mindmaps option, and the new whiteboard function. Amazing!

What is there not to like? The name is weird.

Overall the product has a good idea of offerings, but I can't say that I feel the 156 annual fee is worth it. I am happy to use the product for the year and hopefully see some significant feature additions. I think your product is on the right track with the combination of features, but you will really have to mature each of those elements to keep me past this first year. Good luck.

Having everything in one place was a big draw (Mindmap, diagrams, kanban)
that said there is still plenty of improvements that are needed to make those elements flow together.

Cons/suggestions:
Mindmapping formats are very limited.
speed map is very limited and doesn't allow you to move nodes to other nodes. Organic does, but I don't like the look of organic. Diagram is not usable for me.

Moving lists to a Kanban doesn't really work well. I want to move individual items from a list to a specific category. I don't seem to have the option. Get rid of the "my planner", it just competes with the Kanban function and not very well.

I want to be able to add subtask in my Kanban planner. I also want to set individual due dates to a checklist item in a task. Also, categories should have the option to set a background for the entire category. Imagain a red column, green column, orange column. To be competitive with Trello you will have to really mature the workflow portion of Ayoa. I am coming from using Trello for years.

White board links should allow to choose some type of image or icon for that link. I don't like the icon that is pulled in by the URL.

My experience has been lovely--great UI, great export options, great visualizations. I love all the integrations with other tools--makes it full of potential!

I have used this tool for my personal encouragement of creativity--mapping out different ideas to figure out what path to take!

I really love it so far! The features are above what I need-from a team perspective. I really love the Mind mapping benefits!
