Software I use throughout my day. I can't think of another package that has its blend of functions. I would have to buy two or three programs to replace it.

As I began using Ayoa's software throughout my day, I realized that a slight tweak could mean that my calendar could also be part of project and task planning. I was thrilled with that and then realized that the ability to send emails that needed follow up could be sent directly into the system.

Then I realized that complex writing projects could easily be broken down using the mind mapping section. I already was a big mindmap booster, and to be honest, there is more there than I will ever get to use.

Despite all the functions, there isn't a steep learning curve. You can begin using Ayoa almost immediately and begin activating different functions over time.

Also, the onboarding was done at the level of packages costing thousands.

The pace of change has been incredible over the last 18 months. The company could benefit from more frequent mailings about changes, but they over communicate everywhere else so it's a minor nit. On the whole, I would rather have the constant product improvements!

Overall, Ayoa has provided ways to visualize brainstorming projects with my team virtually which has been extremely valuable during this time in which we have not been meeting in person.

I appreciate all of the improvements and additional features Ayoa has added throughout the year. The whiteboard is still a little cumbersome to use at times, but I am getting used to it.

Some of the features like drawing and adding lines are not as intuitive or flexible as I'd hope.

In general, my experience is more positive because I found the program completely useful and glad to use.
I also use it to educate my daughter, who is an autistic teenager and learn visually. So, I am creating a lot of her knowledge about being organized and focused on her goals using AYOA. By the way, the mental maps are a blast to support her academic learning.
I would like to get the full membership, but unfortunately, the price is too high for my budget.

- Easy way to break my goals into small steps.
- The board offers another level of organization.
- The templates are diverse and a good commencing for a new purpose. So, no overwhelming beginning!
- Daily reminders keep your focus on your tasks.
- The mental maps even are terrific to help to memorize information.
- Synchronization with the calendar. A huge advantage!

- Sometimes, create the alerts can be a little confusing.
- It takes time to learn how to use the platform intuitively and take advantage of its almost unlimited options.
- The price! In my case that I am a student and a single mom, which results in impossible to pay. And its options to get the discount as a student don't let me get it.

So far, so good. My team seems pleased and more organized when working on shared projects. It’s removed a level of follow up communication that was really taking too much of our brain power on a regular basis.

There are multiple ways to view tasks and if a team member sets it up one way, you can change your personal view to suit your style. I like that it is colorful, easy to learn and navigate, and has preformatted options for people who don’t know where to start. This is an excellent product for small companies who don’t require all the bells and whistles of a larger, more expensive system. As I work with people on the autism spectrum, I also think this is an excellent platform for the neurodiverse population who may need to be very specific in their visual layout. They also do mind maps which is so great when working through big thought projects remotely. It’s like a whiteboard at your fingertips. Lastly, I’m glad it doesn’t look like a calendar, spreadsheet, or email inbox!

I would prefer it to integrate fully with G-Suite, not just Gmail. I believe they are continuing to add systems integration and I look forward to that. I also wish they would do the necessary work for HIPAA compliance so we could use the system exclusively for our project work.

Overall I like it very much it needs a few features, better hotkey support. If you are into whiteboards and mindmaps this is the GTD for you.

I liked the full range of services, whiteboard, mindmaps, daily pulse etc. Even has a canvas flow for your tasks which is just amazing. The customer service is fast too, takes care of your issues. it's just $17 a month for pro.

Not much hotkey support, search isn't that great. It needs more features that a lot of the major Get Things Done software companies do.

I'm really happy with the flexibility it gives me in thinking about my thinking. It is a powerful tool - at a reasonable price.

Helps me organize my thoughts - easily! I like the style and the way it displays. Creating new maps is easy due to the menu layout and short cuts.

It's not too easy to change fonts and to add pictures. Improving that functionality would help me.

Overall very good but needs to catch up with the features and hotkeys of Asana and Trello. Needs a global search function too. I recommend it but their dev team should step up some of the roadmap features

Whiteboards, Mindmaps AND taskboards! Who could ask for anything more. Highly recommended. I found this product by accident while viewing another GTD's ad on Facebook. The support is fast and get it done. It's also reasonable too for the premium plan. I have switched away mostly from ASANA to this.

Not many hotkeys. You can email tasks but they all go to one place. It's missing some of the ease and functions of Trello and Asana.

Support is awesome! My remote for presentation was not supported and they wrote code to fix that! No other company has taken my problem as if it were their own problem and handled the situation with the seriousness that I would personally give to fixing the situation if I had the ability to. They just "got it" and worked with me like I was in their offices working to solve the issue.

Ayoa is intuitive in creating mind maps! You do not have to learn how to use it--you simply use it! The hardest part is coming up with the content that you want to turn into a mind map. That's on you. Ayoa took responsibility for taking the content you come up with and making it easy to quickly and effortlessly capture so that your thoughts and ideas are organized, sharable, and actionable.

The presentation view was way better in iMindMap. I feel like the presentation view in Ayoa is an afterthought. iMindMap had 3D presentation which blew EVERYTHING away in terms of getting and keeping the attention of those to whom you are presenting your mind map to. I am a university professor, and I will still use iMindMap before I go to Ayoa for presenting. Other than the presentation aspect of Ayoa, everything else is stellar!

I have to deal with 3 different areas/businesses daily and I was starting to get lost.. Organizing all in Ayoa it's been a life changing! The internal communication, productivity, and many other things have gone to a faster and easier level!

I'm able to manage, organize, create, make all my processes from all different areas of my business more efficient. I don't lose track anymore!

I use in daily basis, I just see updates, and new features coming... nothing to complaint about it so far.

Easy to learn and deploy a must have if you want to grow your company. From the UI to being able to use on any devise the Ayoa team has thought of everything.

Hard to find a reason not to use this product. Maybe the more tools to share ideas to outside users.

I use Ayoa every day for an overview of my projects. It enables me to get a handle on the outstanding issues at a glance.

Ayoa is easy to use and produces beautiful diagrams. I'm able to integrate pictures and photos into the objects to make the diagrams more dynamic.

It would be great to integrate child diagrams in different files into a parent diagram for a single project and create a document from the multiple diagrams

Really love the tool and how everything is saved in the cloud. Easy to share the mindmaps and collaborate with multiple team members.

Ayoa has many features that I haven't even begun to use, but I love the Task Boards. I use them to add items to my To-Do lists so I stay on track. All the paper sticky notes on my desk are starting to disappear!

I can use Ayoa across multiple platforms seamlessly (computer, web, iPad, iPhone) and it syncs instantaneously. However, I do have difficulty at times because the interfaces are slightly different between platforms and I get lost finding the correct item or tool. Also some features are not available yet for mobile devices (whiteboards).

This is a fantastic tool for orienting on what matters most without losing sight of other tasks. The ability to re-order tiers of urgency and importance is very useful.

You can create a task and organize it by time or by category, and that is a MAJOR advantage. I can think of all the tasks in one area of responsibility at a time, listing them out. Then I can see all the top priorities across areas in one dashboard. I can then pull out what's most urgent in the big-picture sense and easily escalate or downplay tasks as my situation changes.

The single thing I would like the software to do that I don't think it can manage is an archival system, tracking my completed tasks so I can look back and see when I finished them.

Best website for students and teachers. easy way to convey messages and educate others with mind maps and charts.

Mind map is the best thing in the website. i got many rewards in schools by using it (for competition and many more resources).

Nothing...... just fix some bugs. If the bugs are fixed this is the best.
