Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to.
And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time.

At the beginning it took me a bit to adapt to this new way of working, we handled the information in a very analogous way, which is why it took us more time to carry out some processes, it took us a bit to adapt to this new platform and get rid of sheets and files physical, now we have everything in the system and in real time!!!

My experience with BigTime has been great so far. I and my team were able to work and collaborate with each other seamlessly. I work with the Finance department, and our Company uses QuickBooks for accounting, so the ease of integration that BigTime has provided not only for QuickBooks but for other popular applications such as HubSpot, Zapier and Salesforce made our workflow easier. We were to track and manage tasks, and our Company's customer service department utilized the Salesforce integration and made fast improvements. when we projected an analysis of our company's budget and spend data - We were able to cut costs, discover overspends and manage our finances with a clearer view knowing how money is being used across all the departments. The pricing can be very pricey for SMB's and other small businesses out there, but in comparison to other platforms, BigTime offers more unique features, and we were able to manage the costs.

One thing I like about BigTime is the ease of utilization. I was able to navigate the entire interface on my first day. After a few weeks - I could tutor the rest of my colleagues and other workmates at our organization.

Overall very convenient for staff both in and outside the office. No VPN is needed; they can log in by phone, via the app, or from the office computers. I love the downloads to XLS files so I can manipulate the data for quick analysis and entry into other reports. Terrific support from the start - kudos to Derek Kinney and Harry Sullivan. The knowledgebase is a great go-to for quick questions!
Even We love how BigTime automates a lot of project stats that we were manually tracking using SharePoint and Excel in the past. The Utilization dashboard has been very useful in determining the available capacity of our engineers and when we need to grow the team.

It is a remarkably flexible access-anywhere operating system. The reporting features are great and would probably exceed most organizations' requirements. As a small organization, we needed a platform to track all of our time, track our projects and staff's profitability, and integrate into our accounting software. Very rarely have we had any issues with our services, and we've always had great support when reaching out with questions. t is easy to create customized reports. I can see the time entries in real-time, review and approve them. BigTime has helped us take control of our projects' financial health.

It is a good tool but the downside that I feel is, their mobile app is not too good to use because of its tricky interface, and the reporting feature while robust is cumbersome and tedious.
Secondly some issues with BigTime are Scheduling is limited and bulky, Time-off not shown in the schedule, tasks status doesn't automatically update etc.
