It was easy for the whole faculty to create a new program for the center with Bordio’s intuitive design. We did everything in it, from scratch to finish. It was nice that we could input all of work in Bordio and communicate within the app. All of our ideas were in one place, keeping our whole production neat and uncluttered. Although I would love to use some gifs and emojis in the message box so we can goof around when the task gets hard.

It's features are similar to a basic Google Calendar but way, way, better.

It lacks colors to be honest. I wish there were more color options just to brighten up our project spaces.

I find Bordio very helpful in monitoring our company’s tasks and prioritize. The mobile version is mostly efficient when I have to be out of the office because I can check any schedule meetings and deadlines. I can also add a new task on the go that needs to be urgently done. Communication has become better with Bordio, too, because I can reply to my team leaders’ messages instantly without going off the app. My whole company has been using Bordio for months now, and we’ve never been this organized and connected since.

Bordio’s mobile interface adjusts to any screen I use. And in general it’s convenient to use both on a computer and on a mobile phone.

I wish there were more notification sounds option.

Bordio makes simple things the simplest. Its features are all clear-cut and easy to navigate. For us, we're all about using Bordio's Kanban board with task cards to handle our daily warehouse operations. Yes, other project managers offer a Kanban view too, but Bordio keeps it simple. It's also really handy to see completed tasks remain on the board.

We’ve been crushing our sales goals with Bordio. My whole team is always in the same direction because collaboration and planning are way more effective when we using Bordio’s interface. But you know, the best thing about Bordio is it gives me the ability to assess each of my members’s performances so that I can help them level up their sales game.

Transparency is key to an efficient scheduling. I used to receive complaints about unfair shifts and schedule. But Bordio helped me settle this once and for all. Planning our shifts and daily operations is now something I actually enjoy. The filter function makes it easier for me to single out a member and see his availability for the week, and pop him a messaging to confirm it.
The real thing about using Bordio as management tool is it encourage better communication and transparency. Everyone on the team can see who's working when. It's all out in the open, so everyone feels there’s balance.

Clock in and clock out system is a nice add on to Bordio’s features.

We’re creating systems in Bordio with its simple meeting and events scheduling. We can easily customized meetings depending on the date or its frequency. We can see ahead of time any upcoming meeting or monthly reports schedule, so we can prepare ahead of time. That’s why our meetings do not seem forced upon our members.

Time blocks, repeated events, notes within the task cards, colors, and mostly everything, to be honest.

Nothing so far, the app is working great! Especially web app.

Bordio is simple, but comprehensive. It has the ability to incorporate all research results directly into the platform. For sales professionals, this means that everything from contact details to images and other relevant data can be stored and accessed in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different tools. That is why I was so glad we tried Bordio… for sure, we’ll continue using it.

We can create unlimited list of projects or client pages within the app and put every information and data we need to start contacting them.

It didn’t have a default profile for prospect clients.

For me, everything in the application is easy and understandable. Bordio helps me record all my tasks for every day. When I open the application, I see my plan for today. I also see all my Google events in the calendar.

I like the ease of use, everything is easy and clear. And also the fact that there are mobile versions.

Check out Bordio if you've got a small team and need something super straightforward for keeping everything organized. It's got all the basic stuff you need, and it's really easy for everyone to get the hang of it. The only tiny thing I'd tweak is making the notification sounds a bit more fun.
I only have 5 people in my team, so Bordio is just the right tool for us. If only we didn’t have lots of clients a month, we could have use the free version since everything is already there, especially the single-board view.

It’s a necessity for marketing teams to have a very good productive tool, and we’ve tried a lot. But to be honest, some of them made it more difficult to be more organized with our content planning because of their complicated interface. So, we looked for an app that kinda look like the Google Calendar which is easy but a bit limited. Then, we found museum in different social media platforms. She handles her social media team and and marketing team. She uses Bordio for planning their content to attract more people to visit their museum. Her most used feature of Bordio is its single view board where she can plot all their content for the whole week or month.
Bordio. It’s simple as well, but its features are the most efficient for our content planning and creation.
Personally, I suggest this app to my other friends who are also in the content creation and marketing field because that’s how confident I am that Bordio works really well.

A customizable template of an FB post might be a good additional feature of Bordio.

As a person who likes my process to be simple and as straightforward, I would choose Bordio anytime! Bordio’s interface is clean, no fancy, uncomplicated stuff to see. Also, you can navigate to any pages you like without having to open a new tab. Every part of the screen has a function that can be minimize or hide for better and wider view. Even a 5th grader can actually understand how it works just by playing around with it. So it’s good if you have a team of all ages.

It makes it simple to organize a bunch of orders using its simple task card system that can be seen in one view.

Sometimes, I’d like to keep a task card private to show that it’s already done instead of the task cards turning gray.

Bordio is my best decision for my team. We do not need those complicated softwares that make us want to do so many things that we do not really need for our team. If you’re a personal coach like me, you should give Bordio a go. Having a small team works efficiently is key to having a successful coaching business like this. So I’m not switching anytime soon.

My team can do, if not all, so many things in Bordio. My assistant can efficiently schedule my consultation meetings and send invites, while my social media manager can easily plan our contents for FB and Instagram. My favorite, I can see everything in one look.

It would be fun to have emoji icons I could send to my team. We’d love sharing funny emojis!

It’s the easy and quick set up of schedules made us use Bordio for some time now. There’s no switching to other tabs or pages or using another tool just to get the things done. It makes our operations more efficient. Although I'd love to see task cards change color automatically as deadlines approach, but its so small compared to Bordio’s whole value.

I think Bordio’s developers wanted project management to be as easy as possible. From its interface design to its features, Bordio aims to simplify any type of work. As a matter of fact, we didn’t have any issues during the planning and launching of our new fitness project. It even made my team more engaged in making our project a success. Now, we’re looking to keeping Bordio as our main PM app for how helpful it was for us.

We like Bordio because of its features. We had the kanboard view and calendar view, we used it for files and links storage, it’s also our communication app.. Basically everything we needed was in Bordio.

I would like to see more color choices added.

I really like the fact that there are mobile versions. I can log in and view all my tasks at any time, no matter where I am. It is also very easy and simple to create and track tasks. And also introduce personal tasks and all this does not intersect with workers.

Simplicity, ease of use and the fact that there are web and mobile versions, I can log in from any platform.

For my convenience, I would like a larger color palette

I don’t see unnecessary features in Bordio. All of them are genuinely useful for most teams. The only thing I’d love to see on the next update is the table function in the notes area. But aside from that, Bordio has been a game-changer for me in leading my whole team. Delegating tasks is easier and gives clarity to my members. We’re creating content based on our schedules and everything is well-organized.

A time tracker could be good but maybe too much.

If you are in marketing, you’d understand me. Campaign launches are the most stressful! So Bordio was our lifesaver! It stands out for its ease of use. I can efficiently assign tasks, set deadlines, and outline workdays for the whole team in one single view. Bordio also helped me see everyone’s workload and adjust each task for better output. In simple words, there’s pressure so we can focus on what we should just do. All thanks to Bordio!

Everyone knows what they’re doing and by when because of the simple task assignment and due date setting functionalities of Bordio. We can see everything at a glance, removing all the pressure and stress for all the members.

A pop-up morning message would be a great addition to Bordio’s feature. It could be fun.

We're trying to get the word out about our business. We think the stuff that we do should be reaching to thousands of people. We picked up Bordio to get our content sorted for the month, making sure we stay active on our social media channels. The best part? Bordio is not only easy to handle but also loaded with genuinely useful features.

Compared to other task management tool, Bordio is the only that doesn’t make my eyes crossed!

Bordio is a simple yet great tool to track potential leads. Just by using task cards that we can move left and right, it is easier to see if a lead is turning into a client. It keeps all of leads neatly organized, so we can also do follow-up promptly. The best part, Bordio isn’t complicated to use compared to other project management software.
