You do not have to pay full price just to experience how useful Bordio is. Its free version is more than enough to do organize a simple project. There’s nothing fancy about it, so it is easier to navigate it from the get-go. I have used different PM platforms for personal use, so I know that Bordio is the one my crew would love to use. It’s a very promising app to use.

You can get so much just even just for the free version. But, with the paid version, it has become a more powerful tool to do exactly what we want!

I can’t think of anything major aside from a dark mode option.

Bordio is an effective tool. It doesn’t complicate the work we do, instead it makes everything simple. We stay with Bordio because of its simple one-board view. Sometimes, too many features can complicate our work process. That is why we highly recommend Bordio if you want to get things done right away.

Bordio has enough features we need for our content planning. We can use its single board calendar view to manage the tasks we should do within the day or week. It’s also simpler to use compared to others.

I wish they had the option to use sticky-note like task card design.

If you’re on the hunt for a simple production management tool, I highly suggest Bordio. It doesn’t have unnecessary features, so you won’t get confused on how to use the whole software. The kanban board view of Bordio is the best one we’ve tried so far. Imagine just moving a task from the first phase of the production to the next just by dragging the task card. Literally, anyone can get the hang of it in seconds.

I like Bordio’s ease of implementation. All of its features are pretty straightforward. It gives me the opportunity to do my work better at the warehouse without having to try and test each function.

I would pay extra for a Spotify integration. You know, sometimes, it gets a bit boring in the warehouse.

Our business has been around for many years now, but we’ve just recently discover a booking system like in Bordio. And it’s not even a software for scheduling events! We like how easy it is to use Bordio for setting an event for each day month. Also, we use it to communicate with our client because it has a live-messaging feature. Bordio, unexpectedly, has made our booking and communications systems so much better.

Its features allow us to make it our main booking system. We’ve use it to schedule an event, confirm details, and send messages to our clients.

Notification can be more customized (only basic options available)

Our communication at work has become more effective with Bordio. Everything is in one board, even the chat box! I can easily send my reminders and notes for the whole team in the specific task we’re doing for the day, real-time! It’s less hassle for me because then, I get to spend most of my time to the important things - creating memories with my twin!

The real-time chat feature of Bordio is just one of the its good features. I can now balance my work life and family life. I have a lovely twin that wants my full attention, but it is not a problem with Bordio because I can easily send messages to my members within the app itself.

No GIF or emoji options on their chat box. It would be nice to have them!

Bordio feels automated. With its Google Calendar integration, I can automatically send meeting invitation to our prospects. I do not have to create a customized email for them one by one which can sometimes take my time. Also, Bordio allows me to give a view of how much effort I’m putting into reaching to potential suppliers with its estimated time feature. It improves the way I work as a purchasing officer in our company.

I can create events in Bordio, send invites even to those who do not have a Bordio account, and instantly see if they accept it or not.

I prefer brighter color options for my task events.

Bordio has turned what used to be a complex process of coordinating tasks to a more efficient workflow. Its simple features of task cards and checklists give me the opportunity to monitor every part of our daily operations. Also, the real-time updates and notifications keep everyone in the loop and there’s fewer delays and miscommunications.

The platform’s design is best for quick task assignments and updates. It’s pretty straightforward, as well, so there’s no time wasted learning the whole it.

Nothing. Of course some people will find negative sides, but for us Bordio is just fine!

In sales, we avoid things that my complicate our work process. That is why we stick with Bordio. It is a simple Project Management Software that allows us improve the way we do our tasks in the sales team. Even if we have multiple projects in hand, we’re not worried because we can easily adjust our task cards and schedules.

The Kanban board is the most used feature of Bordio in our team. It is easier to manage different tasks just by moving task cards to different columns.

I wish I could see how many times a task card had been moved.

It’s an all-in-one software to manage your daily task. It doesn’t have major issues like other apps that have too many features that most team do not need. It’s a pretty good tool because it is easy to use with a Google Integration to connect your meetings and events to your phone calendar. Also, Bordio has a user-friendly interface so even the oldest guy in our team can navigate through different pages easily.

For its simplicity, Bordio can give so much more.

A built camera would be a great update. It’ll make the team’s communication so much better.

Bordio is fairly enough to make your sales up. I didn’t think a simple project management tool like Bordio can help us stabilized our task management. To be fair, it was not that easy because Bordio was something new to use, but good thing they have good customer support, too. They helped us setup our account, so it becomes more conducive to the things we do in the sales team.

We got complaints from our clients before because of delayed installation and assistance. We were able to eliminate that with Bordio because our task management has improved a lot!

If I could customize Bordio’s fonts, it would be the perfect app!

Bordio’s simplicity and clarity are unmatched. Everything you need to see, from task notes and deadlines, to attached files, is right there in front of you. It takes away the complicated system of using too many pages and unnecessary mouse actions just to update a task status. It’s all about getting a quick overview of what's going down in your business at any given moment. Having a single-board view is like having a big monitor of our entire branch operations. I don’t have to watch every single repairmen in the shop to see that they’re doing their task.

I like that everything can be seen at a glance, making it easy to use.

We’ve been using Bordio for our everyday task management, but it would be better if they also have a time in and out of all added members.

We put Bordio to a test when we had our biggest production order. We’re very comfortable using Bordio for our daily operations that include small production orders. But when we had to use it for a large project, it felt the same way. The process did not become complicated at all. Amazingly, we were able to reach our daily goals because each task card indicated the deadline, information, and the people who should handled it.

Even with multiple projects, schedules and task cards do not get mixed up.

I’ve tried so many apps for my company in the past, but Bordio is the only one that I liked. I started using it as a personal app to keep track of the things I had to do in the office and personal schedules, but to my surprise, Bordio is more than that. It has the ability to be functional and useful even though it has a very simple interface. I can create multiple do-to lists for me or my team, give them individual tasks, and message them for each project they are doing. Above all, I can simply do all of these things using my phone, even outside the office. Bordio’s mobile version is as intuitive as the web version. Bordio’s developers really thought of what people like for their mobile apps.

The mobile version is as good as the web version even if the screen is smaller.

The only quirk I’ve seen to Bordio is the notification options. If only they could have a vibrate + sound option, so I can easily notice if there’s an update from my team.

I’ve been messing around Bordio for some time now, and it’s been really good. First, the calendar view is pretty neat. It’s like having my mind in one place and see what’s going on without opening a gazillion of new tabs. Plus, in the agency, it’s useful that we can create unlimited projects with Bordio for each of our clients. Just the color schemes can be improved, but it’s not a bigga deal. Because since we started using Bordio, my team has been 10x more productive. All the must-knows like the deadlines, content format, feedbacks, and those little tasks that add up can be easily input in Bordio’s interface. We’re really happy we found Bordio!

The calendar view, unlimited projects, storing and saving files, and note-taking features are the best ones I found in Bordio.

There’s nothing to say negatively about Bordio, but maybe color options can be improved.

As a team manager, Bordio helped me in many different ways. It’s become easier to assess our team’s process and output now, compared before where our tasks were all over the place. A systematic way of assigning clients’ profiles was what we needed from the beginning, and Bordio solved that issue for us.

We use Bordio’s workspaces as our sales representatives’ personal boards where we assign their customers in folder form.

I wish we could also change the colors of the folder icon.

We’ve save so much since we used Bordio. It’s cheap but doesn’t skimp on the cool features. That’s value for money, right? We can do 10 projects at a time and doesn’t complicate our process. Trello was our before tool, but it got expensive when we tried to get the paid version. It didn’t justify the things we can do in the app, that’s why we tried to find a cheaper one. Luckily, we came across Bordio while searching for a cheap but effective project management tool. Believe me, it’s better than trello. Try it and discover it to yourself.

It’s cheap compared to the value and functionality you get from it.

Using Bordio is like having a big board where you can stick all your tasks and notes, so everyone knows what's up without anyone having to nag about updates. Before Bordio, it felt like I was the only one trying to keep track of everything, which was exhausting. But now, it's like everyone's in the game, chatting and moving things along without me having to chase them down. Totally recommend it if you want to keep things easy and get stuff done without the headache. It’s a project management tool that actually works!

Bordio has enough features that anyone can use with minimal tutorials. Everything is simple and clear and convenient to use the application.

In fact, the application tires me, but I would like more colors.
