Despite being an expensive software, I consider to have had a very good experience with this software, as this platform was able to help me transfer files simultaneously, and I managed to share large amounts of files with all my work colleagues, resulting in improvement in our productivity. Box was a fairly easy platform to use, its entire interface is really attractive and this allows the user to adapt quickly to it, in addition, the file transaction system is totally fluid, despite sharing several files simultaneously, speed is not something that is affected by transferring multiple files at the same time. I hope Box can improve its prices to become a much more accessible platform.

Box is a platform for exchanging files, which works in the cloud. Overall a bit more robust of a platform than Dropbox for small businesses or larger corporations. I don't love the interface as much as Dropbox however.

The free and beginning plans have more storage than Dropbox. Also their file request feature is helpful.

When you're just getting started, they limit the ability to view video directly from within the platform unless you upgrade, whereas other platforms Dropbox, Google Drive etc don't have those limitations.

We have an unlimited storage agreement, so we resolve our storage space concerns where before BOX everything that was stored in documents shared a considerable amount of space; we don't currently have to stress about it. Likewise, we benefit from being able to work as a team with customers, having a central location for all documents that they can see and also modify, if we provide the ideal consents.

I like that my work can style BOX as it would with Windows folders. I also like being able to give permissions to certain folders for other users to see details. I also like the drag and drop function.

The search attribute; could use some work. Searching for a document or folder in a huge BOX design tends to be time consuming at times. I hope they are working on it and implementing something that will certainly fix this problem.
