The main feature that I didn't like about this platform is that I can't modify the overall design of the interface, currently only basic mode and dark mode are available to use inside the main panel, however, I can't apply a different design to my main panel of cloud storage, selections to be able to modify it and it will go to general of the version for computers, the web version or a version for mobile devices, this would help me feel much more comfortable. The second negative thing that this platform has is that all the videos that I upload within it and share it with someone else, that video will drop in quality, that person will download that video and it will not have the same quality as the original video, this is something negative since I would like to share all kinds of Videos with people through cloud storage without the need for quality to be affected, I do not recommend at all that it is the platform that will be used to share Videos with other people, since It does not offer me a positive experience, the Videos drop a lot in quality when they are shared through this medium. The third negative feature is that support is almost non-existent within that platform, if you have a problem with any type of file that you have recently uploaded or if you have a problem with a plan that you have purchased within this platform, contact the support team is almost impossible, since they respond to the request after 48 hours have passed, it seems like a long time to receive help.

In short, we've been using Box for a long time, but upon analyzing other options I think we'll be making a switch to another provider.

Box has enabled an extensive reach of information inside and outside our organizations, it offers us a cloud synchronization of all relevant information and facilitates us to visualize with a very practical and easy to use online search engine. It allows us to share video, audio and text files and allows us to edit them later.

Although it is an application that mainly works within the business collaboration, it has as a limitation no type of management of projects, tasks or daily cable. It only serves as a tool for updating, importing and searching information.

Box has been implemented to upload and send huge files; we have sent projects with multiple pages, graphics, and designs that weigh tons. Clients are happy to receive information this way, our workflow has improved, and time savings are now a fact of life. It has been essential to helping my employees; they can send any project through Box, totally low in price and incredible in performance.

I like Box to maintain an optimal and capable team in terms of managing large files. It helps me send detailed proposals to clients for them to see my projects. I have no problems with the support; it does an excellent job. At the time of configuration, I have the advantage of being able to mold the requirements of other organizations according to my tastes.

It has been such a positive benefit that I have no problem with Box.

Since with box it is possible to edit the code text of our web page, we can apply scripting directly using templates, which greatly facilitates the task of our web designers. Box is a positive reinforcement for managing large content within our CMS project.

It's amazing how much CMS content management can grow with the right software. Box is different from other platforms because it allows indexing of all kinds of files to our developing project, and while implementing live edits we can share the process through collaboration-oriented features.

Box does not offer any kind of internal image editor, limiting itself to work with finished images. To improve this, some dynamics should be implemented within the service to edit or create the graphic components to be used in the CMS project. Box also does not include an internal calendar to plan activities within the page during its development.

It can be very useful to access information and data from anywhere using the extension mode through browsers and view the content in a timely manner. It is still highly recommended to use minimal resources since you should not expect much in terms of more elaborate management.

Box has provided us with tools and functions that have been of benefit to us since it indexes any type of text, audio, video files and offers us an internal search bar that makes it easy for us to locate these files in the cloud. The interesting thing is that it operates as an extension in different browsers that has allowed us to locate items online wherever we are.

It can be a good tool for work collaboration but it does not have an element beyond data sharing, since it does not offer task management or project management. At the same time, it does not allow to synchronize any device, it basically serves as a file viewer that cannot be edited by third parties.
