Overall my experience been good but it is is mainly based on the setup process so far. We have just started using the cart so how it'll work under pressure is yet to be seen.

It is easy to setup. I am not a developer per se but I was able to set it up quite easily. A lot of support is available through CS-Cart's website and through forums. Googling your query mostly gets you the answer.

The guides and videos setup by CS-Cart are quite good.

The design and themes have their limitations and if you want make any specific change that either requires specialist programming knowledge or has to be done through CS-Cart and/or their preferred developers which can be quite costly.
Support is free for the first 90 days but after that you need to buy support credits to be able to lodge a ticket and that can be bit frustrating. Support is normally quite slow in responding back.

Overall I couldn't be happier with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor. I started out years back using a WordPress solution that just became way too choppy with all the different plugins, bulky code, and whatnot. Moving over to CS-Cart and put everything in one place for me and I'm also excited to move my site to an App eventually!

What I like about CS-Cart Multi-Vendor is that you could have little knowledge of coding and very easily open and operate your own online marketplace. At the same time, the software is extremely flexible, scalable, and powerful for folks with developing skills.

I feel that the theme editor could be expanded a bit.

Awesome experience overall in terms of out of box, ease of use and flexibility of modifications in existing infrastructure.

I have been using MultiVendor since last one year (Switched from Magento).
I would rate it 9/10 in terms of out of box solutions and 10/10 in terms of flexibility of modifications.

Support is costly.
CS Cart people must implement user feedback instantly.

For multi channel shipments and order generations, CS helps. Its extraordinary interface helps in managing all the channels and its delivery system easy. Support team helps in integrations and hand hold services.

Most of the market place listing can be made from single point. Inventory managed from single point. Commission calculation can be made from Single point. Integrations with various shipping partners act as an add-on service.

Sometime customization required for integration which seems tough but thanks to support team which make it easy.

Overall we're very happy with the solution from CS-Cart. We've been using it for a little more than a year and we haven't had any major issues.

Overall I think that the product is brilliant value for money, and offers a lot of enhanced features and themes that enable you to setup your Ecommerce site quickly and effective. Would definitely recommend.

Love the customisation aspect of the platform - having the ability to install plugins and themes to really get the look and functionality that you are after. It also has so many great features already built in, and is a great tool to get you started, as well as if you are an experience e-commerce user. Great product!

It would be great if the platform could be hosted online like a Wordpress site for example, and have a really nice setup guide process, as it would take all of the effort and worry around getting the application setup correctly out of the equation!

The software is a very good solution and they bring a lot of new updates and features in a short time.

The software have a lot of features, beautiful and clean GUI and support a lot of add-ons. The documentation is very easy to understand and you can learn the administration very fast. I have tested different solution and CS-Cart was the best for my requirements.

The price is fair, but please think about a subscription model pay per month.

Please release support posts in the forum sections faster (maybe more Mods?)

My experience has been great thus far. The CS-Cart team is very knowledgeable and receptive to new ideas/suggestions. With CS-Cart, one can build solutions in a modular way, as and when required.
It's hybrid model of giving the customer complete ownership whilst providing optional (@ a fee) support & upgrades is one which works in 2020 as opposed to the rigid & non-proprietary subscription models.

The CS-Cart proprietary mobile application can be modernized and made more intuitive. It should also support more check-out options other than PayPal.

Best Software ever, there is many things you can do, add, and investigate. There is many documentation all over the internet, and you can do whatever you want. People are very nice on the support team also.

1. Customization. This is key to your solution, very modular.
2. Source Code: you are able to add any feature you can imagine.
3. Mobile App: Also you can acquire the code and modify as you wish.

There are many features that are available to US customers, like Marketplace payments with Stripe and PayPal, but this really depends on 3rd parties. Offering associations with US companies to help to build the business in the US can be highly profitable and convenient.

I am using CS-Cart long time and completely happy with it. Earlier I tried much other software and could not get the features I was looking for. I strongly recommend CS-Cart to everyone. Especially those who want nice looking design, more smooth & simple browsing.

We bought the license for Multivendor last year, we have been able to build a really nice looking marketplace, with all the functionalities that we wanted, good SEO ranks and more than 100 really happy vendors. We completely recommend the solution for any kind of people. If you dont know anything about programming you will be able to get a good ecommerce. And if you are a really experienced developer, it will be a really nice base for your custom place and you will get the full potential of it.

Completely customizable, easy to use and set-up, great themes, access to source code so you can tweak every inch, lots of marketplaces for addons, long trajectory so there's a lot of amazing and really experienced programmers, good SEO features, good support, documentation and community.

Life-time license, but the upgrade plans worth the money

Not really anything that I can think of, once you get used to the platform and you have a trusted programmer, you can achieve any development.
Maybe a little outdated backoffice L&F.

It's the best all-around eCommerce solution, best eCommerce software for analytics, easiest to use, ability to customize as your need, with multi add-on and themes.

I haven't got any cons yet as the support is professional and responses immediately and make you feel as they are part of your project and care for your work.

CS-Cart MV is one of the best software to prepare your own professional B2B marketplace. Still some B2B features are missing, but I think you can't find better solution to complete your objectives.

It was a great adventure to build up my B2B marketplace with this software. The end result was good, my clients love to use this software, because:
- large number of add-ons are available;
- very easy to customize;
- many b2b functions are available;

The software requires further improvements in order to fully meet the expectations of the b2b market:
- application of tax rules in multi-country environment;
- missing feature for membership fee automatization;
- price is a bit high;

Very fun editing stuff with out the need of any programming language, style and the layout on the back end, what I really love the most that everything is right there put the box with out the need of any third party plugins, facts that you get help, especially three month technical support, you can't beat that, especially if you don't have any programming background.

CS-Cart is the most advanced CMS by far. It user friendly, super easy to edit stuff without any knowledge of programming. This is the right tools for this digital age and it's handed to customers on golden spoon.

This price tag at first really got me, because I was new to it.

CS-Cart has by far been everything that we wanted in a multi-vendor platform and more . So much adding the possibilities are endless. If your project is huge and and you don’t know where to start CS-Cart is definitely the top option.

After your credits are up and the free support service, to receive help can be very expensive.

Well the product is great and easy overall, but if you want something extra for your website you should hire a developer, also some add-ons in the marketplace are so old.
The design of the admin panel should be updated.
The only way to activate, deactivate or hide items is by entering in the code, it should be other way to do that, by just click to enable/disable option.
Upgrading the software is kind of tricky and not too easy, if some add-ons are not compatible with the new upgrade that just won't work, instead to show a list for incompatible add-ons.

I researched most of the multi-vendor marketplaces available on the market before settling with CS-Cart. One of the main reason I went with this software was the flexibility it provides and the ease of use once it's all set up. As a start-up, the initial cost was one of the primary considerations too. Although there are monthly subscription options out there also. I prefer the transparency of the CS-Cart pricing. You pay once, and you know what you have.

The software is user friendly, extensive and straightforward, with a good number of features. (I needed help to get set up and started. However, I had very limited web design experience.)

The backend and interface of the software are easy to use and fairly intuitive.

There are a good number of video tutorials for all the main components of setting the software up and customising the various pages.

There is also extensive documentation available for everything, from design to how to instal upgrades and updates.

The pre-installed layouts are very useful and have all the components a new marketplace might need.

Customer support can be slow at times.

Customer Support can also become quite pricy if you are not experienced in web design or web development and trying to DIY most of the setup.

I could tell you that I have tried the other available sites that offer you similar packages but none of them are like CS-Cart. This is the one purchase that I am glad I did.

When I first purchased multivendor I was terrified. Once I got to know the support team they made my life easier than ever. Software is user friendly, very intuitive, and attractive. The support team goes above and beyond to help and take care of their customers.

So far I have not encountered any issues. Maybe we could use the addition of payment systems to fit countries with less technological advancement.

After a ton of research, I landed on this to launch my B2B Industrial Products marketplace. Just seemed to be the best balance of customizability to price. Happy with the choice. I eventually brought on developers to help customize the design and build a custom experience.

You have a lot of great options to launch a simple storefront (Shopify, Webflow, etc.) but when it comes to B2B Marketplaces, I have still not seen a better option.
