    Overall we have really enjoyed using CallHub and will continue to use it. We recommend CallHub to those that want an easy system that has many options and at a great price. We also found their Customer Service to be outstanding. A call out to Jacob for his amazing help and great work!

    CallHub is very easy to use and learn. There is so much you can do in setting up a call campaign. We have successfully called over 25,000 people. A great pick up rate, our voicemail drops people say sounds like we left it in person instead of a system dropping the pre-recorded message. The data capturing options and information on the screen is great and my callers really enjoy using the system. And CallHub is constantly adding new features, we can't wait to test out their emailing function.

    We had one issue years ago when we first started using CallHub, but they have grown very far and have since fixed all those beginning issues.

    We compared a number of tools, including Cloudtalk, Aircall, and others, and CallHub is the only one in EU well suited for working with a varying team of volunteers.

    GDPR compliant and number of calling agents decoupled from fee (you can add unlimited agents, which is essential for working with groups of volunteers as opposed to a payed (sales) team.

    There seem to be some issues with compatibility with chrome browser.

    The best robo-calling platform in the market

    It has been excellent and support has been very good too. I will be continuing to use CallHub because it's helped us with our marketing efforts and has everything we need.

    It does exactly what you need it to do better than any other platform in the market. It calls recipients properly (not just a 1-2 second call) and successfully drops a voicemail clip or plays the audio as specified in the campaign settings. Most other platforms out there fail to call properly let alone drop the correct audio at all. CallHub is the best one on the market. Has all the capabilities and functionalities you need for a successful robocall campaign.

    Sometimes the voicemail drop is not the full clip. It gets disrupted or replays half way. It seems to be some technical glitch? Another thing is needing to check whether the number you have verified has been flagged by a carrier which means you need a new number to use.
