When I started this, I felt like "I'm not ready for this".. and by the time we got it set up, I was excited.

I had never used this service before, but the assistant had a lot of patience. Gave good instruction and kept telling me "I'll wait". She was very personable & professional - it's been many years since I've had such good customer service - and the product seems really great.

Everything that needed to be done for the system to work was very logical - nothing seemed extraordinary - and when done properly, it just all went into place.

This app is super helpful. Their team provides excellent help to make your store ready. I am currently working with one of their team members, and she is very patient and resourceful.

The app gets slow sometimes, and some stuff can get confusing.

The app was so easy to get up and running, it does all of the legwork and has a very clean, easy to navigate interface. Stores like ours with huge inventories will require some grunt work due to the way amazon requires linking, and it can be burdensome when you're trying to link thousands of variants, however for small to medium businesses you'd be up and running in no time. Again, our issues are nothing to do with CedCommerce.

While not a cakewalk this is one of the best products I've used for Shopify/Amazon integrations. Most of the issues we are having are due to incorrect amazon data/ASINS/SKUs which is no fault of CedCommerce, never the less they've been incredibly supportive in helping us work through the issues. Thanks guys!

Seems to be some inventory issues but I'm assuming again this is caused by Amazon.

Overall, this app greatly helps out with what I'm doing and I love the customer support. However, there are some areas that could be improved to make the user experience easier.

- very responsive and helpful customer support
- app is very useful for creating a Facebook/Instagram shop

- using the app is a bit confusing
- user interface could be improved

Overall, great experience after trying 4 different integration apps. Their app worked better than all of them, it was cheaper (Free) and the support team makes sure you get the most out of it. They are always ready to help.

I loved the fact that when I got frustrated setting up the app or ran into an issue the customer service was ready to help. Sometimes they would just tell me to check back in an hour and by then everything I had wanted to do was done. These guys rock, great communication, great prices, great people.

Not one thing. Be patient and let the CedCommerce team go to work. If you trust them they will make your life so much easier.

The quality of WooCommerce Shopee Integration from CedCommerce is very very poor. Almost every function cannot work and have to talk to their developer. I tried to upload some new products, add variations to existing products. This quality of this product even cannot pass testing. They just published and sell it directly. I also bought WooCommerce Lazada plugin from same company. I tried to upload some products but cannot. Developer uploaded for me. Then I follow exact same way to upload another product but it cannot upload again. Then involve developer again. They refused to refund even though they said no reason to refund within 30 days. They just said we will solve issues for you.
Waste money waste your time. I just need few minutes to add one variable for existing product in Shopee. But with this plugin I spend 3 hours and finally still cannot update one variation to Shopee.

We hired them to redesign our basic WooCommerce theme. They made offer and we paid 735. After this they said they were not able to redesign it, but we should buy their theme. We let them work. After 3 months, they delivered a theme that was significantly slower than ours and multi-language WPML plugin did not work. They didn’t know how to fix it.
When we asked for our money back and raised a PayPal claim, they lied to PayPal and forged our WhatsApp communication. In the forged communication, we "agreed that we accepted the theme“. PayPal decided in their favor. So we have a theme that is not working and our 735 is in their pockets. This was the most expensive theme that we ever bought.
They were not able to handle basic things, like create staging account or work through GIT.

We offered them long-term engagement on our several shops. We thought they'd take advantage of our skills and help. They seemed being enthusiastic. 3 months of tormenting with them on basic things, blew our illusions away.

They are not a company, but a bunch of freelancers. Their capabilities are not what they declare. You don’t know who is responsible. And they were very responsive until they received the money. After that, we had to beg them to carry on. It would have taken half a year just to fulfill what they charged us. It was stupid of us to pay them.
Stay away from them, they lie.

Terrible, they really do know how to break a spirit. We were very excited to work with them and have tried and tried for months and months.

Not much the plugin worked very basically for maybe 3 months and then everything stopped. apparently I am supposed to pay them to update their own work.

Well where do I begin, We started working with ced years ago they seem to be one of the only companies that claims to integrate eBay and Etsy with WooCommerce. They not only hacked my website but then made me pay over and over again for support. They refuse to update their work on a basic level without you paying AGAIN for support and your lucky if they do anything at all when you finally pay them. This company should be shut down.

The worst company ever. Do not trust them, the softwares, apps will give you headaches and trouble. Customer support is almost as bad as the softwares if not worst. You will not get a refund, these Indians are very greedy. Take your money to where something is good not this bad program.

There are no pros. The entire program is useless. If you want to just throw money, this is perfect for you.

The entire program is a disaster. It has bugs, program fails always and destroy anything else you may have on your main website.
