Not great, but Support team just about saved things. Helpful and fast to respond, but a lot of wasted time spent trying to resolve ourselves with poor documentation and help guides.

Very good support contact, although we should not really have need this amount of help to setup 5 products with OnBuy.

The Templating, Profiling and Publishing steps are all very cumbersome, difficult to understand and there is limited help guide to walk you through it - Setup guide for Shopify integration is very poor, so felt like we were setting up blind. Sharing to OnBuy was troublesome, and our listings broke, or didn't appear at all. The Support team was very good in fixing for us, but still expect a simpler, easier-to-use platform in 2022.

Really highly recommended to everyone. They even offer a free plan with lots of benefits so it's well worth it!

I've always found the team at CedCommerce incredibly helpful when I've needed it most. The Google Feed process can be a real pain sometimes, but their team have always been super friendly and helped me solve all my problems.

Arpit at the Facebook Support desk was the most helpful person I have reached at Facebook for linking my Shopify store. I have been trying for months now to link my store and it has been a nightmare. I have reached out several times and customer service has been horrible. Arpit changed that. It was easy to follow along with what he was asking me to do and I went to pages I had been able to get to before. He was a huge help! He gave me a way to contact them in case my shop doesn't load in hours. I am very please with the customer service I received from him.

Linking Facebook and Instagram to my Shopify store is very difficult. They should make the process a lot easier.

Overall, the the app is good and how it can integrates with Amazon. Without the virtual assistant I would be stuck.

Virtual assistants helped a lot. Nupur helped me and went through all the things that were required to be in the attributes.

Difficult without any guidance on what each attribute meant. You have to manually insert every description in detail. If you don't you'll be stuck with errors.

The tool is okay. But the integration process is not that smooth and efficient.
You have to utilise manual process to make things automated.

Integration, synchronization from Shopify to OnBuy is a good feature. And the the price automation is a plus.

The instructions, knowledge-base and other info needs improvement and needs to be written clearly.
