Overall great experience with customer service and syncing products from Shopify. I would highly recommend the app!

Customer Service support has been very attentive and helpful in addressing any of the issues I've had connecting my products from Shopify to eBay. They have helped with mapping the products as well addressing inventory concerns between the platforms. Always quick to answer questions I may have while using the app.

No cons at the moment as any issues I've had have been solved through customer support.

Overall, it is pretty good. It is a little frustrating to get the hang of it and trying to get the most out of the app. It takes a lot of troubleshooting to ensure the app works properly. Still working with customer service on little kinks of the app.

It allows me to sync my products from BigCommerce to TikTok shop.

Easily manage the orders from the app for the most part.

Not all the syncing works properly, so had to do a lot of troubleshooting to fix this and make sure it works properly.
For example, the tracking information didn't sync properly, the inventory isn't syncing on the app.

Really good - they are always happy to help and take care of the issue. The catch platform expertise has come in very handy.

The Customer Service Support Team is very helpful. They are always willing to answer and troubleshoot all my questions. I am impressed! As a beginner, the app seems so easy to use and user-friendly. I always learn something new every time I chat with the Support Team. If they can not fix it thru chat room, they are willing to offer video call. They will not stop until they answer my issues/questions. Thank you soooo much! I would highly recommend to use this app.

So far everything I wanted to do in the app, I could do. If something wasn't immediately obvious, the support workers could instantly solve it for me. They even updated my settings for me to make it easier, and I'm only using the free tier!

Excellent. Best support when needed. I list products, customise pricing, receive orders, onbuy is updated when i ship them., Stock is synced so no over-selling. Great integration.

Takes all the hassle out of creating listings on onbuy platform, syncs stock, allows custom pricing, updates orders after shipment. If there is an issue support is very quick and responsive to fix.

There is not much to dislike. Occasionally my cron stops working usually due to some error of mine, and sometimes I cannot upload a product due to some incorrect data - these are fixed in minutes by 24/7 support, so not a problem.

It was easy to contact the customer service representative. He was ready to help me and fixed the issue promptly.

Manmohan was very diligent and knowledgeable. Helped me to resolve the issue that was preventing uploading some product. Also, he discovered and corrected some errors that were preventing our store from working properly.

The product is easy to use and the support is the best I've found. Shopify destroyed out link to Amazon when their Channel was stopped and CEDCommerce were able to come in and save our Amazon listings with Shopify.

This app has been instrumental in helping me connect my products to Etsy. They have helped me create profiles for my products that save me time when I am creating my Etsy listings as I don't have to fill in all the details every time.
