I use this application on a daily basis, it is very useful for my orders, as soon as I have a problem the customer service is very responsive and always finds a solution quickly.

Nothing, if I had to choose I would say an option to delete product in the app, but they said this is due to API restrictions, so maybe not their problem. Maybe it will change.

Great so far, great support, easy to use and fast order and tracking number syncing. Recommend to anyone looking for an easy option.

Order and product sync works flawlessly. easy to setup once you work out profiles and templates, manage tracking numbers and orders from Shopify.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Always someone there to help with any questions via online live chat (which is what I prefer) or via phone.
If the app seems a bit daunting trying to figure it out don't worry, they will talk you through it all and make it so much easier :)
This app itself is also a dream. I was so stressed about trying to find a way to sync my Shopify shop inventory with my eBay shop and this made it possible and effortless (once all set up). Works so well.

It can seem a bit daunting at first trying to figure it all out but the customer service team is always there to help with any questions and talk you through things which made it so much easier and less stressful.

CedCommerce did a great job for integrating and setting up our amazon store with our Shopify website.

There is not anything at this time time that i do not like about CedCommerce. They have been an absolute delight to work with.

The overall experience was very satisfying. My problem was addressed very quickly. I received excellent instructions on how to fulfill orders in the seller marketplace. Brilliant experience from start to finish. I'd highly recommend the product for linking Shopify to Amazon.

The support team were very knowledgeable & extremely thorough as they helped me through the template creation & uploading process. They warned me that the first upload was likely to have some errors at the Amazon end & that they would fix them. They were right & then very quickly fixed the problems, so I now have my first products on Amazon.

There are absolutely zero cons to this app. Anytime I got stuck, they resolved it.

The agent is a life-saver and most of all, I do not have to pull my hair out fixing the same issues anymore.

Publishing, editing , etc is really easy. And if you have any question just contact the helpdesk.

I'm real happy with this product.
Makes it really easy for me to link Shopify with Etsy and I only have to add products in Shopify and will be published to Etsy easily. Also easy to change prices and transport options with additional templating.
And very good helpdesk. Used it twice and got response in a few minutes and very good help.
