It can be a bit confusing as to how to implement certain features, especially shipping.

Absolutely horrible. They should be put in jail. I hope they do, the law needs to be updated when dealing with non local companies to comply. They will face their karma, they do not provide good service, or software, and their support is insulting at best. Stay away.

They are a rip off, the software does not work, there are a ton of bugs with syncing, feeds do not generate properly. They will not fix the problems and give you the runaround, and insulting replies such as "check now" and the problem is still clearly there. Please stay away, they are the worst company. Look online and you can see they have a ton of fake reviews too!

Continuity is important here, I don't just look at the issue economically, it makes me happy to see the result of the transaction. All previously suspended Google transactions on my website have been fixed in this regard, this is a very important acceleration.

When I started working with CedCommerce, I was wondering what could be done. As of now, I am getting support on my 2 websites.
Here, the employees are as important as the company structure, and I can't help but mention Swati, who helped me in every way.
She is a true Star, she values her job and her partners and does her job well.

I communicate and find solutions in a planned way. I have no problems with information and teamwork.

Overall, excellent! Im not an expert in this area, so I rely on CED's support and they have always come through. Definitely recommend!

The app integrates well and does what it is supposed to do but the real value add is CED's customer service. I use their Etsy and Amazon integrations on my Shopify store and honestly, I have not had this good of a customer service experience in a long time. For any and all issues, their agents are ready and willing to provide friendly expert advice.

Some of the integrations are a bit hard to navigate if you aren't an expert, but that is offset by their excellent customer service. Any time I struggle with their apps I can just reach out and Im helped immediately.

In terms of app integration, they can manage the task needed to be done. They provide adept help and support.

In terms of customer service, they have a team assigned to you and they respond promptly. They are easily reachable and can answer queries immediately.

The team needs better communication skills and time management. There are other tasks and requests that tends to take time.

It works very well and my products are quickly placed on Kaufland.

I was looking for a way to get my products to Kaufland via Shopify, by chance I discovered the application from CedCommerce, installed it, but I still had some questions.

Good experience overall. This app will prove to be very useful in the future and is definitely worth the subscription if you are planning on diving into selling on Etsy.

It has all the tools necessary to tools and features to seamlessly transfer your Shopify listings to Etsy.

Setting up the Profiles required to filter your listings accordingly on Etsy was kind of confusing without any suggestion or example of the best way to profile items.

Excellent service especially from the representative Aman who was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to get me to the solution i needed.

It was great to have someone to guide me through how to set up and integrate my products on Fruugo platform. I found the platform pretty technical in its requirements for integration and would have never done it without the tech help from CedCommerce. Especially the guy who helped me called Aman. He was highly knowledgeable and very patient with me as a novice at this task. He was very attentive to my needs and came up with the right solutions to the problems quickly

Would be good to have been able to communicate as well on email and phone rather than just whats app having said that, we did do that as well at times so no real problem.

Best support I experience in Shopify apps. I have bad experiences with other application/s. This is the best support i ever got so far.

Some items don't integrate when you create manually on Etsy.

The Multichannel Importer from CedCommerce is phenomenal. We managed to migrate 1500 products from Amazon to Shopify with a click of the button and a very reasonable cost, saving us a tremendous amount of time in the Shopify product setup. Live Support is top notch assisting us in real time every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Easy to use Application. the app does what it says in a straight forward interface. It saves you many hours of work. If needed you have great live support available.

Did require some support but live support was readily available.

If we add our Etsy and eBay sales together, they amount to more than sales that originated on our Shopify store. We are fairly new and growing, but these integrations have made a real difference in our growth and cash flow.

I am not personally familiar with all of the applications provided by CedCommerce, but I use two. One interfaces my Shopify Store with Etsy and the other interfaces Shopify with eBay. The software pushes all transactions through Shopify so all of my shipping, tracking, inventory and sales history are in one place, but to someone on Etsy or eBay, it looks just like their normal listing. Great service to help work through any issues or questions.

The app server must be far away, as it take longer than normal to load and respond to instructions, and I have high-speed internet. That is my only issue, and I only have to deal with that when I am adding products. Otherwise it is great!

Helpful app if you don't know much about Google Shopping Ads but want to start with it. The Customer support is very helpful.

It does everything you need it to do and works well. Easy to install and quick to set up. It also has plenty of features.

Slightly complicated, but the support team makes up for this by resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
