Chanty offers plenty of critical features for team collaboration at a very affordable cost. The platform focuses on personalizing clients' experience and implementing requested features. While it may lack some functionality compared to alternative tools, I'm really impressed with their customer care and the quality of their core features.

The top things I like in Chanty are fast messaging, audio/video calls, and scheduled messages that have made managing conversations across time zones a breeze. Kanban task manager right in the app has also been timesaver and simplified tracking work progress. Also they have advanced role management feature that is still simple and secure.

I think having more features for project management in task manager would be great, but alternatively it can be resolved via integrations with tools like Jira.

Overall, team communication has become smoother and more efficient with these updates. Chanty support team is incredibly responsive, and it’s clear they’re focused on being customer-centric and attentive to user needs.

Recent ios release has been a game-changer for our team. The mobile app now runs much faster and includes more customization options, which significantly improved our workflow. As an administrator, I’ve saved a lot of time with features like auto-invite and access management. New voice functionality is also very helpful, although some team members still prefer reading over listening :)

I'm awaiting the same updates for Android, as part of our team uses that platform

I like that Chanty is more than a communication tool, it's a link tool that broadens the way to connect and makes everything much easier to work collaboratively. Through the activities panel we have managed to manage much better, where we collaboratively manage the activities to be completed and we stay in constant synchrony to know what stage of the process we are in and to advance in a much more participatory way. Real-time notifications are essential for us and Chanty offers us this, we can work quickly and the work is not delayed for any reason because we receive notifications immediately. It is of real importance that a communication system has mobile access, since many times we need to express different aspects of work between colleagues and we do not meet in the office, being able to attend to messages from wherever I am is undoubtedly a great advantage. Another point to highlight is that it is more than a messenger, we can make video calls for meetings, in times of pandemic this was really useful, where we were able to work as a fairly united team and still hold our meetings through calls or video calls and attend various important aspects. An essential Chanty resource for us is the affiliation of data between each work colleague, where it is possible to share files and work documents quickly to exchange information and export necessary documents. It is a flexible tool with a fairly comfortable interface, where the most useful options for our work and what we need to do are always at hand. Finally, Chanty is really easy to use, we don't need to be experts to understand the usefulness of the entire work area and file sharing, with just a couple of shortcuts it's so easy to do everything.

The calendar is vital for our work, correctly organizing and managing each activity and commercial tasks that correspond to each day in order to exercise adequate functions with the maximum purpose of achieving commercial objectives, and yet, we have had difficulties regarding this issue since the calendar does not have a clean and comfortable interface to maintain an order between the different tasks to be carried out per day, which has been really a problem to be able to visualize all our planning from a general view. It does not have many interactive elements, this makes the platform somewhat slow and boring, it would be ideal if they presented more dynamic options within the system to be able to make representations in a communicative way and that can make the meetings much more dynamic.

Another point that I feel should be improved is the creation of channels, which truly represents a disadvantage as a communication system. The updates that have come have not focused directly on solving different problems in the user experience, which is not very user-friendly. It seems that they make an effort to improve many aspects of the platform, however they still have a long way to go to do things in much more detail.

Sometimes we have presented failures in the communication of video calls, the quality of the image is lost a bit, and when verifying the quality of the internet of each site from where we communicate everything is fine, we do not know for sure what could be due but it is a fairly rare failure that does not favor our work when it happens. When I have tried to solve problems with the customer support, it is not very attentive and I have not really achieved good results when trying to find a solution to these failures.

Overall, Chanty is a collaboration and communication tool that is available on all the operating systems. The UI is simplistic and intuitive to use. It is feature-rich and does not lack in any functionality.

Great tool for non-technical experts, anybody can use it for the productive team communication daily. It's free for up to 10 members in the team which is not a burden for the wallet. You can get rid of multiple tools using a single one with many features instead.

I really like it. If you need a team chat software and have been looking at Slack I would highly recommend you give Chanty at least a look. Its the same feature set at a lower (even free) price.

I really liked that we could get up and running on this at no real cost. The Basic/Free version contains all the functionality a small sized team would need. Prior to this we were using Slack and I wanted to look at more cost effective options. Chanty contains all the features that a team communication software needs even in the free version. We could share files, Images and documents with single clicks. It also lets you create channels like Slack would. Also the Mobile app is great. Its easy to use and the notifications work like a charm.

I really cant think of much that I dislike. We have been using it for a month and its been working great for us.
