Wonderful app, good design, nice UI. Although I have not been using it for very long, I can definitely see myself recommending this to others.

First of all, the amount of features in this app and the variety of things I can do is amazing. Not only is there email gateway, for example, fax gateway, MMS gateway, and more, but the UI of this application is also really good.

At times, for me at least, it was a little buggy but that may have just been my device. A customization aspect (eg. changing the theme, shifting the tabs, etc) could be added to allow the user to personalize their application and have it be more customizable.

If you are searching to uses SMS marketing definitely choose ClickSend. It has been a lifesaver to upgrade our marketing technique and improve customer experience.

I was highly pleased by the utility of ClickSend. I’ve search for communication platforms and I am still amazed by the value and great price point of this service. It is reliable and fast. The features are awesome and in a nice layout.

Implementing was a bit confusing but the service team was quick to respond and fulfill my needs.

ClickSend is an easy to use product which helps to boost businesses across the world, as it provides accurate data and results through bulk SMS gateways. I especially like the fact that it allows users to track, receive, and send SMS and text messages can be sent to contact lists by a telecommunication provider. The MMS gateway is simple to use, as I can just drag media files onto the dashboard and review campaigns before sending them.

For some, the pricing may be a bit high, depending on what your budget is. Additionally, the character limits are short. In some cases I will have to either cut down the text or scrap it completely.

I would definitely recommend this for any one looking for quick efficient communication solutions. You will love the ease of use.

Overall this has to be one of the best things I have ever gotten for my business. Despite its minor flaws, it is still a must-have if you want your team to be able to communicate with ease and speed. Along with this, it makes communicating with customers easy too.

It has a simple UI, accompanied by a lot of features. On top of both of these, it's easy to use and set up making it a hassle-free business messaging experience.

Despite all of the pros, it does have a couple of bugs making certain tasks that should be simple more complicated than they should be.

The creation of campaigns through messaging has been quite automated since we started using this software and we integrated it with our email campaign creation service, since as I mentioned previously this software is capable of creating automated campaigns through messaging thanks to the synchronization that you have with the e-mail marketing system, all the campaigns that we carry out and send to our clients by e-mail are exported immediately and automatically to our ClickSend service. In addition, the service for sending advertising messages is also automated. It is only enough to link to a contact list of clients where they have the contact emails and their telephone number, in an automated way the system will be able to detect if an advertising email has been sent to them, and an advertising message will be sent to them. immediately thanks to this data synchronization. We are happy with the current use and with the return on investment that we have had with this platform, all our potential clients and regular clients did not have constant advertising, and we are happy with that result, our company has been able to generate many more sales and has been able to get many more customers than before.

ClickSend It has been one of the most perfect solutions for all our problems and to expand marketing, during our experience with this advertising messaging service we have obtained several positive factors which I will mention: The main negative factor that is noted about the use of this software is that you can make use of predesigned templates to design totally attractive messages, it is important to know how to use these templates, in order to build a very striking message which captures the customer's attention. I love the great variety of predesigned templates that this software offers me, since I can design various messages with a different design for each advertising campaign. Another positive thing about this software is that it has an excellent integration with this e-mail marketing system, this integration helps us so that the campaigns we create to be sent via email, we can export all that campaign information and a message can be created automatically just by selecting a predesigned template. This integration is quite functional for us and is one of the most beneficial features we have used as it helps us to create personalized messages in the form of a campaign in an automated way. I should also mention that I love the mobile application, this application also allows me to create messages and send them with just one click, the creation of instant messages makes customers the same both from the mobile device, from the desktop version, In addition One of the most positive things about the version for mobile devices is that it has a main panel where you can see the collaboration that the other employees have had in the creation of new messages, you can know exactly how many advertising messages have been sent since a given date specific.

I must emphasize that during my experience we have only had a single problem. When we were about to here on this platform, we were promised a monitoring of all the messages, where we could know how the title is who has read our messages and who has rejected it, this monitoring has not been able to be used within this platform . The creation of SMS and MMS messages is quite satisfactory within this platform, but there is currently no function to be able to monitor the status of that message, we cannot know if the client has received this message or if the message has been lost. I fully demand that this functionality be inserted as soon as possible, as it was promised when you purchased one of the ClickSend plans. Monitoring is quite an important function for us and we need it for the staff every single message and the status of them, I hope you can implement this function as soon as possible.

Might be a con but I thing it is more of a nice to have so I put this suggestion here. I would love to have a template that i could use for all or at least most of the different channels. Say I want to send a message to all my customers but only have phone to 30%, e-mail to 50% and fax to 10% and the rest is a mix between fax and postal address. It would have been nice to have one template build a complete message to all. Where I also could se what the different messages would look like so I could adjust the text accordingly. If I combine with SMS i know it will be only text and a short text whilst the rest might get also a picture and som extra text. If i can see it before sending it it will give me an even easier way to communicate with my customers and I can accept to use this system for all my communication even though i have to pay a small amount per message (even for e-mail). The functionality and ease of use will still make it much better.

Extremely easy to use still the support is there if any thing happens or if i am unsure on what to do or how to get the best result. I get a great overview and see the results directly which is very good even though I guess it is even better for larger companies as mine is possible to overview anyway. I also love the fact that you can mix the channels and not only use SMS and MMS.

The statistics is a bit limited as it only shows the last month and I would like to dwell into the history of all transactions and look for previous campaigns etc. Might be that I am not an expert and that there are functions for this but the it might be in need of an easier setup to allow me to understand this better. But overall the system is very effective and I can't find many cons with the actual service.

Overall it's a great and amazing tool that i see being implemented in future businesses of mine and others.

I love the different connections and interfaces to external providers. They always respond quickly to support questions.

ClickSend helps my business. It's easy to use, and they have online chat if you need extra help. Pretty cheap too.

I use SMS to communicate with my clients, reminding them about paperwork and applications that need to be completed when building a house. The ClickSend website is easy to use to send messages, including an address book and templates that make it quick for me. I get replies back to me email too.

I didn't know emojis can make your messages more expensive, but their online chat were helpful and explained it to me.

I really liked it, they also have a bonus where the first 25 messages are free and the customer service is amazing 5/5.

ClickSend's interface is very clean, friendly and welcoming. Most importantly it's very easy to understand and read. And most importantly their customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend using this if you're going to be sending bulk messages.

I would recommend it to people, because of ease of use and the easily accessible selection of message types that are also pretty cheap compared to others. There isn’t much problems about it, and the customer support is a cherry on top.

I really love the simplicity of the product, it’s hands down one of the best and cheapest options I’ve seen. It took me like 2 hours to set up everything, but I’m now able to do other stuff rather than getting stuck on trying to communicate with my customers. I would recommend it for any business owner. (Not even including how good the support is!)

I don’t really have much because of how cheap it is, but if I was to say the character limit does really limit me, because 160 characters isn’t much. But like I said you can’t complain much. (2 messages doesn’t look clean in my opinion)

Nice product that can help businesses stay in contact with their employees and customers, I like that you can send photos if needed for products to customers.

Need to be concise in wording to keep to one SMS or you risk sending multiple texts for just one message.

The versatility of ClickSend is what attracted me the most. The product would work great for schools and city that we oversee here in the Technology Department. I would highly recommend ClickSend.

Pricing could be a little more fluid. There are other clients that do the same job but are cheaper but ClickSend is a lot easier to implement.

We have used click send couple times to promote our specials / events for our bar only. New generation have their phone on them 24/7, glued to their face. SMS text to promote our bar specials worked wonders to promote to target audience.

Easy to use website that caters to new generation of target audience.
Pricing is right for what its worth.

Can be considered junk/spam marketing but it does its job.
