ClickSend was a very easy to use tool and it was very easy to grasp as a newcomer. I have not used many tools such as ClickSend in my past, and it was very easy to pick up as a newcomer. I loved its graphical interface as a new user and thought it was very simple to use overall. Furthermore, in my opinion, everything was very aesthetically pleasing to use. The customer service provided was phenomenal and the app overall was very good and made it easy to send messages.

Emails sent out very quickly, worked as planned, no API downtime, very easy to use once you get the hang of it. I used this service as a method to mass email market to my customers and all of the emails sent generating more activity on my website.

Although it is a wonderful program, starting was a little tough but it takes virtually little to no time to learn how to use the service.

This has been my go to program for a while and gets the job done well every time. Had one concern and support got it solved quick.

This app is superb. It can handle Email and MMS with ease. I love it as It makes communication way easier for me.

At first it was a little slow and glitchy, but it turns out that my device was causing the problem. Now that the matter has been resolved I'm happy as I don't have any problems now.

I am happy with the program's pricing and features, and I believe that using it will help me improve my revenue. And I believe it still has to be enhanced, not only in terms of customer service but also in terms of other features.

The Email to SMS feature is one of my favorite features of this application. It syncs seamlessly with my Outlook and Gmail accounts. Its strengths assist us in filling some of the gaps in our email campaigns, allowing us to improve the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. I also prefer ClickSend because it is simple to set up and use, which saves me a lot of time and allows me to focus on the more important aspects of my business.

I wish they had a better customer service team so that when I contact them, I can get a response quickly. They haven't followed up in any way. Because the business is time-sensitive, the problem should not be left unsolved.

My overall experience was very positive. I was using this to start an SMS marketing campaign for my small business and so far have had very little issues setting it up and using it.
