Overall, this is an amazing tool that lots of businesses can benefit from from the wide range of communications available to reach out to their customers.

I love the idea of this as it can be useful to many companies trying to reach out to their customers. I like the fact that there are not only text SMS messages but that there are other ways of reaching out such as fax.

One thing that can be improved is the fact that messages cannot be sent from Alexa or Google Home devices. I believe that this integration would be very useful to lots of customers.

I have been using ClickSend for over a year now and I am absolutely in love with it. It's the best messaging system on the market. I've tried other apps and they all feel cluttered and overwhelming. ClickSend offers a seamless interface that is easy to use and has never crashed on me once! I can't imagine living without it.

ClickSend allows me to easily communicate to my employees with little work on my end. I can ensure that all my messages are send quickly and securely through message, which is much better for my company, in a day and age where everyone has a phone.

I have no dislikes. This is literally the best messaging system I have used to date, and makes the entire process of communicating streamlined and easy to understand.

Great experience so far and I would highly recommend if anyone is in need of this give it a go I will definitely purchase again in the near future!

Amazing time using the item with such nice easy to understand instructions and works like a charm I have zero regret purchasing this and I can see myself purchasing again some time in the future.

For the price I was a bit concerned but works great I would suggest just be careful as mishaps can happen over all love it!

ClickSend is very easy to use and I think that everyone should be using it. The sign up was very easy and I was using ClickSend right away!

The overall interface of ClickSend is not only welcoming, but very much easy to pick up and get started. Never have I felt so much like I’ve done something before, that I haven’t.

The one thing that could be fixed is the character limit being too short, but even that is something that can be looked at as a positive from a perspective to keep messages short and too the point.

100/10 Product would buy it again. I've already told my family and friends about it and they are just as excited about it as me.

Overall, by far the best messaging provider. I have been looking for a service that would allow me to send sms texts in bulk and I came across ClickSend. Things were very easy to get started and I have been very pleased so far. The cost was also very reasonable compared to others and I like that fact that I only have to pay for this service when I use it.

Once the information is in the program we find it easy to use, cost efficient and wouldn't be without ClickSend to run our communications.

We run a trucking business so need to send out a roster to our drivers. This changes daily as do the drivers so the ability to select who needs to get the message makes logistics so much easier. Any notification during the day is a simple click and send. The ability to set up categories is great, we have drivers, shareholders and owners. This makes it easy to find who we need to message.

I guess it was just different to what we had previously used so it took a bit to set up and get used to using.

Whenever there's a public holiday we need to contact our customers about changes to repayments billed that day. It's so easy to upload a list of contact numbers from our system and send a message to affected customers.

It's amazing to see how quickly customers receive messages and take action. They just weren't seeing their reminder emails.

Our tech lead connected it to our loan management system so repayment reminders automatically get sent 3 days before they're due. This has had a huge impact on repayments being made on time. The boss loves it - for a few cents, our collections team save so much time chasing overdue payments.

It's so quick and easy to send a campaign, the application is pretty intuitive.

We didn't prepare for the sudden surge in loan repayments and calls requesting extensions the first time we sent a campaign. We made sure to be ready the second time!

My only cons are a bug I encountered, although the support team was quick in assisting me.
