    Not so good. The quality of service must improve to retain its clients in long run. I using it regularly just because I do not have time to find out the other software. The day I get sick of it I will wait no time to shift if the quality of service will not change.

    The Software is not as efficient as I expected. It gives me lots of troubles with my assigned Mobile number. The mobile number works on and off and very unreliable when it comes to calling my clients in Australia.

    It's working well but I'd like to see some more analytics features, tags and filters that would make it easier to see the customer history.

    It's glitchy sometimes and I am unable to go on or offline. I wish I could Filter calls by customers. The call gets staticy sometimes but I am not sure if this is on Cloudtalks or the customer's end. Wish I could add more tags.

    The service doesn't show all the information and purchases about a client, so I have to go to Shopify to get that info, instead of obtaining everything from CloudTalk.

    Pleasant experience, good to use, user friendly. Sales and support team are very responsive. However, will be good if there's further revision on the pricing which will help us in maintaining cost low for the long haul.

    The experience has been nice, smooth and swift, I experienced little to no issues from the transition from another platform.

    The software itself is seamless, give the operator a feeling of an actual call, the playback is impeccable, I admire the fact that it shows the time of where you are calling, the dashboard includes a lot of features that help one know how they are performing. Excellent product.

    Simple Solution that Makes an Impact on Your Business

    Great interface, intuitive design, exceptional customer service and completely solves a major logistical problem for small (and even big) businesses

    This system allowed us to integrate our contacts, CRM and other data tracking systems into one, easily accessible management system. Not only does it help us provide better, more informed and faster customer service, it's changed our business internally. Now, we focus on marketing campaigns, customer service and sales instead of nagging everyone about data management.

    Our meetings used to sound like this: Did you enter your contact into Google? Where did you save it? Did you add them to SalesForce? Who talked to them last? Now, those conversations don't exist. Whoever needs the information can access that information with ease.

    No problems so far. We were in contact with customer service during the initial set up when we had questions and they were fantastic! But no major hiccups so far.
