Not so good. Could be better. Not worth the price.
Date: Feb 22 2021SummaryNot so good. The quality of service must improve to retain its clients in long run. I using it regularly just because I do not have time to find out the other software. The day I get sick of it I will wait no time to shift if the quality of service will not change.
PositiveThe Software is not as efficient as I expected. It gives me lots of troubles with my assigned Mobile number. The mobile number works on and off and very unreliable when it comes to calling my clients in Australia.

I like that you can leave notes.NegativeIt's glitchy sometimes and I am unable to go on or offline. I wish I could Filter calls by customers. The call gets staticy sometimes but I am not sure if this is on Cloudtalks or the customer's end. Wish I could add more tags.
