    I must say it was really easy to proceed with the integration of CloudTalk with LiveAgent. I like when things go smoothly and this was the case! It is unique to find a toll with such good support and documentation which was extremely helpful. Work with the call centre is very easy, the learning process of our agents was fast. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly with modern design aspects. I can easily find everything I am looking for even when I was starting with this tool.

    As every startup our goal is to provide great customer support and were trying to find phone system which would suit our needs and has integrations with tools we were already using, Help Scout and Intercom. And we also needed international numbers with toll free numbers as well, which we were able to buy very quickly.

    CloudTalk is super easy to set up and use afterwards. Using CloudTalk with Help Scout and Intercom took our customer experience to the next level. Integrations work as expected. They provide perfect customer support with onboarding help at the beginning. Feels like they value you as a customer.

    Overally we are pretty happy with CloudTalk. Affordable, stable and modern.

    CloudTalk offers easy navigation with nice user interface, which is a must nowadays. On top of that all the features like call routing, call recording, business hours make your work pretty easy. What was out previous problem running call center was that that there were too many connection timeouts. For the time being, we have never run into one with CloudTalk.

    Best kind of software is one you use without any problems and that's what we have experienced with this call center software

    All I am not happy about is overall calling from the compure, but this is cons of personal preference, rather than software weakness.

    I can go anywhere with the handy mobile app on my iphone and still take business calls while mobile -I can listen to the recordings anytime and go back to them when necessary -I can easily connect with guests and colleagues and this drives more value into the business.

    Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome. But I think it's okay.
