    We are a volunteer organization of retired employees with a mission to protect our pension. I am the treasurer of the organization. We had been using ClubExpress’s membership system for several years but had not fully implemented the website capabilities. We took on that project this past year. Though it may have taken us a bit longer than average (seven months total), the overall experience of enhancing our existing website was very positive. The price of ClubExpress for both the membership services and the website enhancement is very reasonable. We were assigned one of ClubExpress’ engineers to guide our redesign work. Now that the website is redesigned we want to take on other projects such as fully implementing the Donation features of ClubExpress. What I especially appreciate about ClubExpress is how they are always improving the product with new features.

    I especially like the robust features of ClubExpress, the security and privacy features of the membership system, the ease of creating web pages, and the reasonable cost of ClubExpress. The Help Desk availability is excellent. I truly feel like ClubExpress is our organization’s collaborator and partner.

    Though we very much appreciate being assigned an engineer to help us with the website redesign, the way that collaboration was supposed to work was not made crystal clear to us at the outset. We hit a bump or two along the way. We were, however, able to work things out by talking to the sales team member who helped set reasonable expectations, and by talking directly to the engineer.

    ClubExpress is very kind and friendly before purchase and after sales service is also exceptional. We are able accept online payments and can conduct voting online! This helps us to reduce time and save money.

    The thing that I like the most is that, I am able to figure out the things I need to do because the website has a Control Panel which is very informative. This assists me a lot as I need to do various tasks. Also, when I get really stuck, the support responses to my queries are very swift and crisp from ClubExpress.

    The only con is that it takes an extensive amount of time to learn even the smallest bit. I believe there’s no way to avoid this. It is just going to take time.

    Our organization seriously needed a website upgrade. But, we are volunteer-driven writer's group and website skills are not our strength. Working with the folks a ClubExpress made the transition run smoothly and they are always there to answer our questions.

    Some of the options, like scheduling blog posts, are clunky. Also, our monthly newsletter's formatting is at the mercy of the several members who keep it updated. A simple automated format would be great.

    Well, we have been using ClubExpress for the complete management of our company website and its storefront. The capability to process card payments at a low cost.

    The quick technical support. In this modern age, it is becoming very hard to find technical support that one can pickup the mobile phone and speak to a live agent in the United States and that that service is inclusive and free of cost.

    Negative

    While the customer support is free, they don't always reply timely when an issue has to be escalated to the technical team. We are left hanging for long periods of time without information to our support issues.

    We have gained great responsiveness from our members and through the storage and sharing of documents and discussion groups with ClubExpress. Not all of the tools and customization options available are as simple as they seem; but, the tutorials are helpful and the staff is always there to troubleshoot. You won't need to talk to a robot or wait forever. I'm not sure how it compares to other systems because I haven't used any, but I'm happy with ClubExpress and have no plans to change.

    Once you conquer the technical side of ClubExpress, it is agile and, eventually, intuitive. It integrates membership management, event planning, payments, email and more. The recent addition of quizzes is an excellent choice. The breadth of options and tools ClubExpress has for assembling and running the website offers novice and expert users a quick and easy way to build all the details successfully.

    ClubExpress helped a lot to integrate all our association functions under one umbrella. Using ClubExpress it's really easy to maintain member databases and do invoice management. The tool comes with a good SSL Security feature. We can even integrate tools with social media platforms. We can easily share different files with our clients. Must have a tool to manage all the events in an organization.

    ClubExpress is the best platform for Freelancers and Small businesses to manage all their club operations. It integrates all the required operations under one umbrella. Their team provides training in the form of documentation, webinars, and videos. It's really easy to set up and do activities within the platform. Data import and export can be done with ease. We like the drag & drop feature most. We can easily integrate API with the platform. Now the platform is available as a mobile application too.

    Initially, we faced some difficulties with social media integration. But with the help of their supportive team, we resolved it. It will be better if they add more email templates to the platform. Other than these minor downsides everything works very well. We like event scheduling and surveys & feedback features most.

    Using ClubExpress is still much easier than maintaining a custom webpage and payment service. We collect membership dues & info, create marketing stuff, write newsletters, and sales. The only real benefit is only needing to login to one application to access the info.

    ClubExpress has many features a club needs for a website/app. It's more than a generic web host. The integrated membership registrations are great. Lots of information (club info, photos, videos, and sales) can be captured all in one application.

    Negative

    Changing and maintaining the website is not easy. Setting up the app didn't go well either. I still can't figure it out. Many of the page setup screens are very old school and not intuitive.

    Overall quite happy with ClubExpress. We are using it for automated membership renewals and payments via credit card. Mailing lists and event management are also taken care of by ClubExpress.

    This platform has helped us take the problem of online social interaction and turning that into IRL get togethers. This is because the online groups have access to an events calendar on the same platform. Overall we are pleased with using this platform.     ClubExpress membership and registration services is very professional and a really serene product. But, if you are looking for strong reporting or the capability to filter reporting, it is either unavailable or a very difficult task. The emailing option is also likely limited in chosen recipients.

    We appreciate the unique feature of being able to distinguish payment by membership type. It has helped us saved a lot of time by eliminating an additional step in the registration of members.

    We just don't like the reporting abilities. We find it extremely hard to filter the data we need in the different reporting options.

    Members of our Marketing team love using ClubExpress. We use it to advertise our services, keep track of registrations and renewals communicate with our clients, and keep track of important documents.     I know I can always reach someone by phone or email if I get stuck using the site. when I dial the number. a real person always picks up and helps me figure out what's wrong. There is a one-day turnaround time for emails. For someone like me who is not very tech-savvy but ended up becoming the team admin because no one else volunteered, the kind and friendly support has been invaluable.

    It's a challenge to make a novel event in the calendar system, especially for something out the ordinary, like a fundraiser instead of a dinner.
    Everything else is perfect and we get a lot out of ClubExpress.
