Terrible, terrible, terrible. After three weeks of asking the sales dept. and the support dept., what their Enterprise pricing is, I gave up. They don't give a hoot about customer service. An associate told me, "What can you expect from a Chinese company?!!"

Really? Nothing. I would never use their service now even if they offered it to me for free. Never again!

Asked over 10 times what their Enterprise pricing is, and never received a reply. Even the support team could not get an answer from them. It is like there is zero sales support.
