PositiveVery powerful RMM tool. There is almost no limitation to what you can do with ConnectWise Automate. The scripting engine allows you to create automation tasks using their basic scripting functions or use your own with a PowerShell script.
NegativeThe solution is aging a bit and needs to be updated to support more cloud centric thinking. Still stuck in the age of on-premise solutions and ignoring things like Microsoft 365.

Fantastic RMM if you take time to get it setup properly

Once it's configured, it does a great job at Windows patching, pushing scripts, and we love CW Control for connecting to computers.
PositiveIt's got everything we need to manage our customer endpoints - patching CAN work (eventually when it's setup properly), scripting is powerful, Control for connecting to devices is the best!
NegativeJust like most RMM tools, it's a bear to get configured and working right. Support can be lacking, but community support can fill some gaps. Most CW products are expensive.

PositiveI like how with ConnectWise. Has a security module that allows users to manage antivirus, anti-malware, email protection, encryption, and passwords from a single solution. It's really cool.
NegativeTicketing is a challenge. It is included, but isn't a very customer friendly to work in. Technic support is a pain to contact and they don't consider support purposes an emergency.
