Using Consensus as a Sales Tool

Often someone is unable to attend our meeting or we need to include a global audience, so by being able to get our demonstrations across to a wider group AND track how they are interacting with that content is key to our sales process. This is a great product that our whole team use, and is absolutely essential to our sales process. Because it is a cloud solution and has capability to send content globally, as a global organisation ourselves this fits in perfectly with our requirements from a sales process.
PositiveThis is a great tool that is absolutely essential to our sales process. We often share recordings and demo's so this is a great sales enablement tool to help with our customers. As an organisation we use this tool daily and it is key to communications between customers and prospective customers. Easy to use and capable of holding any videos and content that is crucial to send in an attractive format for our sales process. Having used the system for over 2 years, it has been key to how we share demonstrations to wider audiences, especially those that are global and require different time zones, so they are not able to attend the live version of the meeting or demo! Great product!
NegativeIn general Consensus is great, it would be useful to have some more intuitive navigation around the product for users who haven't accessed the system before so they don't need training to come in and create content themselves. The tool is great for being able to send information to customers and prospective customers, and the analytics could be easier to access or supplied in a more data friendly format.

PositiveEasy to use. Great analytics. The integration with Outlook allows an easy way to insert the link for short on-demand videos. This allows prospect to choose what they want to see and when. Consensus then captures this information and reports on it.
NegativeI heard content creation was difficult, however, I've heard this has been addressed through additional features/functionality.

PositiveKeeping prospects warm in between meetings is mission critical. Consensus' platform allows me to create custom content that is delivered in a seamless, low-pressure environment. I can now engage with my prospects and share resources with them that are customized and meaningful within the context of our engagement.
NegativeThe front-end UX is a little clunky compared to other SaaS solutions, but I haven't seen it meaningfully get in the way of a prospect being able to access the content I am sharing with them.

Positive1. Really insight analytics - Consensus provides detailed insights into how prospects engage with the videos, helping sales rep understand what resonates and what doesn't with their prospects so they can tailor their outreach.
2. Scalable Customization - Consensus allows teams to scale personalized outreach that ensures prospects receive relevant info without requiring significant additional effort.
3. Consolidated Repository - I've found that having all the videos in one consolidated location allows for easier access, both from sales rep and prospect, to videos, and sales reps can organize highly specific outreach to clients.NegativeNew users experience a learning curve, but the platform's benefits far outweigh the "cost" of the learning curve.

The only other con is that consensus doesn't integrate with all CRMs and marketing tools, which can lead to a more manual process. However, it does integrate with Outreach, so it's been exceptionally beneficial for me. -
